"Most supportive LMS!"

What do you like best?

My favorite aspect of Axonify, is the way it is designed to make learning into a daily habit, not an annual check of a box. The fact that the daily questions are targeted to the individual means that the 5-10 minutes of daily training are more impact-full t than any classroom training could be. I've worked with a few other LMS systems before, and although Axonify does not self-identify as an LMS, it is still the best example of an LMS I have ever used.

What do you dislike?

Although any product will always have areas of improvement, Axonify has been eliminating them almost as soon as I identify them. My biggest complaints these days are small aesthetic or organizational edits some examples are:

*consolidating the reporting features to make them easier to navigate to instead of having them split on the Leader Zone and Admin Zone

*Adding folders to the Extra Training section of the Learner Zone to help learners more easily locate specific content

* Make the hierarchy and access independent of teams settings. Some people need access to several different teams at several different levels and that is currently difficult to organize without making all such users admins.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure you have a very clear understanding of what you need. Axonify is made to be flexible, this means that there are many ways to accomplish most training goals. However, each way will result in a slightly different experience for the learner, reporting for your leadership team, etc. If you are not sure what you need, and do not think of it in terms of the desired result, the implementation team cannot help you identify the best way of achieving your goals.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

One of the biggest problems when I joined the company was the perception that training had to be long and boring. This translated to procrastination in implementing and creating new training and only the most important topics (such as compliance) had formalized training with designated raining times and records of that training for future use. Although I did initially get some push back on the daily aspect when we first rolled out Axonify, it is not something anyone questions anymore. More importantly, I now have frequent requests for additional training and significantly improved investment in the training program across the company.

"Getting the most out of the current version"

What do you like best?

The broadcast messages provide a great way to communicate with the field in a method that cuts through the noise of email. It's also great that they now have the possibility of displaying gifs as it allows us to lighten the tone of the communications. I also like the ease of use for the end user.

What do you dislike?

After a recent Dec promotion period, my partner and I have discovered many issues with setting up rewards internal to the system. It is impossible to determine how many bids were received or who the current bid winner is prior to the auction ending. It is cumbersome to set up multi day raffles as it is unclear whether multiple gifts will be given away simultaneously or on a per day basis (even after discussing with customer support.) Matching questions are not functional for us currently as they have caused a known issue within the system.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Axonify is a great product with so much promise. They have spent so much time to flesh out the data collection side, so it is incredibly easy to pull information for key stakeholders and executive sponsors. Implementation is time consuming, but check with them, as there may be a way to integrate your current HR system making the system infinitely smoother! Their customer support is superb compared to other vendors that I've worked with.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are using Axonify to upskill our field sales organization on our numerous product launches this year. We are partnering with internal stakeholders to generate KLPs and questions, and we are able to then give them data on where the field stands on their respective knowledge bases.

"Simple,seamless customer considered business solution"

What do you like best?

More than a platform, simple as required. The basics of microlearning which we learned as part of implementation have now been applied to other aspects of our learning framework to great effect. The platform is so multi-faceted and it has driven us to consider how we can truly engage the business and demonstrate the value of Axonify and learning

What do you dislike?

I wish I'd had it in our business sooner. Helped transform our wider business practices and engaged our employees on a number of different levels. I genuinely believe we would never have achieved this without Axonify

For a solution you can rely on, which is cost effective when you consider TCO, Axonify is well worth considering

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Keeping learners current, speed to deploy learning material improved, established the only 1:1 link with our employees, sales and margin improvement, safer environment and team members, increased the credibility of HR within the business (which is always a challenge)

"Supported and Cared for"

What do you like best?

The support from the Axonify team has been exceptional. They're approachable and able to provide lots of good information. If they don't know the answer, they're good at following up to get you to the right person.

What do you dislike?

Time management - some things went over board so the schedule shifts and it then becomes a rush to get to the next session (conference)

I wish there were more manufacturers that were in the Axonify program so that we can start bouncing ideas with them vs. teaching others on how Axonify works and how it's been beneficial to our company.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This is a great platform to use to provide an efficient way of delivering training. It not only tests the knowledge for the users but it increases efficiency overall with time taken away from production. The gamification aspect is great to keep the employees engaged and it's a small amount of time taken away from their work every day.

