Sometimes the time it takes to pay out to my South African bank account from Deel Payroll is a little bit delayed. I would like it to be more instantaneous because we're already paying a fee to Deel Payroll to convert our salary into our currency. I use Deel Payroll for managing payroll for our international team. It's quick and simple to use, with added incentives like discounts on Uber, travel accommodations, and even medical insurance. Honestly, I don't have many complaints about TriNet. If I had to mention something, it would be that there are a lot of features and sections to the platform, so it can take a little time to find exactly what you're looking for if you're not using it often. TriNet makes it much easier to manage and understand my benefits without needing to reach out to HR for every question. Remote takes care of the administrative side of international employment, including payroll, tax withholding, legal compliance, employment documentation, and benefits. I'm trying out Jibble to eliminate paper timecards for our company. It saves time and extra work inputting them for payroll. I like that it's easy to clock in and out, and you can assign different tasks. We break everything down to a class, so it mirrors our paper system and makes inputting and paying easier on our end. Mostly, I like Paylocity. My most difficult challenge is at a new year - loading new onboarding events into the system for onboarding. I don't think it's as user friendly as it could be. It's a little confusing for me.

Sometimes I still feel like categories between onboarding, performance, time and labor are disconnected. I am not sure if there are little tutorials I can take for these things or not. Keka works well overall, but there are a few areas that could be improved. I'd like to see more customization options for reports and dashboards, along with more flexible workflow and approval settings. I think for me, it would probably be the time off the way that it is calculated on, like, your available balance. It doesn't subtract the balance until after those days are used.
