**What do you like best about Ducknowl?**

Recorded responses ensure every candidate is assessed against the criteria, helping us maintain fairness and quality in hiring decision. Managers can interviews on demand, speeding up shortlisting without sacrificing candidate quality.

**What do you dislike about Ducknowl?**

Live video sessions may occasionally face technical issues related to candidate's device or  browse settings. Additional customization options for interview invitation emails would further enhance communication with candidates.

**What problems is Ducknowl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We rely on Ducknowl's video interview platform to streamline hiring for both internship and full positions. The on demand  interview features has transformed our screening process allowing candidates to record their responses to structured questions on their own schedule, while giving our hiring team the ability to review and rate them efficiently. This flexibility has been especially valuable when evaluating candidates from different time zones or locations before deciding to bring them on site.

**What do you dislike about Ducknowl?**

The mobile experience specifically for job posting is lacking. Some of the drop down elements don't appear in mobile view.
The add candidate to database selection via web shouldn't have qualification as a mandatory field. Not all qualifications are  standardized so it limits searching.
You can only post by local currency which can be an issue if you're looking to recruit freelancers from other countries as you can't attract them via their local currency.

**What problems is Ducknowl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Any employer who's carried out ongoing recruitment in the past soon learns that it's a full time role itself. Ducknowl has helped me streamline my efforts and reduce time wasted in disqualifying candidates, shortlisting and testing candidates, and the job posting and candidate management aspect. My team members can use and access the central dashboard, so we can be on the same page without going through Gsheets and word docs. One of the best features of this platform is that it allows you to post out to multiple job boards from a central dashboard. This is a massive time saver. There are discounted credits available for job  boards which makes it pay for itself straight away. Furthermore, this is a platform with numerous automation features (we are still learning about these), which help to streamline recruitment and candidate selection processes. Overall, Ducknowl is a massive time saver.

With Ducknowl's  live interview feature, we can judge candidates' skills easily. It is really helpful at the initial hiring stages.

Instead of paying for a month, I wish there could be a feature to pay per job as well

I work at a large organization, and we have to hire multiple candidates. Ducknowl allows us to send interview kits to different candidate at once. We can create  an interview kit and add questions according to the profile easily.

**What do you like best about Ducknowl?**

Ducknowl has helped improve some aspects of our recruitment process, such as providing us useful tips that support better decision making and greater team retention. Corporate time and attendance have positively shifted upwards and there is a Ducknowl, particularly based on data, competently intelligent, business strategy decisions to confirm that. Apart from that, their friendly support service, which tops the charts, is indeed surprising. They are clearly very attentive and proactive as they try to come up with decisions geared towards our growth.

For me, what i like most about Ducknowl is how they have a video messaging services. It makes a personalized feel to the activity that I need to do with the candidates and also it cuts down my time on planning and talking to them. Their set up is conveniently simple, this makes them a complement to our recruitment processes.

Let’s get straight to the point, there isn’t anything about Ducknowl that I hate. imagine that, its been a life saver for us!

A key problem Ducknowl tackles is the need to handle numerous applicants across various channels. Their broad solutions help us see that all candidate information is organized onto one central database, which saves time and improves how recruiters and hiring managers can work together. Their strong point was SaaS sales roles. we came to realize that they understood the client’s requirements and the market in which they were required to hire.

I do not think there is anything to hate about them. they did a good job, working within our budget requirements and communication and the results were great.

Ducknowl offered us recruitment services. During the sessions, we discussed the functions we wanted the position to have and the profile of the candidate in terms of qualifications, expected salary, and industry experience. In particular, we were interested in a sales position and sought candidates who have previously worked in software sales B2B.
Their team was instrumental in ensuring we stayed focused and adhered to timelines. In addition, their tools allowed us to view all the candidates they had submitted and who were interviewed. Furthermore, the process of onboarding a new teammate into our organization was immensely simple.

Their team does a great job of hearing what the client wants and the types of candidates that are needed. They put in a lot of effort to understand the business, the leadership, the role so that they can provide all the relevant details when sourcing suitable candidates.

All in all, I was quite satisfied. I am pleased that I hired them to do this work.

They asked for assistance in figuring out exactly how they would go about finding this niche talent. In addition to that, we provided them with job descriptions as well as scorecards on how we were going to be measuring the interviewees. After that, they conducted a sales assessment on the members of our team, according to the model of our business.
Anyone who we’ve added onto the team so far has been an exact match for the company’s needs which has been a great advantage in terms of time and money. All that new people have effectively achieved revenue targets in three months of joining.

