**What do you like best about Hellohire AI-Powered Candidate Engagement?**

The biggest benefit for us has been how much smoother and more automated our hiring process has become. The platform has helped streamline candidate communication, interview scheduling, and overall applicant management. It’s a nearly hands-off experience until it’s time to actually conduct the interview, which saves us a significant amount of time.

The pre-screening questions have been extremely valuable in helping us filter out unqualified candidates early in the process, which keeps our team from wasting time on interviews that were never going to be a fit.

Another huge benefit is the built-in video interview and recording functionality. Not having to rely on separate meeting software has simplified our workflow considerably and keeps everything centralized in one platform.

The reporting and analytics tools have also given us useful insights into our hiring process and candidate behavior. That data has helped us tweak our settings, improve conversion rates, better manage ad spend, and create a smoother overall experience for applicants.

Beyond the software itself, the responsiveness and support from the HelloHire team has been outstanding. They’ve been very receptive to feedback, quick to assist when issues come up, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed with the platform.

One area I’d like to see improved is automation customization and flexibility. There are certain automated messages sent to candidates/interviewees that currently aren’t editable, and having the ability to fully customize those communications would make the platform even stronger.

I’d also love to see more advanced automation capabilities, such as creating custom triggers and building automations from scratch based on candidate actions or workflow stages. That level of flexibility would help tailor the experience even more to different hiring processes and industries.

That said, one thing I do appreciate is that the HelloHire team has been very receptive to feedback and feature suggestions, which gives me confidence the platform will continue evolving in the right direction.

HelloHire has helped solve several major hiring challenges for us, especially around speed, organization, candidate communication, and interview no-shows.

Before implementing the platform, a large portion of our hiring process was manual. Coordinating interviews, following up with applicants, screening candidates, and keeping everything organized took a significant amount of time and created a lot of unnecessary administrative work.

HelloHire automated much of that process. Candidates can move through the hiring funnel much faster, interviews are scheduled automatically, and communication is handled in a much more streamlined way. That has allowed us to spend less time managing logistics and more time actually evaluating candidates and making hiring decisions.

The pre-screening functionality has also helped us filter out unqualified applicants early, which has improved efficiency and reduced wasted interview time.

Another major benefit has been the centralized interview system. Having built-in video interviews and recordings eliminates the need for separate meeting platforms and keeps everything in one place, making the process cleaner and easier to manage.

The reporting and analytics tools have also helped us better understand applicant behavior and optimize our hiring workflow over time. We’ve been able to identify bottlenecks, improve candidate conversion, and make better use of our recruiting budget as a result.

Hellohire has significantly reduced many of the repetitive tasks associated with the hiring process, allowing our team to be more efficient with their time.  Setting up pre-screening questions ensures we are only screening the qualified candidates we want for each position.  Automated messaging before and after the interviews ensures consistent messaging across all of our locations.  The platform is very streamlined and easy to use.  The time saved is definitely a return on the investment.

It was a big adjustment for our team, as they were very used to interfacing directly with other hiring platforms like Indeed, which require more involvement from our recruiters.  We found some limitations with the reporting  initially but have found a way to make it work for our team.

Hellohire allows us to engage with candidates at the moment the candidates engage with us, no matter the time of day or day of the week.  If a candidate submits an application at 1am, they are getting a text message and email from our team to schedule their interview.  For us, being able to capture candidates at the moment they show interest is key to getting them hired.

We're an independent staffing and recruiting company and we continually look for products and services we can offer to differentiate ourselves from the national competitors. Hellohire has allowed us to send video profiles of candidates to our clients in addition to the usual resume, references, and recruiter notes. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive from our clients; they love the video profiles and AI summaries! Our direct hire business has tripled in the past year since we started consistently sending Hellohire profiles and we have seen a very clear ROI from using this app. I highly recommend Hellohire!

We have seen them continue to iterate this product to be less rigid, but it isn't always compatible for all hiring workflows. For example, when we first started using it, we couldn't complete a video profile on the spot. Candidates had to schedule a later appointment and often didn't show. Hellohire has since made a way to do an interview on the spot, but you may find other workflows don't quite fit your hiring process.

Our goal is to provide our clients with enough information to make a hiring decision about a candidate without having to meet them, even if they decide to meet them anyway. We've noticed that hiring workflows have become too bottlenecked by waiting for managers to review the candidate information. In some cases, multiple managers need to review each candidate we present. This elongated timeframe leads to candidates accepting other positions while they wait to hear feedback about our position. By giving more information to the hiring managers, we get a faster "yes" or "no" to interview and ultimately make an offer.

Since we get a dedicated account manager, setup is a breeze. They truly hold your hand through the process, with one-on-one calls as often as you want — weekly, biweekly, or monthly — until you feel fully comfortable using the platform. Even after regular check-ins taper off, you still always have access to your account manager and can meet on an as-needed basis.

Hellohire automates the non-value added and time consuming aspects of high volume recruiting so that our team can focus their time on interviewing and getting to know candidates instead of trying to schedule and reschedule multiple interviews each day. We love that candidates can schedule themselves for interviews at a time that is convenient for them and even reschedule themselves if need.  Hellohire makes it easy to manage our candidate funnel!  Setup and learning the system was very easy.  The UI is simple and easy to navigate.

