I really like how easy it is to use. The platform helps me collect video, audio, and text answers from candidates without needing to call or meet them first. While Hirevire is highly efficient, some additional features that would be nice to be added to the platform should included.

Advanced analytics or AI-powered insights into candidate performance at every plan level and AI resume review could elevate it even further, also having resume upload be a standard process and not have to be built into every job.

Add WorkMap Assessment- With WorkMap factored into your interviews, you don’t have to think about what questions to ask to evaluate candidates’ skills. For example, for an Accounting and Finance job, WorkMap advocates that candidates have Accountability, Analytical Reasoning, Attention to Detail, Commercial Acumen, Problem Solving, and Interpersonal skills.
