The way that Aircall operates has made a huge impact on the way that my team functions. The features in Aircall make is easy for my team to split up into smaller teams within Aircall based on specific topics that our customers have which are allocated to the right agents. What do you like best about Aircall?

What do you dislike about Aircall?

I don't know if it is possible, but it would be of great help if there was a function that detects the number and who is calling. Today we name the numbers with either name or restaurant name, but if the number is not named it makes it harder for us to know/creates an extra step where we have to check and search manually for who is calling. Another feature that would be nice is if we could take notes in aircall, maybe leave a few sentences what the call was about or some helpful information that the next person could have use for, today we can only leave a TAG - a headline for what the call was regarding. What do you like best about Aircall?

What do you dislike about Aircall?

We recently switched over to Aircall from another phone platform. It’s still very new to me, but so far, I find it a bit hard to navigate. It’s not as user-friendly as I expected, and it doesn’t seem to have everything in one place like our previous system did. You have to click through several areas to find what you’re looking for, which kind of defeats the purpose of using it. Maybe with more time and updates, it’ll become easier to use—but for now, I’m still adjusting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aircall?

Throughout my career in the BPO industry, I've worked with various systems to handle incoming calls. Avaya, LiveAgent, Dialpad, Mitel, Zendesk, RingCentral are the ones that I remember the monst. They can fit in the good area, but they are sometimes hard to work with initially, it takes time to understand how it works correctly, how to set it up accordingly to your needs, or sometimes are even just very old stylish. But Aircall is super friendly to use. The phone setting is the easiest one so far. The call ID works perfectly 99% of the time, and it has all the necessary options right in front of you. What do you dislike about Aircall?

So far, I've loved the system just as it is. I cannot think of something that I dislike in this moment. The only issue that I've faced is that there seems to be a double ring with the incomming calls, but it might be a bug. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
