* Keeps the soundtrack of all the candidates.

* Major requirement of detailed report is unavailable.

* Turbohire is easy to use and pocket-friendly.
* Saves cost on both sides, ATS costing is less than other software and pretty easy to use, so there is no further cost on training.

Everything. I have been using TurboHire for 6 months, I like Everything in TurboHire ATS. I believe it is the Best. You can use Boolean Strings in your Internal candidate database, It will show you the best fit results unlike other ATS and once we copy the candidate to the job TurboHire AI will give the Candidate Score based on skill, experience and education.It has lot of smart filters which help to find best-fit candidate for the job

I am using TurboHire for the past 5 months. It is widely in our organization for recruitment purposes. TurboHire is easy to use and it has multiple features that provide ease and a smooth workflow for recruitment. TurboHire UI is extraordinary even a new user can use it without having any issues. The best thing about TurboHire is that most of the leading job portals are integrated which in turn helps in posting the job.

Few times there is an issue after sharing interview link with the interviewer but team has worked on it and fixed the issue.

Taken Care is an OPC, and I work on multiple projects simultaneously from different locations. The employment tenure is short, but identifying and reaching out to the same talent if a similar need arises in the future has helped maintain healthy candidate relationships. This is an excellent tool. We can track status easily here. Its AI based search engine helps to find the right profiles from a bigger DB

They might take time to figure out the issues but surely they will do.

If you want to track applicants status, i can say it is the best tool. This is well organized and easy to use. Keyword Match Score and Candidate Calibration Score are really too good as it reduces time of a recruiter.

Generally, we need to call many candidates to collect the data. but here we don't need to call all the candidates , it collects the data from candidates which will save our time. Complete tracking we can get complete history of a candidate

2.We had location tracking and tagging issues which TH has resolved  for partners

TH is a good tool with lot of features like AI Based scoring, pulling Profiles from different sources & automated workflows

Reports and Dashboards are yet to strengthen to meet management requirements.

Tracking of resumes, stages, evaluations, scoring, and offer letters,  all in one place to refer. It reduced lot of manual tracking.

The candidate scorecard analyzes the job expectations and the candidate profile accurately and provides the matching score - this helps manage all the applications and reduces the time invested in screening CVs extensively. The time to initiate the first conversation with the potential candidate to complete the hiring cycle has been reduced.

At times - minor bugs are experienced, and the speed of the application could be optimized.

AI Based recruitment software which helps you in screening & mapping the talent pool for future requirements, helps to prepare dyanamic reports on dashboards,they have full bunch of activities to offer.

At times. the software runs slow & there are bugs. Resume parsing is not always 100% correct

A great ATS overall packed with a ton of great features which are ready to use. I like the UI and experience of the platform a lot.

Candidate rating system is somewhat random and un-predictable.
The platform is packed with a lot of features but the team is not proactive in explaining how to get the best of the platform.
The display format on the job link can be improved.

Its saving me a lot of time. And getting all job applications under one roof. Jobs and applications are easily trackable now, along with a database of candidates.

All the features are most helpful for our recruitment process, I like the product personally, and it's easy to use. Employee friendly, worthy and hassle-free. I worked earlier with some other ATS but I feel this is the best one to work with.

Sometimes the support team is not providing on-time support, which is delaying the work.