Once you have the content, all you have to do is maintain it. This is a great tool to use to validate that content you have for your employees actually work. if the content is misaligned with the results, you will see it through the reactions from your employees. What better way to get feedback on effectiveness on training than Axonify?

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are currently working towards pinpointing a problem we want solved. We now have come to a point where we understand how Axonify works and what content doesn't provide us with the business metrics we thought would provide. It's been a learning opportunity for all of us. It's taken us a while to get where we are now, but now that we know what we know, we are starting back to square 1 and building ourselves up on the platform. We're hoping to see concrete numbers and results that will be reflected in our business metrics in the next year or so.

What do you like best?

As a user - Easy to use, fun and engaging. Just a few minutes a day.

As an employer - The data and ability to customize learning at the individual level.

What do you dislike?

Volume of administration work. Some opportunities to continue to grow the backend of the tool to streamline support for larger companies with a broader learning scope.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Build a support team with strong consultation to address business goals and problems, creative writers and developers that can chunk content and a strong admin to support the backend. Also, don't be afraid to blow up your current learning model and build it right opposed to trying to make it fit.

We are creating a proactive learning culture vs. reactive learning to drive measurable objectives. Not settling for ticking boxes or reaching 80%. We want our employees to continue to grow and sustain knowledge in all areas to be the best they can be in their job.

"Impacts on learning are impacts on the business"

What do you like best?

My professional services learning audience spends on average one hour a month conducting some learning and engagement activity - broken up into micro-learning sessions of about 6 minutes each. The knowledge growth average is 13%. What other learning method can give me this kind of data, keep learning fun, and engage a diverse tech workforce? The use of Daily Questions, Intro Training/Guided Learning, and DiscoveryZone have made a significant impact on the learning experience across our professional services group.

What do you dislike?

That not all of our teams are engaged just yet. Give me time. There's a little bit of a lag with knowledge-workers participating with Axonify - some feel guilty about playing the games in between questions. I'm working on changing this thinking in our organization. I'm optimistic that our technology workforce will see learning as an opportunity that contributes to our agile development operations.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I love the transparency of the organization - their successes, sidetracks, and the generosity of everyone on the team at Axonify. They are in a hot market, and are navigating the growth with grace.

We have realized rapid increases in onboarding ability, product training, and building up knowledge around strategic initiatives that are important to the success of our business and entry into a new market.

"Great concept and continuously improving product"

What do you like best?

I love using a learning tool that is pushing the boundaries of learning the culture. It makes the administration of training very easy.

What do you dislike?

It is always tough to implement a new device in a company. Our company has a lot of employees who have been employed with us for over 20 years. Because Axonify is new, people are hesitant. This isn't a reflet on the product, but more a difficulty faced with its implementation.

The product works 100%. If you put the right questions into the platform, you will see results.

Our two main focuses are health & safety and product quality. While the knowledge growth has been achieved, we are still working on a way of proving the KPI's are improving. The data we have currently is not cut and dry.

"Axonify- The Best Reinforcement Tool"

What do you like best?

You don't have to be trained on the topic as you will learn from Axonify. Its the new way of learning and the best part is you don't only learn from Axonify you also get rewarded with points. It also shows your knowledge increase.

What do you dislike?

The only part i dislike As I publish questions and write content in Axonify , We have a limitation for open comment on a survey setup. This doesn't let us survey in Axonify and get full details from our respondents.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would recommend Axonify to any organization looking to reduce cold storage and enhance their training.This will also keep their employees engaged.

It helps us understand the knowledge gaps when we launch new product and reduces cold storage also keeps our employees engaged.

"How to change your business culture "

What do you like best?

Peoples capacity to learn and change never ceases to amaze me. When the change benefits them personally it creates even better traction. The introduction of Axonify into Incredible Connection has helped transform a languishing business culture which was formally apathetic to disinterested in the learning space to an organization that is hungry for knowledge. This change in mindset to learning has also had multiple business consequences and as a result is transforming our culture.

What do you dislike?

Having to wait for the time zones between RSA and Canada to align. The fact that reports are not structurally(organogram) based and require a lot of manual interventions. The fact that a drop down box functionality doesn't exist with regards to organizational units / hierarchies ( is being looked into at least).

Just DO it - you will love the outcome!

The lack of product knowledge amongst front line staff was appalling - we have seen 20% and more growth. We have seen corresponding growth in sales turnover of products which we have trained.

