Looking at the different solutions on G2’s category page, I’ve narrowed my top software choices to: Nextiva, RingCentral, and Dialpad Connect. My full software list based on G2 reviews is below:

1. Nextiva

Known for its robust multichannel cloud hub, Nextiva combines voice, SMS, video, and team messaging in one dashboard to streamline customer outreach and internal ops. I’m curious whether Nextiva supports intelligent routing rules based on customer segments or shopping behavior patterns?
