What do you like best about Ducknowl?

I really love live interviewing features it makes the hiring process so much smoother. Being able to interact with candidates in real time help me quickly understand their skills, how they think, whether they're a good fit for our team. It's especially helpful in the early stages of hiring because it saves me from going through endless resumes and speeds up shortlisting. What do you dislike about Ducknowl?

The live interview features has been a game changer for our hiring process. Our improvement I'd love to see is the option to pay per job posting, in addition to the monthly subscription. Not every business hires regularly, and for companies occasional or seasonal hiring needs, this flexibility would make the platform even more cost effective. What do you dislike about Ducknowl?

The mobile experience specifically for job posting is lacking. Some of the drop down elements don't appear in mobile view.

The add candidate to database selection via web shouldn't have qualification as a mandatory field. Not all qualifications are standardized so it limits searching.

You can only post by local currency which can be an issue if you're looking to recruit freelancers from other countries as you can't attract them via their local currency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ducknowl solving and how is that benefiting you?

Any employer who's carried out ongoing recruitment in the past soon learns that it's a full time role itself. Ducknowl has helped me streamline my efforts and reduce time wasted in disqualifying candidates, shortlisting and testing candidates, and the job posting and candidate management aspect. My team members can use and access the central dashboard, so we can be on the same page without going through Gsheets and word docs. One of the best features of this platform is that it allows you to post out to multiple job boards from a central dashboard. This is a massive time saver. There are discounted credits available for job boards which makes it pay for itself straight away. Furthermore, this is a platform with numerous automation features (we are still learning about these), which help to streamline recruitment and candidate selection processes. This platform is easy for everyone to use, offers great features like job posting, screening, candidate matching, video interview scheduling, plus provides accurate applicant data. It can be integrated with various Applicant Tracking Platforms ( ATS), such as Talentsoft, ICIMS. Taleo, and others, depending on the preferences of other stakeholders. Their team was instrumental in ensuring we stayed focused and adhered to timelines. In addition, their tools allowed us to view all the candidates they had submitted and who were interviewed.