"Great learning and formation platform"

What do you like best?

It is a great way to vehiculate information to our employees and help in the maintain of a safe work environment. A lot of health and safety information is sent throughout our learning platform.

What do you dislike?

Not much!

IT is very user friendly and the employees love it.

I would like a user manual though for the administrator, but got online classes with an employee of axonify, so that was great!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Great participation from our employees (over 95%).

They love the daily questions. Not too much. They even go on the weekends and during holidays!

"Great way to get current employees to be engaged in continous learning"

What do you like best?

That it only asks 3 questions if used daily so its not time consuming

What do you dislike?

That I can't send just one module to a new hire if I want that new hire on the same time as others who are active (not new) with multiple modules

See if other teams within your company are already using this platform as you can share content & meet with them about their suggestions and their learners using the tool

Daily learning was an issue previously and this reinforces new product launches and reinforces items that are required for our audience but were not being reinforced for active employees who are not new hires.

"Axonify get training done Fast and Right"

What do you like best?

Easy to create new trainings with or without modules. Ability to deliver training when its needed and control the user experience is key. So many ways to use the platform to achieve goals and provide variety.

What do you dislike?

No ability to utilize "optional" training modules. We have a lot of legacy content that we struggled to make available.

Time spent training on new products, field is up to speed much faster than other methods used in the past

"Microlearning from the best"

What do you like best?

Axonify presents microlearning in a clear and concise format with lots of help and suggestions thrown in for good measure. We have been using Axonify for over 5 years and cannot imagine training life without it.

What do you dislike?

Some of the reporting is a bit of a challenge to figure out, but for the most part, it works well with what we are trying to achieve.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to target various groups within the company with bursts of microlearning custom-designed for their roles and responsibilities. As an added bonus, we offer monthly auctions for company swag to help keep up interest and participation.

"An all in one tool geared towards excellence."

What do you like best?

The ability of the platform to be geared towards each of our organizational needs; Training, Quality Assurance, HR and even Operations.

What do you dislike?

The inability of the platform to track participation progress on a daily basis rather than over the past 7 days.

We are currently solving our major areas of missed opportunities within each of our LOBs. We have also noticed an increase in overall Quality Scores for the Organization.

"Axonify Review"

What do you like best?

I really like the simple layout of the site. It makes it easy to navigate as a User, and the 4 Zones are great.

What do you dislike?

Some of the settings menus are a little unintuitive. It can be a little more difficult to find new settings than I'd prefer.

We are using Axonify to train our retail associates, particularly in the areas of Guest Engagement. We've had great success in using the platform as our central messaging system to floor associates as well.

"Amazing learning platform"

What do you like best?

Microlearning, quick, targeted, mobile, reporting (I could go on)

What do you dislike?

The admin interface is VERY digital data focused - could be more user-friendly

We are starting to link ROI to sales, a huge win for us. We are finding the sales team is shifting their thoughts about training - it's not just about the content they learn but the repeatable process of logging in and doing the training every day that is driving their results up.

"Fun and interactive - a great way to learn"

What do you like best?

Axonify is really user-friendly. It also helps that it only takes 3-5 minutes a day which means there is now one thing I can keep on top of in my hectic schedule.

What do you dislike?

The instructional design process is quite cumbersome and takes time and financial resource to develop content to keep learners engaged.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Keeping knowledge current means conversations with customers are current which impacts credibility of our reps in meetings. Customers have a better overall perception of the knowledge level of our reps which means they get more time with customers, which in turn has an impact on doctors choices of prescriptions.

"Identify with Axonify"

What do you like best?

I love that Axonify has the perfect way of providing chunks of information to the learner without overwhelming them. Also, love the gamification aspect of the product and the mobile accessibility. The support from Axonify is amazing, they are quick and get the information to you

There's not anything that I really dislike.

We have a huge population of our workforce that are mostly remote employees that struggle with internet access while out in the field. The traditional delivery of training was not an ideal experience for the learner. The benefits of Axonify were the mobility and gamification aspects.

"Fun and different"

What do you like best?

The games feature is neat, I like the idea behind quizzing for training as opposed to a video

What do you dislike?

Many of the scenarios were not able to be done on mobile device or tablet so I was switching between devices trying to finish sections
