**What do you like best about Intervue?**

The platform is so easy to use and navigate through. The quality of interview is so structured and it comes out in a detailed review report - which makes it super easy to taken the decision basis all the rubrics given. 
Intervue has streamlined the tech hiring process for us since our internal bandwidth was low. The coordination and interview experience for a candidate is also super smooth - from scheduling to follow ups, they do it all!
Any technical error, their customer support team, account managers are on top of it alwayss!

The dislikes are not applicable as of now :)

**What problems is Intervue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Intervue has helped us reduce our depedency on the internal team - the employees can focus more on their own projects and KRAs rather than investing heavy time for taking interviews. This has helped us buidlign stronger tech teams with =out stretching our internal resources.
- The hiring funnel moves faster and there is no chance of personal bias as well - since the panelists are external and the rubrics are very clear.
-  The biggest win for us here has been speed + credibility.

**What do you like best about Intervue?**

Accurate technical screening and a solid team of interviewers with a wide range of tech stack knowledge. I also appreciated the timely responses from the POCs throughout the process.

**What do you dislike about Intervue?**

Right now, they seem to serve only the IT industry. I’d like to see them expand their capabilities to support other industries as well, such as US staffing.

**What do you like best about Intervue?**

I really like Intervue's professionalism, which stands out to me. The rubrics are helpful as they allow me to frame questions accordingly and are very well-defined and constructive. They guide me in understanding what the client expects and help me prepare for interviews effectively. The rating system is also very well defined, making sure that I cannot just give a high rating to a mediocre candidate as there is a second level of validation. This aspect of Intervue is something I find very good. Overall, these features keep me engaged with recent technologies and support constructive decision-making.

**What do you dislike about Intervue?**

Yeah. The payment system can be improved because they have their weekly payment specifically on Fridays between 12:30PM till 6PM. But normally, if you do not cash in before 3PM or 02:30PM, you would find that, wallet has been exhausted and Intervue is no longer left with additional money to pay to their interviewers. This is a bit worrisome and frustrating because we wait for an entire week but eventually, we do not get the money, and contact the support executive and 50% of the time they help and the other 50%, they kind of ignore. Yeah. The first interview, I was not sure that you have to post the question to the candidate. So I just asked the question and the feedback, and then I was trying to kind of close the interview, I got to know that, we need to post least one question from each rubric. And, hence, the agent actually helped me out and from there onwards, it was not very difficult.

I use Intervue for candidate interviews, providing a well-defined rubric and rating system that helps in preparing questions and evaluating candidates. It keeps me updated with recent technologies, aids in constructive decision making, and offers remuneration for personal expenses.

**What do you like best about Intervue?**

I find Intervue's features like question content creation, a smart compilation tool, and a video player very useful. The real-time detection of cheating is particularly helpful. I like the detection of lip sync and the ability to monitor if a candidate is seeking help by opening multiple tabs. It was very easy to set up.

**What do you dislike about Intervue?**

I don't like the negative credit if the report is not submitted immediately. Sometimes the interview runs over an hour and then we need to submit the feedback within 30 minutes; it becomes very hard. The pay is also low.

**What problems is Intervue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Intervue for creating interview questions, smart tool compilation, and ensuring candidates don't cheat using its lip sync and tab monitoring features.

**What do you like best about Intervue?**

I like how Intervue provides separate rubrics for coding techniques, allowing me to conduct interviews based on these rubrics. This helps us and our clients understand the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate. I also find it easy to set up, as I just link it to my LinkedIn profile and things automatically populate. The support team is very good, they contact me for any issues, and they seem like a strong team.

**What do you dislike about Intervue?**

I find the feedback system in Intervue a bit cumbersome. It takes a lot of effort to write feedback because there are multiple rubrics. If there are about six or seven rubrics, you have to ensure that feedback is written for each one, and then provide an overall feedback. I think it would be great if there was an AI feature that could record and summarize feedback during the interview.

It helps interviewer to get financial support and for it helps client to evaluate strengths and weaknesses, of each candidate aiding in decision-making.

One thing I dislike about Intervue is the very short time given to accept interview requests, which sometimes feels too quick and easy to miss. There are also occasional app timeout issues, and at times I receive a notification for an interview but when I open the app immediately, the request is no longer visible. Improving the stability and increasing the acceptance time would make the experience smoother and more reliable.

