**What do you like best about Aircall?**

I really like using the Aircall workspace, especially the feature that allows me to send messages and view the transcript dialogues, which includes all previous conversations. This functionality is immensely helpful for compiling call summary reports, as it lets me review the details of troubleshooting sessions and conversations with the called party. The call recording and transcript options are invaluable tools in maintaining comprehensive documentation and ensuring accuracy in my reports. Setting up Aircall was seamless for me, thanks to the Single Sign-On (SSO) login, which made the process simple and efficient. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Aircall and would gladly recommend it to others, as reflected by my high likelihood of giving it a perfect score of 10.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

I experience occasional delays or lag when connecting calls with Aircall. Although it doesn't happen all the time, when it does, it disrupts the flow of communication. Additionally, the interface could be more intuitive, as I find it somewhat challenging to access call logs or switch between features seamlessly.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Aircall for ISP and client communication, benefiting from call recordings and transcripts for detailed call summary reports, which help in reviewing conversations and troubleshooting.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

What I like about Aircall is that it's extremely convenient when you want to select the mode to do the isolating voice. You can work with it very effectively even if your connection is kind of lagging and losing its course. It's coming down the line. You can work with it very effectively. You can access to the recordings and evaluate your calls and propose an excellent service. And what I also like about it, it is very convenient in terms of customer experience. When you use it, it's very easy, it's very practical. You can set also the timelines and etc, etc. There is a lot of good and cool features. So, thank you, Aircall.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

There isn't much I don't like about AirCall, I like it the way it is, for now I'm not thinking about something that bothers me, when I will think about it I will re-send the feedback.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that AirCall is solving, it's about the stuff that you miss as calls, but you can check them and recall back people, which is good.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

They provide a broad range of features that are straightforward to use. I especially appreciate being able to analyze calls with AI, which helps me identify key action points. They have made taking calls a breeze, as well as tracking information. The integrations available ith out other system, make using both simultaneously easy.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

Occasionally, the desktop app fails to connect, and I have to end the task before it will reconnect. While this issue might be related to our system's firewall or our network connection, it becomes frustrating to have to reset the app so frequently.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The transcripts and call analysis have improved our communication with customers. The AI-generated breakdowns of calls have made it easier for us to identify areas where extra tasks are necessary to better assist our clients.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

I love Aircall's ease of use and ease of integration, especially with my CRM of choice, HubSpot. It's the easiest platform to set up and connect with HubSpot. I also appreciate the great capabilities Aircall has in terms of integration with CallRail, which allows for routing marketing leads from CallRail directly into Aircall. The willingness to integrate with other applications that provide SIP trunking is a major boon for me. The client service engagement provided by the Aircall team is fantastic, and the setup was super easy, with the ability to quickly deploy additional phone numbers using templates. The speed at which we can get it set up and integrated within the HubSpot CRM is unmatched and is why I like to recommend Aircall to friends, colleagues, and clients.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

Probably the thing that could be improved the most about Aircall isn't really an issue with Aircall, but more with HubSpot. The mobile experience on HubSpot doesn't allow third-party calling providers to be utilized to hit the call button within the HubSpot mobile app. However, Aircall's mobile app is quite robust, allowing us to make calls easily on the go. I just wish the context of our CRM database was more readily available on the Aircall mobile app.

Aircall solves the problem of easily integrating a calling solution within our CRM, allowing us to record and transcribe conversations, display contextual CRM prompts, and quickly onboard new reps, enhancing our workflow efficiency.

  ### 7. Aircall's Customer Service Nightmare

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

Aircall records customer calls when it doesn't drop out.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

Service is ok until you want to cancel the membership. There is no phone number to talk to anyone, and filling out forms to get in touch to ensure your cancellation is confirmed was met with an auto-response from their own form email setup saying their email address isn't being monitored, leading to no ability to talk to anyone. Fast forward a few weeks, and over $9K was deducted from our account. I had raised 3 tickets and emailed over 5 times, and still no response from anyone. I finally got in touch with someone from a different department who told me they would put me in touch with the correct department. They assured me they would look into it, but it's almost been a month now and still no response. I am now reporting them as a scam and to Fair Trading. Customer service, or at least someone who answers. A monitored email address, a hotline to call, abide by their own rules for contract cancellation. Integrations didn't work well. Not the easiest initial setup, and the extra monthly charges were not set out, we spent a lot more money than what we thought we were signing up for.

It’s very easy to use & set up, and acts just like a phone would. I also love the transcript feature so that I don’t have to fully listen to whole calls and can easily find the information I need. It also easily integrates with other tools.

Sometimes it feels like it can be laggy, but I’m not completely sure if it’s the app itself or my laptop, which can get slow from time to time.

It records conversations and stores them in an easy place, also imports directly to Gong.

I like the analytics dashboard because it allows me to track my team's work, their QA, the number of calls they are taking or making, and how productive they are. I also appreciate the voice agent function, which has helped reduce missed calls. The initial setup was pretty easy, and I love that I can call clients in the US while being in another country, making it seem like I am there.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

The network is jumpy sometimes.

