Before, I had to schedule many calls just to ask the same basic questions to each person. With Hirevire, I can collect their answers in video or text format and review them anytime. I found it very easy to navigate and understand, even on the first use. Honestly, there's nothing negative I can point out. The system is fully functional and performs as expected. I haven’t encountered any bugs or usability issues. It does exactly what it promises. Traditionally, screening candidates over the phone or scheduling first-round interviews took up a lot of time and resources. With Hirevire, I can send out a set of structured questions and receive recorded video responses, which allows me to review applicants on my own schedule. This has significantly sped up our hiring process, improved consistency in evaluations, and helped us identify quality candidates more efficiently. While Hirevire is highly efficient, some additional features that would be nice to be added to the platform should included. Advanced analytics or AI-powered insights into candidate performance at every plan level and AI resume review could elevate it even further, also having resume upload be a standard process and not have to be built into every job. Add WorkMap Assessment- With WorkMap factored into your interviews, you don’t have to think about what questions to ask to evaluate candidates’ skills. For example, for an Accounting and Finance job, WorkMap advocates that candidates have Accountability, Analytical Reasoning, Attention to Detail, Commercial Acumen, Problem Solving, and Interpersonal skills.
