It is easy to integrate with other tools, doesn't crash at all, and you can get all the products that available in the portal for just one credit. The support team always solves problems as soon as they heard about it. The scoring automation helps with eliminate the candidates without any labour by human. **What do you dislike about Sova?** The analytics tab should be more in depth. For example one should filter the exact dates in the graphics section and should see the usage by graphics as well other than just excel reporting. Because the excel usage doesn't shows in progress or invited candidate number. **What problems is Sova solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to struggle with supporting customers because we had to send invites, pull reports from the system, and then send those reports back to the customer again. One of the key benefits is being able to set up your assessment processes through one platform rather than multiple tools and vendors. The team is also incredibly responsive to feature requests and suggested areas of improvement, adding these to their roadmap wherever possible. **What do you dislike about Sova?** Sova is growing quickly as a company and the assessments platform is continuously being developed. It takes time as a client to adapt to this and also to feed into their product roadmap of what features would be beneficial to us, this sometimes can be a little time-consuming compared to working with larger assessment companies. That said, it does also allow us to help shape the future of Sova's products more so than we might be able to with other companies. **What problems is Sova solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1) The business is helping us simplify the user experience for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers -providing a truly digital assessment & interviewing platform. 2) Helping us to drive consistency & fairness in our selection processes 3) Improving the candidate experience through automated and personalised feedback ### 34. The team were excellent in their delivery and I thoroughly trusted the partnership. Mostly we had no issues with the technology, minimal compared to other tech I have utilised. **What do you dislike about Sova?** No downsides apart from lack of integration into the ATS (not necessarily a bad thing as most of those are a nightmare). **What problems is Sova solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sova enabled us to take our interview process online with minimal hassle and drawbacks. Through this we saved time and saw greater engagement from assessors. ### 37. Thanks to upgrades to the platform these are no longer an issue **What problems is Sova solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sustainability and security.