Aircall allows me to call clients in the US as if I'm there from another country, reducing missed calls with its voice agent function, and its analytics dashboard helps track team productivity and QA.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

Throughout my career in the BPO industry, I've worked with various systems to handle incoming calls. Avaya, LiveAgent, Dialpad, Mitel, Zendesk, RingCentral are the ones that I remember the monst. They can fit in the good area, but they are sometimes hard to work with initially, it takes time to understand how it works correctly, how to set it up accordingly to your needs, or sometimes are even just very old stylish. But Aircall is super friendly to use. The phone setting is the easiest one so far. The call ID works perfectly 99% of the time, and it has all the necessary options right in front of you. All of this comes with a modern interface. Honestly I love it

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

So far, I've loved the system just as it is. I cannot think of something that I dislike in this moment. The only issue that I've faced is that there seems to be a double ring with the incomming calls, but it might be a bug.

I use the system to take calls so it helps me to receive the calls of my clients and help them.

I like that Aircall saves time by summarizing calls and making life easier. The call transcripts are really useful, and I love being able to view call history. Using tags and assigning calls to others helps me a lot. It makes admin tasks much easier, and it’s easier to navigate calls, know who I am talking to, and gain insights into call context.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

Sometimes Aircall can freeze and not work properly, but not always. There are lots of updates too. Maybe doing one time bigger updates than more frequent smaller ones could be better.

Aircall saves me time by summarizing calls, making admin tasks easier, and helping navigate calls better. It provides insights into call context and simplifies communication.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

Our company has been using this app for the past two years.
I am part of the sales team, so I use it a lot daily with out customers. and I am very satisfied with it.
It has significantly improved our workflow and processes.

The app is fast and intuitive, with good sound quality. It offers many useful features that are easy to personalize according to your needs and can be implemented at any time. Since we work with international customers, I find it extremely helpful that every incoming and outgoing call is instantly categorized with the appropriate country flag.

Searching for past calls is quick and efficient, whether by date, user, number, or by simply entering the phone number in the search bar. The ability to add notes and tags to each call is a great advantage for our team and for company statistics. Assigning missed calls and forwarding calls to colleagues is also straightforward.

Overall, I am very pleased with this app and highly recommend it, especially for companies with multiple departments or international clients who use different numbers for outgoing and incoming calls.

I find Aircall incredibly easy to use, particularly for my reps who find it simple to dial out. The live view is very beneficial as it enables me to see what the reps are doing at any time. This feature helps me assess productivity and address any issues. Additionally, I value the report pulling feature, and being able to immediately see who's calling and texting us back so we can quickly pull up their account.

I would like to integrate Aircall with CRM so that I could see Aircall information within CRM. Also, I would love to have a dialer campaign feature where I could load up certain accounts and have my employees run through them. The current speed dialer or super dialer that Aircall has is not beneficial.

Recently, when calls would come in, it seemed like it was a race against my coworkers to answer the call. I do think there is a feature that disables that feature, but I am not sure. I also feel like the search options interface when searching within Aircall seem to a little difficult to figure out.

I am in sales and use Aircall integrated into Salesforce.  Aircall has made a huge impact in my productivity.  I used to make calls on a cell phone.  Now, just one click to call right from my laptop in the customer record is so much less of a hassle.  I have the app on my phone too so if I'm on the road I can still make and receive calls.  Love that everything is recorded in the specific customer's files.  It's made it possible for me to sell $1.5+ million a year with a lot less stress.

I wish we could add screen shots in the text function.

Has reduced the amount of time and keystrokes it takes for me to make a call.  The reduction of time it takes to physically make a call is a benefit but also the reduction of stress to make the phone. I like how I can keep track of my calls, and specially which user made the call if some users share a number. We have it integrated with HubSpot and works well!

Many users in our company present issues with background noise, it's a bit of a pain sometimes.

Using Aircall made my work easier on receiving calls, working clients data and being able to track them if needed. Quality is very important while working and with Aircall qualtiy is at top.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

Coming from Sangoma everything about Aircall is great. Call quality is great, has integration with our CRM and Ticketing system. The softphone and mobile app are easy to use. which in turn allows our user base to use Aircall daily without having to rely on their perosnal cell phones. Their Onboarding and Support has been extreamly helpful in getting us set up and answering any questions or solving any problems that popped up.

At the moment I have nothing but good things to say about aircall.

Allows us to keep better track of incoming calls for support ticketing as well as logging calls in our CRM.

the ability to track calls and listen to calls. also the ability to stop recording if customer requests.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

there are occurrences of freezing and delays at times. Switching status on its own sometimes can cause an issue but it does not happen often.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to adjust the call out number as needed when reaching out to customers. It allows us to stop recording the call if the customer feels uncomfortable and that is great! You are also able to listen back to the call almost immediately and see ai interpretation of the call.

Apart from that, no downside for us while using Aircall!
