All projects are properly seggregated and easy to manage and log hours with clean UI, ease of onboarding, minimal training required. On the rare occasion we've needed help, the customer support has been responsive and effective. Sometimes the timeline shifting can be quite time-consuming if the project has already started. Shifting a timeline from halfway through the job becomes a manual labor-intensive task. It is particularly difficult and time-consuming to push timings when a stage has multiple rounds of work within it. I find Float's features to be somewhat complicated, cluttered, and clunky compared to platforms like Trello. The platform's interface doesn't allow for the ease of movement and task-based organization that I'm accustomed to, such as viewing tasks in a Kanban board. The scheduling feature is also not very useful to me because it doesn't suit how our project timelines work. Additionally, Float feels limited in capability and flexibility, and I haven't found a great way to utilize it effectively. As a result, I am considering returning to using Trello alongside Float. I’m not fully satisfied with the way projects are created. I use Templates to create projects, but I feel this workflow could be improved and made more streamlined. I also think the reports section needs improvement, especially in terms of flexibility for working with and analyzing the data.
