1. Our date range insights (at the top of the schedule), when set to “this week,” can show you in hours or percentages the utilization of the people you’re viewing. So, in your case, I would recommend going to the schedule, filtering by your project(s), and reviewing your team’s hours from there. 2. On that note, filtering sounds like it would really help you out. I recommend saving a few of your most common views so that you can reference them regularly. Here’s information on saved filtered views: https://support.float.com/en/articles/28939-search-and-filter#h_873bdee257
3. Milestones are best viewed from the project plan view, where you can see a timeline of all of your projects. I recommend using the saved filter view (mentioned above) to filter the list to only your projects, then swap the view to months so you can look a bit further ahead.
