What do you like best about Intervue?

The platform is so easy to use and navigate through. The quality of interview is so structured and it comes out in a detailed review report - which makes it super easy to taken the decision basis all the rubrics given.

Intervue has streamlined the tech hiring process for us since our internal bandwidth was low. The coordination and interview experience for a candidate is also super smooth - from scheduling to follow ups, they do it all!

"Professional Tool with Robust Features, Needs Improved Payment System"
What do you like best about Intervue?

I really like Intervue's professionalism, which stands out to me. The rubrics are helpful as they allow me to frame questions accordingly and are very well-defined and constructive. They guide me in understanding what the client expects and help me prepare for interviews effectively. The rating system is also very well defined, making sure that I cannot just give a high rating to a mediocre candidate as there is a second level of validation. This aspect of Intervue is something I find very good. Overall, these features keep me engaged with recent technologies and support constructive decision-making. What do you dislike about Intervue?

Yeah. The payment system can be improved because they have their weekly payment specifically on Fridays between 12:30PM till 6PM. But normally, if you do not cash in before 3PM or 02:30PM, you would find that, wallet has been exhausted and Intervue is no longer left with additional money to pay to their interviewers. This is a bit worrisome and frustrating because we wait for an entire week but eventually, we do not get the money, and contact the support executive and 50% of the time they help and the other 50%, they kind of ignore. Yeah. The first interview, I was not sure that you have to post the question to the candidate. So I just asked the question and the feedback, and then I was trying to kind of close the interview, I got to know that, we need to post least one question from each rubric. And, hence, the agent actually helped me out and from there onwards, it was not very difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Intervue?

I like how Intervue provides separate rubrics for coding techniques, allowing me to conduct interviews based on these rubrics. This helps us and our clients understand the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate. I also find it easy to set up, as I just link it to my LinkedIn profile and things automatically populate. What do you dislike about Intervue?

I find the feedback system in Intervue a bit cumbersome. It takes a lot of effort to write feedback because there are multiple rubrics. If there are about six or seven rubrics, you have to ensure that feedback is written for each one, and then provide an overall feedback. Intervue.io offers very structured and insightful interview reports that go beyond a simple pass/fail outcome. The evaluation report clearly shows what a candidate is proficient in, where they struggle, and how deep their understanding is across the subject domain. This level of understanding helps us recruiters explain the interview results to stakeholders in a clear manner, justify performance and expectations, while maintaining transparency with the candidates.