You have to be ready for how quickly things can happen.  Since candidates can schedule themselves, you can have multiple candidates schedule interviews the same day you post an ad to a job board.  (Unless you adjust your settings to lengthen the time between when the candidate gets an invite and when they can interview.)

Eliminates time wasted trying to schedule interviews with candidates.  Sends automatic reminders to our candidates so that we don't have to.  Efficiently groups interviews together making our recruiter more productive.

What stands out to me about Hellohire's AI-Powered Candidate Engagement is its ability to conduct interviews without relying on resumes or additional details. After several months of using Hellohire, I've found this feature particularly valuable. By removing the initial dependence on resumes, I can make more objective hiring decisions based on the AI's assessment of candidates' strengths and weaknesses. This approach allows for a fairer evaluation process and enhances the likelihood of selecting the best candidates for the role.

At times, the outcomes may be somewhat misleading.  Learning how to read what the AI thinks is key.

A wonderful platform, user friendly and superior support team – overall a great solution to have as part of your recruitment toolkit! We have been using the platform since November 2021 for a number of different recruitment events across multiple business teams. We have received very positive feedback from our internal partners after using the platform, commenting on its ease of use and effectiveness in facilitating a virtual recruitment event and connecting with talent. We would highly recommend this solution, especially if you want are just getting started in the virtual recruitment space or looking for innovate ways to expand your recruitment strategy!

I believe is already on the list of possible updates, would be great to have the option to record sessions.

Being able to connect with a large group of candidates across the country in an easy to use and accessible way.  With the features of the platform (landing page, pre-videos), being able to easily share information with candidates as part of the process.  For the speed interviewing/jobs side, being able to use screening questions as part of registration but also the score card post-interviews.

The ability to share company content with candidiates, we have gotten great feedback from candidates who watch our videos.  The platform is user friendly and easily customizable. We have been able to interview more candidiates each week since implementing Hellohire and have been able to better use our time.

**What do you dislike about Hellohire AI-Powered Candidate Engagement?**

There are times when technological issues can prove to be a barrier within the intevriew process. For example, issues with the microphone access, issues signing up for inteviews, and issues with the video qiality. Some of these challenges are simply a part of the nature of the viriual space and are not the fault solely of Hellohire. Their team listens to user feedback and sends out helpful updates frequently. The feature we would like to see most is the ability to have multiple interviewers in the same room (like a panal interview).

The video quality has gotten better. Almost every problem we have had has been resolved by thetTeam at Hellohire. Their team is awesome!

Our organization hires at a relivively high volume each month. We would spend about 3 hours a day reching out to candidates to schedule phone screens. We were able to cut our outreach to candidates time in half (if not more) by using HelloHire. Not only was our time better untilized but our process is more streamlined. Overall great product!

There were a few funtionality things we were working out as we were getting started with HelloHire. I will say, the team was quick to act when we requested things like a search feature.

**What do you like best about Hellohire AI-Powered Candidate Engagement?**

With candidates being able to schedule their own interviews, we reduce so much back and forth. The prescreening questions also allow us to ensure we get quality candidates to interview. The customized videos that the candidates watch also cuts down on time explaining the role to the candidate in the actual interview. The reporting allows us to quickly assess and adjust the length of time of the interview and our overbooking rate.

**What do you dislike about Hellohire AI-Powered Candidate Engagement?**

The one thing we'd like to have is the ability to see how long someone has been waiting in the queue and being able to pick who to interview next versus it picking the next one for us. This could be coming in a future enhancement though and may be more specific to us.

**What problems is Hellohire AI-Powered Candidate Engagement solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When needing to hire for volume positions, we are able to send a link to the candidates who have applied to the job so that they can self-book interviews and allow us to pre-screen them through the tool. This has saved us so much time allowing us to interview more candidates and increase our productivity and time to fill the roles. Their service levels in responding to our questions (especially at the beginning) has been exceptional.

Overall it is easy to use, very user friendly from the admin, interviewer and candidate end. We have had tremendous progress using hellohire in my region which consists of many high volume, remote and tough to fill areas. This tool makes it more efficient to screen candidates and fill urgent roles.

**What do you dislike about Hellohire AI-Powered Candidate Engagement?**

Lack of ability for detailed reporting functions. However, as I mentioned- its a very simple platform and easy to use. I would like to easily go back to view historical data.

Efficiency. You can schedule to the no show rate and not have wasted time. I have not had major problems with candidates waiting in the lobby.

I love the idea of being able to have my candidates schedule themselves for interviews and have been impressed with how the process is weeding out candidates that aren't a good fit.  The speed to hire is incredible!  This is changing our recruiting process and allowing us to be so much more efficient.

Hopeful for a way to record interview sessions in the future and have a way to record our final outcomes as this is a first interview for us and we transfer the candidate to a second interview if they pass this one.

Ease of use and ability to schedule multiple meetings during the same period.  The count down timer is very helpful as well, as it keeps the conversation on track!

It would be amazing to be able to contact everyone that signed up for an interview slot via email in one bunch, if there is an emergency. I had to leave early one day and had to look up each email address to see if I could reschedule.
