# Best contract lifecycle management software - opinions needed

I need some advice on selecting the best contact lifecycle management software for my business. We have grown from a small startup to a mid-size company and need a CLM solution to take us to the next level. I used G2’s category to create a short-list, if you could take a moment to review and let me know if I should consider other products, that would be helpful! My CLM shortlist Conga CLM: Conga CLM is celebrated for automating various stages of the contract lifecycle, including creation, negotiation, approval, and renewal. Its user-friendly interface and strong customer support contribute to its reputation as a leading solution in the CLM space. Salesforce Revenue Cloud: Salesforce Revenue Cloud integrates Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) capabilities with contract lifecycle management, enabling sales teams to configure products, set accurate pricing, and generate quotes efficiently. Its seamless integration with the broader Salesforce ecosystem makes it a preferred choice for organizations seeking unified sales and contract management solutions. LinkSquares: LinkSquares offers an AI-powered platform that streamlines contract workflows, providing accurate analysis and management of contracts. Its advanced AI engine, LinkAI, delivers precise insights, making it a top choice for organizations aiming to enhance contract management efficiency. DocuSign CLM: DocuSign CLM extends beyond e-signatures to manage the entire contract lifecycle with features like workflow automation and AI-based contract analysis. Its strong compliance tools and integration capabilities make it a preferred solution for enterprises looking to automate and secure their contract processes. DealHub.io: DealHub.io provides a comprehensive quote-to-revenue solution that assists sales organizations in managing pricing strategies and deal processes seamlessly. Its ease of use and integration with CRM systems contribute to its recognition as a top CLM product. Any advice or strong opinion would be appreciated!

Hi Evan,

Thanks for sharing your shortlist—some great platforms on there.

One thing to consider as you scale: even the most popular CLM tools can come with hidden inefficiencies that impact adoption, speed, and ROI—especially for lean teams.

At Volody, we offer an AI-powered CLM designed to be intuitive, fast to implement, and scalable without the high complexity or cost. It’s a no-code platform that requires minimal training, and we back it with dedicated support and customization to ensure long-term success.

We also offer a free trial so you can evaluate it hands-on before making a decision.

Happy to connect if you'd like to explore further—feel free to reach out at praket@volody.com.

Best regards,
Praket

Should I be considering any free CLM software solutions? I assumed that free software wouldn't have all the functionality I need, but if that's not true, please let me know! https://www.g2.com/categories/contract-lifecycle-management-clm/free
