Codility

Codility is a technical and AI skills assessment platform built on documented assessment science. For almost two decades it has helped engineering and talent teams answer one question with evidence: who can actually do the work. Every task is designed by occupational psychologists, mapped to the Codility Engineering Skills Model, and monitored for adverse impact at every measured cut score. When a result is challenged, the methodology behind it is documented and reviewable. Three products run on that foundation. Screen delivers standardized early technical signal at scale. Interview runs structured live technical interviews in a real engineering environment. Skills Intelligence maps and grows verified technical capability across the engineers an organization already employs. Hiring and workforce share one evaluation model, so an external candidate and an internal engineer are measured the same way. Screen assesses candidates asynchronously against a library of 1,300+ validated tasks spanning real-world work simulations, project-based work, algorithmic problems, coding, and SQL, across 80+ languages and frameworks including Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Go, Rust, Kotlin, React, Angular, Vue.js, Spring Boot, Django, Terraform, Kubernetes, Spark, and TensorFlow. Scoring is automatic on supported task types, with candidate comparison, configurable time limits, and role-specific weighting. Interview runs live technical interviews in a shared VS Code environment with terminal access, sidecar services for databases, caching, and message queues, a collaborative whiteboard, rubric scoring, and a full session transcript and recording. Engineering teams watch a candidate think, debug, and build. Talent teams get a repeatable process and session playback after every interview. Skills Intelligence assesses the engineers an organization already has, on the same engine used for hiring. Teams use it to find capability gaps, benchmark proficiency across teams, guide internal mobility, and plan workforce deployment on assessed evidence rather than self-reporting. It runs on the Codility Engineering Skills Model, which covers 30 skills and 180 subskills across five categories and maps to SWEBOK v4, SFIA v9, O*NET, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, and ISO/IEC 42001, validated by engineering leaders. AI is part of engineering work now, so Codility assesses how people work with it. The in-assessment AI Assistant is enabled or disabled per assessment, and every candidate interaction is captured as reviewable AI activity. Anthropic's Claude Code runs in the terminal of the Codility assessment environment across Screen, Interview, and Skills Intelligence, with the full interaction saved to the candidate record, so candidates work with the agentic tool they would actually use and the prompts, edits, and corrections stay reviewable afterwards. AI-native tasks put an assistant into the work itself, including tasks where it makes deliberately seeded mistakes the candidate has to catch, verify, and correct, which surfaces judgment about AI output rather than raw code volume. AI Follow-Up Questions check whether a candidate understands the code they submitted, and are deliberately not scored to avoid introducing bias. Model-level and more granular AI controls are on the roadmap. AI for Business extends the same methodology to every role beyond engineering, and it is available now in Preview. It runs inside Screen or Skills Intelligence on the same assessment engine, scoring, reporting, integrations, and compliance posture, with no separate product to buy. Only the candidate experience and the task library change. A person works alongside the AI Assistant in a simplified writing environment, no code involved, to produce a real deliverable such as a verified report, a prioritization call, or an account brief. The deliverable is scored deterministically against an answer space defined by experts, so no AI grades AI, and every prompt and response is captured as a reviewable record. Tasks run from 20 to 60 minutes and cover marketing, sales, finance, operations, customer support, and product management roles, plus general tasks any employee in any function can take for an organization-wide AI skills baseline. Integrity controls are layered so a hiring decision holds up when it is questioned. They include identity verification, behavioral signals, deterministic integrity risk scoring, similarity detection, solution paste volume measurement, browser absence and tab switching signals, and code evolution playback. Typing pattern detection, which flags line-by-line retyping from a second screen, and cheating apps detection, which surfaces helper applications that hide from screen capture, are available in Preview. Reviewers see which signals contributed to a risk band, signals route to a human reviewer, and nothing auto-rejects a candidate. Codility is SOC 2 Type II audited, ISO 27001 certified, GDPR and CCPA compliant, WCAG 2.2 AA accessible, and aligned with EU AI Act requirements for high-risk AI classification. Methodology is documented in a 92-page Technical Manual structured to APA Standards, with adverse impact data at every cut score, the EEOC four-fifths threshold met at every measured cut score, and an independent cApStAn linguistic audit supporting fairness for non-native English speakers. No AI or machine learning is used in automated hiring decisions. Data is hosted in either EU or US regions. Codility integrates with more than 20 applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling tools including Greenhouse, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, iCIMS, SmartRecruiters, Lever, Eightfold, and Ashby, with results flowing back into the ATS, plus 80+ human resources information systems (HRIS) integrations for Skills Intelligence. It supports single sign-on (SSO) via SAML 2.0 and offers API access for custom workflows. Codility Professional Services supports taxonomy mapping, rollout design, and pass-score governance for large deployments. Founded in 2009, Codility is used by engineering, talent, and business teams at Barclays, BMW, Deutsche Bank, GitHub, Samsung, SpaceX, and other organizations assessing technical and AI skills across hiring and existing workforces.

