Our implementation experience with Rippling was extremely disappointing. The teams operated in silos and often seemed more focused on securing five-star reviews than ensuring we were genuinely comfortable and confident using the platform. Instead of providing hands-on, practical support, we were directed to hours of videos and tutorials. Too frequently, issues were escalated by “submitting an engineering ticket,” which made it feel as though no one on the implementation team had the expertise or authority to actually resolve problems in real time. One particularly frustrating example was when a team “took a correction payroll off our plate,” only to create significant additional issues for us. Rippling's automation and workflows are still in process of being built, but they will remove the admin of onboarding, off boarding, employee experience surveys, expensing, and more. One thing I’d love to see improved is the dashboard layout. I really miss being able to see my pay info directly on the home screen as soon as I log in. Now, it feels like I have to jump through a few extra hoops just to see the basic breakdown of my latest check. Gusto really solves the back-and-forth that usually happens with HR. I love that I don't have to email anyone to get a copy of my W-2 or to update my direct deposit I can just hop into the app and do it myself in ten seconds! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some things that cannot be handled unless authorization has been granted, such as Workers Comp. This has been requested on more than two occasions, by phone and by mail, and we have not received any updates on this matter. ADP helps us a lot with the notifications we receive from the states. Whenever we have any questions or concerns about a specific issue, we can resolve them with the support team. The downside is that work management requires a minimum of three paid users, and if you want the security features you have to be on the Enterprise plan with five users. This is unfortunate for small teams, since they don’t need five seats. It would be great if monday offered a small business plan. Monday work management makes project management more organized and easier to track, and it also helps me find the current version of documents quickly. Using a OneDrive or folder-based system can get very messy and can lead to several hours of wasted time over the course of a year. Since switching to Monday, I no longer have to search through folders and dates just to find the most accurate resource. We have been one of the oldest user of this platform and when we had a small number of team members that time using this platform was quite expensive for us but gradually when dorto grew bigger and the number of a staff also increased then it became a great tool for us to manage each and every thing related to our work culture and streamline daily operations of our business. While the performance has improved, the screenshot monitoring feature can still feel slightly intrusive for some team members. Adding more flexible privacy controls and lightweight background tracking options would enhance user comfort. Area of improvement: The EverythingBenefits area should really be evaluated. The EDI connection process could be easier. The Performance Review platform could be more intuitive. The workflow process required for this process is unreal. Not sure why the development team is not able to add commas to the dollar amounts on the Applicant Tracking platform. I do not understand the Schedule page at all. The team member that is the "owner" of Float is able to look at it and know exactly what is going on, but the screen is overwhelming and I cannot make sense of it. I also really struggle when logging time, if I accidently bump my mouse or move in an incorrect way, it will log all of the time for that day even though it is not accurate. In the last 2-3 years customer service has dropped dramatically. It takes days, multiple follow ups, and calls even to get a response to a service question email. There are no dedicated account managers anymore, everyone has a service team, who those members eventually get shifted away to different jobs, so your never talking to the same person. They don't know me or care about my account. It seems like all I ever get from them are stock or AI generated answers to my questions, with attitude (like how dare i ask them or challenge them when their wrong...) so it seems like they don't know the product very well, and often I've been using it longer at this point then they've been employed by the company. Between them not knowing my account and the product, i have to complain to reach a higher level manager every time, even for simple things. So its just exhausting on the service end.
