Currently utilizing SQL Doctor, SQL Defrag Manager, and SQL Diagnostic Manager and have ZERO complaints in regards to all three products. These solutions work seamlessly to provide complete overhead analysis and diagnosis of SQL performance issues to include index fragmentation, missing indexes, queries requiring optimization and server hardware issues just to name a few. We have SQL Compliance Manager and also now Uptime which has been recently purchased by IDERA. SQL Compliance manager has been superb for our institution and has meant we can fully audit our SQL Server databases with ease. The company as a whole is very good with supporting their customers and the prices of their software is very reasonable in comparison with the competition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have had issues with licencing very recently with regards to ongoing maintenance and support. These have now been resolved but we have been left a little confused as to what has happened. I believe it may be down to when IDERA procured the Uptime product and our accounts have become merged for the two products. As a result we have missed out on the support and maintenance of SQL Compliance Manager. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Working with Ideara is excellent experience to monitoring application and database.
