The time limit of the interview is very competitive when we evaluate the candidate on many factors and it's mandatory to follow the interview structure. Some time candidate doesn't know about the focus area we need to complete and then we have to follow the interview structure and entertain the candidate on a different parts of the same focus area. The platform as a great panel of interviewers who are available on demand, the quality of interviews conducted is very high, and the platform has good capabilities including candidate ratings, detailed breakdown of the ratings and the interview recordings. They should also provide a platform where interviewee codes can also judged by machine. I am mainly talking about hiring of software developers. We need to test their codes for multiple inputs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1) Barraiser provides a perfect AI-based platform for all the effort needed to filter a candidate's profile, interview him and get detailed feedback from a domain expert.

2) This feedback page is fantastic, where you will get feedback for each question with a great video recording feature, i.e., what the question is and how the candidate explained the answer. You will also get a detail of domain expert recommendations with his explanation.

1) Sometimes, I find some proxy candidates, but I am unsure if this platform can help identify them.

This platform will take care of all your requirements like filtering of profiles, taking knterviews and a very nice AI based user interface where you will get a detail feedback about the candidate from a domain expert for each category. You can decide in which area a particular candidate needs to be improved by seeing the feedback. They also provide recording session of each minute which you can analyse any point of time. I think they can add one more feedback related to each category. For example if a candidate is from Cloud Computing background then interviewer must give feedback separately how he think about the candidate for Cloud Computing category in a separate field.
