The software is intuitive, reliable, and covers every feature I need, but what really sets it apart is how quickly the team acts on feedback. I’ve had suggestions turned into live features within the same day, and I’ve even been able to connect directly with the CEO. We were faced with low interview engagement, and our ATS (at the time) was confusing and clunky. As a small business owner, I wanted to upgrade our system but other ATS solutions were cost-prohibitive, overly complex, and required tons of extra plugins and paid upgrades. Then I found Business Draft, which completely flipped the script. Business Draft is truly the best all-in-one ATS, and provides all the features I need - advanced AI insights, video interview questions, automatic self-scheduling that syncs into my calendar, in-platform offer letters, background checks (coming soon), and more. Plus, it's at the perfect price for my business. I also wanted to touch on the AMAZING candidate management that Businesss Draft has. It is so easy to move candidates through the various interview steps I set up, and candidates for my jobs have loved having insights into where there application is at. Overall, the kanban-style approach is definitely the best way I've ever seen to manage my applicants. I couldn't recommend Business Draft more highly. First, our candidates are more engaged then ever. They show up to interviews more, they apply faster, and they're more excited about the job opportunities we post. Second, I've been able to save so much time on hiring tasks.
