# Is it possible to notice my personal schedule in a daily agenda format (with working hours)? Also is it possible to send an email daily with a summary of the activities to be done during the day?

Hi Marco,

Float is used for project planning and resource scheduling with tasks visible to all team members. You can add scheduled time-off, public holidays or set a status if you're for example working from home or at a conference for the day. It's not likely or recommended to be used for personal tasks outside of this scope!

There is an option to get daily or weekly emails of your Float work schedule. We also have live in-app, push and email notifications that you can opt in to receive.
