The user interface is clean and intuitive. The speed at which you can both get up and running and onboard new users is also great. Feels like the right features have been added in the right places. I like that I can see what everyone is working on, which helps me stay aware of their workflow. It also integrates smoothly into our system, so everything flows easily. I like the intuitive usability of Float.com and the look & feel of the interface. The flexible evaluation according to various criteria is also a highlight for me. I love that I am able to allocate tasks using float and fill in my time sheet seamlessly. I also love that you can plan ahead and assess if there is too much pressure that is being exerted on a certain user and reallocate to other users with fewer tasks. I use it on a daily basis to create tasks and plan what i will be doing on a daily. I love the interface, it is user interactive and does not require a lot from a user like myself. I use Float.com for work scheduling, and I like its clean UI, which makes it straightforward to use. Still very green, over promised on the initial discovery call and found a lot of errors or incompatibilities after onboarding. Aside from the credit cards, all things are not the "bread and butter" of their product so they don't have a solution for. Even the simplest expectations for a basic tool is lacking outside of the credit cards.

Had to resort to a lot of bandage solutions / leverage external AI to bridge the gap.

Float makes it really simple to plan and track my workload. I also use it as a to-do tool. Every Monday I plan my week using the allocation feature, so I know exactly what I’ll be working on.