Honestly speaking, we never anticipated items such as the level of service received, interaction ease, and the work speed. They discovered competent professionals far quicker than we could have done as our efforts took up to three months while theirs took just two months. And they managed to do that effectively.

All things were great. We are fully happy with the engagement.

The goal was to find and hire  one Sales Manager of at least intermediate level, and one junior Sales Manager for our additional reinforcement. We were looking for candidates for a long time without success which is why we decided to resort to the services of Ducknowl. The nice thing about it is that Ducknowl managers are very responsive and it was really easy to communicate with them. We were on the same page. After that, they made sure who and what we need to solve our business questions. Ducknow paid attention to the details to achieve the best results. Over about a year, we worked with them on various vacancies: Developers, Engineers, and Project Managers. We appreciated how quickly the team reacted to our changes in plans.

Its Interface is good but not User friendly. The team is also working on increasing the user interface design.

The platform lacks customization options for tailoring our hiring procedures. The limited flexibility in creating assessments and interviews hinders our ability to evaluate candidates.

Ducknowl has simplify the recruitment and hiring of sales and support staff to an extent. With its organizing features we are able to manage applicants and collaborate with team members but it is difficult an dtime cosuming to manage.

Ducknowl's resume parsing feature helped us to get more insights about candidates that helped us making effective hiring decisions. The Ducknowl team helped us to go live within a week.

As a user i can tell there is no issue that i can point out.

We used Ducknowl last year as we had to hire for several positions such as support position, technical position and we had issues in our hiring that caused delays. our team came up with an idea of using a tool that can offer resume parsing and one way interviewing feature for more effective hiring. One of our employees recommended using Ducknowl for hiring, it helped us to hire efficiently for all the positions within the stipulated time and we were able to solve several isuues in our hiring.

The features such as resume score, video interviews, and skill assessment with automated proctoring from one dashboard are the best. The Ducknowl team gives us the flexibility to add our custom skill tests.

As a small cyber security service focus company, our resources are vital to our success. Our recruiting team had spent countless times with candidates, and most of the candidates impressed our non-technical recuring team with some technical jargon. However, the candidate failed to impress us during the interview. It took a long time to close a position with quality candidates. The skill assessment helped us shortlist almost 50% of the candidates; video screening enabled us to prioritize the candidates who are excellent in articulation. By following this process, the hiring manager spends time only with 10-15% of the candidates and ends up hiring.

Best part is that Ducknowl integrates with our existing ATS and our team can send the video interviews and skill tests within the ATS. It makes easier for them to conduct the whole process. Their pricing is very affordable compared to what they provide.

Our recruiters were wasting time in phone calls and were taking time in resume screening. Ducknowl has reduced our resume sorting and phone interview time by around 70%.This has benefited us in cost savings and also speeding up the hiring process in such a competitive time.

**What do you like best about Ducknowl?**

- Video screening, Text messages, and Skill assessment all from one dashboard.
- Intuitive interface; easiest software to learn
- Personalized training; a human being interacts with you to understand the process flow, and they also share best practices. 
- The price point was great for us. Much more affordable than others.

Honestly, there are no cons. Ducknowl checked all boxes of what we needed.

As a non-profit organization, we employ a diverse range of candidates. Ducknowl allows us to give fair chances to each candidate irrespective of their resume. Additionally, skill assessment provides us with more data to make our hiring decisions. It made our recruiting process data-driven.

**What do you like best about Ducknowl?**

We could schedule one way video interview within our ATS and get the response from candidates. This made our shortlisting easier. Also, we can add a custom test with our own questions to test the skill of a candidate.

**What do you dislike about Ducknowl?**

They currently dont have a scheduling feature but we could do that from our ATS.

**What problems is Ducknowl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have improved our interviewing speed by almost 50%, we can have recoded video interviews from the candidates that we can use to shortlist candidates. Recruiters dont have to make multiple calls for phone screening.

**What do you like best about Ducknowl?**

We have sales offices in IL, WI, and MN.  Ducknowl improved  our recruiting process for salespeople and project mangers by administrating applicants from a single dashboard. Being able to prescreen applicants and organize them for my workflow is incredible.