JobTwine

Clone Your Best Recruiter. Scale Them with AI. JobTwine is the only platform that runs hiring from JD to explainable signals via multiple agents. Imagine having a digital twin of your top recruiter with their brain, voice, and judgment—conducting first-round interviews without scheduling friction or burnout. JayT is your best recruiter, multiplied. Available 24/7 at candidates' own time. The Hiring Crisis Is Real Your recruiting team is drowning. 500 applications arrive weekly. Screening takes 3 weeks minimum. Resume fraud slips through constantly. Interview quality depends entirely on who's conducting them. And the entire process stretches across 44 days when you need decisions in 8. Most recruiting tools hand you one piece of the puzzle. JobTwine hands you the whole picture—from the moment a job goes live to the moment an offer is signed. The Solution JobTwine is the only end-to-end AI recruiting platform built for high-volume hiring teams that can't afford screening backlogs. It replaces the most time-consuming parts of recruitment—screening calls, interview prep, note-taking, feedback collection, and ATS updates—with an intelligent, automated system that runs 24/7 and feeds everything directly into the tools you already use. At the center is JayT: your best recruiter, multiplied. A digital twin of your top recruiter's brain, voice, and judgment. Available 24/7 across any timezone, in 16+ languages and dialects. Conducting first-round interviews without scheduling friction, without burnout, without inconsistency. Grunt work removed. Decisions stay human. No new headcount required. How JobTwine Works: Step 1 — Post the Job, Auto-Build Your Process Smart Playbook Builder reads your JD, identifies the core competencies required for the role, and auto-generates a complete interview playbook. Structured questions. Scoring rubrics. Competency frameworks. By the time the first application arrives, your entire hiring process is already designed and ready. Every interviewer walks in prepared, regardless of experience level. First-time interviewer or TA veteran—they're working from the same playbook, asking the same questions, evaluating against the same standards. Step 2 — Clean Your Pipeline Before Screening Begins The AI Shortlisting Agent immediately begins ranking every incoming applicant by role fit. It cross-references resumes against job requirements, detects AI-generated content and resume manipulation, and surfaces a clean, ranked shortlist before a single human reviews a single CV. You stop seeing 500 applications. You start seeing the 20 worth talking to. No resume fraud. No inflated credentials. No wasted screening time. Step 3 — Run First-Round Interviews at Scale, 24/7 JayT reaches out to shortlisted candidates automatically and schedules async interviews on their timeline. No calendar conflicts. No scheduling back-and-forth. Candidates experience a lifelike, conversational screening experience—not a form, not a chatbot, not a recorded video with no one watching. JayT asks follow-up questions. Probes for depth. Applies the competency framework from your Playbook. Every interview is conversational, consistent and scored against the same rubric. JayT operates across 16+ languages and dialects, removing timezone and language barriers from your hiring process. Step 4 — Human Rounds, Fully Guided and Structured When human interviewers take over, the AI Interviewer Copilot activates. It pulls everything JayT learned during round one—the candidate's strengths, areas needing probing, competencies still unassessed—and builds a live interview guide around it. Interviewers receive real-time nudges, anti-skip logic that ensures nothing gets missed, and suggested follow-up questions based on how the candidate is actually responding. The Copilot ensures every competency gets covered. Every interviewer follows the same structure. Step 5 — Feedback Collected, Structured, and Synced Instantly The moment an interview ends, Smart Feedback takes over. It prompts interviewers for structured reviews, organizes their input, flags any fraud or AI cheating detected during the session, and transfers the complete