We use the iSolved platform, and overall its capabilities are solid. We constantly have issues with the app. People can't log on, the app stalls, they don't get service so can't clock in.. it's endless, employees are in my office weekly to complain about the app... And when I process payroll inevitably there is ALWAYS an issue. This week bereavement leave disappeared so an employee was unable to submit. And one employee did not have his employer match for retirement go through. Issue after issue.. The initial setup was terrible and support tries to correct every week but we dont know what will go wrong the next week. Its always something new Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I really like that iSolved provides everything under one platform, which greatly enhances our user experience. This integration is valuable because it not only improves internal HR processes but also benefits our employees by offering a cohesive platform that supports various functions such as payroll, performance management, learning development, and even acts as an ATS for our recruitment team. The consolidated platform simplifies processes and ensures that all personnel-related activities are managed within a single, integrated system. I find several aspects of isolved challenging. The customer service and triage system seem inefficient, as they don't respond to inquiries and questions as well as I would hope. Additionally, there are issues with PTO approvals and accruals that I feel need improvement. The onboarding experience, especially from a contractor's perspective, could greatly benefit from enhancements. These issues have necessitated ongoing work with an optimization team weekly to address various kinks and the problems faced. Moreover, the integration capabilities are lacking, as I've had to use an additional tool that unfortunately does not integrate with isolved. The initial setup process also posed challenges, as it felt somewhat archaic and cumbersome in terms of uploading information. There was also a significant amount of information that couldn't be transferred when joining isolved, adding to the complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I liked that when I approved pay changes or job changes, the update showed on the screen right away. The downside was that sometimes it was hard to tell whether I had moved too quickly while approving those changes. I also really enjoyed how fast their response rate was. "User-Friendly Platform, But Customer Support Needs Improvement" 2/5 What do you like best about isolved? The interface is easy to use, simple and seems to be self explanatory. The links to training and help guides are also good that they are right on the dashboard. It was easy to create a mailing for the Medicare Part D within the COBRA platform. It seemed as though it took longer to upload the employee names than it did to set up the mailing. Enlisting employees in COBRA is rather easy as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about isolved? Customer support is not very responsive. I have access to an HCM and the COBRA portal and there are a few times I was unable to log it, when I did get logged in the HCM was not available. It is also kind of strange that I need to log in using different URLs until I contacted customer service and they figured out, but this took a few days. A few days is a long time to wait to be able to log into the system. Also, there seems to be confusion who is the customer service person on our account. Customer service seems disointed and not very sure what they are doing. The response time for customer service needs to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Mostly dissapointed that as a Franchise this was another additional fee while presented as an internal company platform. The recurring fee feels exhorbiant. Everything is a subcription. Let me buy something and leave me alone. An email and Calendar Scheduling feature integrated would really set you apart.
