The admin experience:

There are some elements of the platform that are not user friendly ex) can't retrigger Welcome Email to be sent.

Everything relies on a user and team structure, then a group structure which is extremely inflexible and complicated to explain.

Also, the reporting is extremely static. There is no flexibility to choose specific data points beyond what is provided in the Scheduled Data Export area or the User download. I have nothing to dislike, but like all systems, there are things I wish I could do, such as allowing a learner to attend an event more than once instead of having to create new events all the time. This feature is in the works, but it has been in development for a while now. We manage, so it’s not a big deal, but everything else is widely accepted by our employees, and that is what matters. The ability for learners to easily pick up the platform. You do not need to spend a lot of time working with the end-user to onboard and train them on how to use the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That it is a lot of work to get content, training programs/reinforcement programs up and running. There isn't always the ROI on the time invested based on how long learners engage with the questions, training. I understand there are ways to get around this, purchasing credits and using the Axonify team to support the content build, using pre-made training video libraries, but that is not always an option due to budget. The ease of use is one of the benefits that drew us to this platform, when we first started looking for solutions that could help us with memory retention problems across the board. Our users are hands-on or visual learners, so sitting in long classroom sessions isn't ideal. What tends to happen is they forget almost everything we've taught them. Relying on their SOPs is something they tend to avoid. Axonify's solution was the answer to our problems! The customer support and the relationships we've developed are next level. Implementing the system at all three of our distribution centres was a breeze! The reports, data, customizable exports, leaderzone, and rewards platform are just some of my favourite features. There really isn't anything I dislike about Axonify, I only wish some of the features were more editable. Such as the Feedback feature - I would love to have it optional per category. Axonify has been critical is helping to build a culture of continuous learning and improvement with our frontline workers. Their amazing team has been a critical partner in helping to create impactful, beneficial, and engaging learning programs. The reporting in Axonify has also be a great benefit to our organization. We've also recently begin using their Impact engine to help us see the how the training completed in Axonify has a direct effect on employee production, which has been such an amazing benefit to our organization and team to help further drive and encourage continuous learning and growth. There are so many pieces of Axonify, and sometimes I find that the reports in Admin Zone do not match the reports in LeaderZone, which can cause some confusion and misunderstandings between our learning department and the field managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