record—scores, notes, flags, recommendations—directly to your ATS. No follow-up emails asking for feedback. No chasing hiring managers two days later for their review. No data entry. No information lost between rounds. Step 6 — Make the Decision with Full Intelligence Every piece of intelligence from every stage of the process is available in one place, synced to the ATS your team already uses. Comparisons are structured. Scores are consistent. Fraud flags are documented with evidence. The final decision stays entirely with your team—but now you're making it with complete, reliable information delivered at speed. What's Inside JobTwine JayT Avatar Recruiter — Autonomous first-round interviews available 24/7. Candidates get a lifelike, conversational screening experience on their own schedule, any time, any timezone. Recruiters wake up to a ranked, scored shortlist. No scheduling friction. No bottlenecks. No phone calls. Candidates report feeling like they're talking to a real recruiter, not an AI system. AI Shortlisting Agent — Ranks every applicant by role fit before interviews begin. Detects AI-generated resumes and resume manipulation attempts. Flags suspicious credentials and inflated experience. Your pipeline enters screening already clean and qualified. This alone eliminates 80% of wasted screening time. Smart Playbook Builder — Upload a job description and get a complete interview playbook in minutes. Competency frameworks tailored to your role. Question banks auto-generated from job requirements. Scoring rubrics that ensure consistency. Every interviewer prepared. Every competency assessed the same way across every candidate. AI Interviewer Copilot — For human interview rounds, provides live guidance and support. Real-time nudges and suggested follow-ups. Anti-skip logic that ensures every competency gets covered. Structured interview flow that adapts to candidate responses. Removes interviewer variance. Guarantees consistency regardless of experience level. Smart Feedback — Auto-collects structured interviewer reviews at the end of every round. Organizes feedback for consistency. Flags any fraud or AI cheating detected. Syncs the complete record—scores, notes, red flags, recommendations—directly to your ATS. Zero manual data entry. Zero lost information between rounds. Built-in Fraud Detection — Real-time monitoring across both AI avatar and human interview rounds. Detects LLM usage by analyzing response patterns for AI-generated structure and phrasing. Monitors eye gaze and face position to flag off-screen assistance. Detects tab switching and external resource usage. Tracks suspicious face movement patterns indicating external prompting. Every incident is timestamped, scored with a suspicion rating, and compiled into an Overall Suspicious Score sent directly to your ATS alongside interview records. One company records interviews. Another provides avatar screening. A third offers live coaching. JobTwine is the only platform that connects all of them seamlessly. The Copilot already knows what the avatar screen revealed. Smart Feedback already knows what the Copilot flagged. Nothing gets repeated. Nothing gets lost. Key Results: * 8 days to offer (industry average: 44 days) * Under $240 cost-per-hire (industry average: $4,000) * 10X faster candidate screening per week * 80% shorter hiring cycle overall * 99% consistent interviews and scoring across all interviewers * 34% higher offer acceptance rates (candidates feel better about the process) Enterprise Ready. Your data stays in your systems. The Fraud Detection Advantage AI cheating in interviews isn't a future problem—it's happening today in every hiring pipeline. Candidates use ChatGPT to answer questions in real time. They feed prompts to hidden assistants. They read off scripts. They switch tabs to look up answers mid-interview. JobTwine has built-in, real-time fraud detection that works across both AI avatar and human interview rounds. You catch cheating during the interview, not after the hire. Start Here- Experience how JobTwine works. Try a real JayT interview yourself—no signup required. Screen an actual role from your pipeline in real time. Then talk to our team.
