I use AI Interviewer to speed up the hiring process in my design company. It helps me reduce human bias elements in the recruitment process and takes the load off my HR team, allowing them to focus on the quality of hire rather than just the quantity. I love the AI Agent's intuitiveness and its ability to make conversations natural and free-flowing, just like a human does, mostly. The variety of formats for different job levels is great too - simple resume scanners for volume hiring, phone screeners for less serious roles, and the AI interviewer for more challenging roles like CXOs and leadership positions. It's also easy breezy to set up, thanks to their great support team.

I think it is a well-rounded product overall, I would have preferred identity detection also to be included.

I use it weekly for initial candidate screening. The interface is intuitive—simply set up your interview criteria, generate a link, and send it to candidates. The AI dynamically adapts questions in real time, rephrasing them if candidates have difficulty and probing further based on their answers. Fraud detection features are thorough, identifying multiple faces, external monitors, screen sharing, AI-generated responses, and lip-sync cheating. So far the AI interviewer is meeting our expectation.

Our team was struggling to close the open roles within in short time, so we required a tool. At that point, we saw about the Hyring AI Interviewer on LinkedIn and tried it out. Later, it worked well in speeding up the process, as well we are satisfied with the report. I’d recommend Hyring to other companies as well.

The best part about it is the speed and consistency. 

It is conversational and efficient, and I also get the detailed reports of all the candidates. It is easy to use and implement.

**What do you dislike about AI Interviewer?**

Suits my current needs, nothing as of now.

2 major problems were: Time and efficiency

AI interviewer interviewed 100s of candidates for me and gave me the detailed reports for all of them. Also it ranked the candidates which made it easier for me to make the decision. It literally slashed more than 50% of the time and energy spent in Interviewing candidates.

The AI interviewer is able to conduct non IT interviews way better than expected. The anti cheat mechanism helps us to detect the cheating that happens in online interviews.

We just started using the AI interviewer. It is good so far.

There are no items to report. The experience was positive, and the interface/system was found to be intuitive and easy to use.

I didn't really had time to do talent acquisition for my side business and this tool proved to be more helpful than I expected.

Nothing at the moment. Just make customer support faster.