What I like most about Intervue is that the process is extremely seamless. We simply upload the CV, and the Intervue team takes care of everything else. Even though the selection ratio may be lower, the candidates who clear the process are highly relevant and well-qualified.

There isn’t anything significant to dislike. However, one area of improvement could be follow-ups with candidates before their interviews.

They could improve the process by adding an initial resume score based on the JD, so it’s clearer whether a candidate should be considered for the role or not.

For a start up where bandwidth is the issue to take interviews, I do not see any downside from Intervue. Maybe you can start the business roles also on a bigger scale

There are a few features I wish available there, such as richer analytics, more flexible scoring rubrics.

Sometimes interview panels, based on their own experience, start judging the candidate too quickly. They should be a bit more progressive and focus more on the candidate’s experience and potential. It doesn’t happen often, but sometimes it does.

As setting up the gcc helps reducing internal interviewers ad saving a lot of time for internal people so they can focus on their work

**What do you like best about Intervue?**

Had a smooth experience with Intervue so far. The platform is intuitive, the support team is responsive, and it helps streamline our interview process without unnecessary complexity.
It has definitely reduced the time and effort spent on interview coordination.
Looking forward to continued improvements and new features.

**What do you dislike about Intervue?**

While the core features work well,  a more intuitive tutorial or walkthrough for first-time users would really help in speeding up adoption across teams. Additionally, slight improvements in  layout and navigation can  further improve overall user experience especially while switching between candidate profiles

Intervue addresses key challenges in the interview process by offering a single platform for scheduling, conducting, and evaluating interviews. It minimizes administrative effort, enhances coordination between interviewers, and ensures a consistent experience for candidates.

1. They have a vast pool of SMEs on almost every technology skillset.
2. Methodolgy of conducting technical evaluation is very professional.
3. The tool is very user-friendly where my delivery team finds it easy to use.
4. My customers are delighted to see that we are saving thier time in hiring process.
5. Thier supporting team is awesome.

**What do you dislike about Intervue?**

Subscription model is little pricy. Since this tool is intended for hiring needs of companies, they need to consider the user overheads too in mind and keep descent pricing. Better rework on pricing will bring in better win-win situation for a long time association.

**What problems is Intervue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to win more client stakeholders by providing them the recommeded candidates. This parameter is saving the valuable time and identifying the right candidate for our clients. Intervue.io is helping us to identify the right candidates.

It is very self-explanatory as a platform, even if the user is a non-tech recruiter.

Have not really noticed anything that I dislike about it yet

**What problems is Intervue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have 3 members on my engineering team who are actually qualified to be taking interviews of candidates and I am the only recruiter for a team of 50 as an organisation. This meant that I am always on the back-foot when it comes down to managing bandwidth. Even if do successfully get multiple interviews taken by my internal team, collecting all the feedback and having them shared with candidates is a pain.

**What do you like best about Intervue?**

I am extremely amazed by the variety of skills available for you to choose from to get evaluated for. Most of the current open source blooming software/technologies are present here. Another path breaking feature is the evaluation process which is smooth and takes less than an hour to give insights.

**What do you dislike about Intervue?**

The interface can be improvised to a large extent in order to make the communication better. And I'd really appreciate if more tools are made to be available here for evaluation of candidates and additionally there should be a retaking to evaluate feature available.

**What problems is Intervue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped me in getting a heads up on my preparation with regards to my dedicated skill. A quick hands on evaluation makes it easier for you to spot the areas which need more attention and the illustrated reports highlights the challenges too.

**What do you like best about Intervue?**

I have been looking for similar tools for more than a year. I'm the owner of eCom store + 3 more projects running at the same time. I'm also studying my Master at UNI (SW Development). This tool helps to test out people who want to join our beautiful team and also I'm able to learn code with my developers because I do business things and they do coding. It helps me a lot to have a live call when my developers can explain to me how to coding.

**What do you dislike about Intervue?**

It's still an early ages. It could be good having more native integration and also some templates or examples for testing new candidates.

**What problems is Intervue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testing out our IT candidates, live call, all sort of codes and languages. We are not limited if Java, JS, C## etc. They support most of them.
