I like how you can monitor activity of who and when an application was viewed. This gives a full scope of candidate history, notes, which recruiter interviewed them etc. It saves me time when making decisions on moving candidates forward. The AI email templates also make it easy for me to reach out to candidates. The onboarding piece is simple and easy as well and it works together well with the HRIS portion of the software. It's hard to easily view resumes - I have to download each one to be able to read it sufficiently. They've recently changed the search feature which has made it significantly harder to search applicants - speed is a big factor as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is isolved solving and how is that benefiting you? They are in the works of changing some things about the interface that I mentioned previously. As of today, they organized the summary page to make it easier to quickly scan someones experience and also includes a summary of all information given when the applicant applies. I really appreciate the verification of time cards feature provided by isolved, as it helps streamline the process from employee to supervisor. Moreover, I am impressed with the ability to implement reimbursements directly in the time grid while doing payroll. This makes handling payroll far more efficient by integrating different functions seamlessly. Additionally, I find the tracking of certification expirations for staff to be a valuable tool, despite wanting a more consolidated approach for uploading certifications along with tracking their expiration dates. I find it frustrating to have tabs for services in isolved that we do not use or pay for, such as the WTC in my support hub tab that does nothing. It's confusing and unnecessary to have these visible when they require additional fees. Additionally, there are services included in our package that are not enabled by default, requiring us to call support to activate them, which is inconvenient and frustrating. I use isolved for payroll, employee management, and ATS, solving time card reporting and easing new hires. It provides a centralized area for keeping employee records and makes payroll smoother. I appreciate the ability to easily pay employees, handle issues that would otherwise take time to resolve, and offer portals for caregivers to see pay. Confusing to navigate, and is so robust that when you call support you get moved around from department to department, and sometimes no one thinks they have a solution.
