1) Screen once and then the candidate performance is there with you to share with managers.
2) Managers, who are willing to spend time to go over the Glider performance of a candidate, can get a good idea about candidate's strengths and weaknesses and can tailor the interview accordingly. **What do you dislike about Glider AI?** Glider Downsides:
1) About a third of candidates that we screen using Glider seem to know the questions on the Glider test beforehand. This manifests itself when a candidate finishes the test in a very short time and scores abnormally high. That is a very high percentage. Glider needs to replace static tests with dynamic tests where the questions are coming from a library of hundreds of questions.
2) After you initially purchase tests from Glider, you get one year to use them. In case you exhaust them before one year (say after 9 months) and then purchase more tests, they will come back to you after three months and start pestering you to purchase more tests as your initial one year is over. This is ridiculous and very irritating. They should give one year after the last purchase of tests. **What problems is Glider AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Candidate screening is very challenging.
