I also value Sova's clear and easy-to-understand pricing model, and the personal attention to our organization's needs provides us better value for money. The initial setup of Sova was very easy. Downloading reports involves them being sent to your email. It would be easier if they could be downloaded in the browser and avoid the email. This is a very small issue, nothing major!
