We360.ai provides detailed workforce visibility through its activity tracking, attendance monitoring, timeline reports, and dynamic reporting features. The dashboard is easy to navigate, and the reporting capabilities help us analyze employee productivity, working hours, and attendance efficiently. The support team is also highly responsive and provides excellent guidance during onboarding and product adoption. We also had a meeting with We360.ai and Deckzi Solutions Private Limited.

**What do you dislike about We360.ai?**

No problems so far, so I do not have any dislikes at the moment. The platform offers a wide range of features and configuration options which can take some initial setup and training to fully use.

It helps us track employee attendance, working patterns, activity levels, and productivity from a centralized dashboard. **What do you like best about We360.ai?**

As an HR Manager, I regularly use the we360.ai platform to monitor and keep track of users working on their systems. The platform is reliable and accurate, providing real-time information and analytics. The onboarding process took the time to explain each and every feature with relevant use cases, which made it easier to understand how to use the tool day to day. Their intelligence mechanism is straightforward and doesn’t require much effort, since it maps new apps and URLs on a daily basis as I work across different links while looking for new candidates.

**What do you dislike about We360.ai?**

The least helpful part was how long it took us to close the case. When we first started the trial, the app had some issues, and we weren’t able to fully capture the data. Over time, we switched to the standard app, which ended up working great for the WFH employees.

**What problems is We360.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier, our productivity was very low when it came to work. The users were present, but we had zero visibility, which made it hard to understand what was actually getting done. To overcome that, software like We360.ai really helped us look for more than just data—namely, better visibility and clear proof of work.

A complete, one-stop solution—whether you’re capturing the work being done or looking for a project and task manager, we360.ai has it all. From the attendance module that helps keep track of users’ punch-in and punch-out times, to tracking employee productivity across apps and URLs, it covers everything we need. The support and onboarding were fast and easy, without too much hassle. Features like the timeline and dashboards provide a clear visual representation, which helps us understand the data more easily.

**What do you dislike about We360.ai?**

The software has a bit of a learning curve, and it also takes some time to sync the data. Because of that, I usually wait until the end of the day to check the data, although everything else is fine.

We struggled with the lack of visibility into employees’ work and couldn’t keep track of it completely. This is where a tool like we360.ai comes in handy, as it provides better visibility between employees and management.

**What do you like best about We360.ai?**

With the help of the project and task management features, I am easily able to allocate my work and tasks and then work accordingly. The display is very simple and not too hectic. The Myzen app, on the other hand, is easy to work with. Its intelligence mechanism helps me check my scorecard on a monthly basis, which helps me reflect on my working hours. Overall, the platform’s performance is robust.

**What do you dislike about We360.ai?**

I don’t really have any major downsides to mention about we360.ai, but the app does randomly reset itself from time to time. That part could definitely use some improvement.

**What problems is We360.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I mainly needed help capturing my clock-in and clock-out times while I’m working on my systems, along with the set of apps and URLs I use, so I could reflect on my work. That issue has been resolved, since we360.ai provides detailed user information from time to time.

**What do you like best about We360.ai?**

The most helpful feature for me is attendance and work activity tracking through the MyZen V4 application. It helps me manage work hours, break times, and daily activity details from one easy and simple dashboard. This makes it much easier for me to keep my work schedule and attendance in order, especially during my night shifts.

The upside of using we360.ai is that it keeps daily work tracking simple, organized, and easy to review.

**What do you dislike about We360.ai?**

Overall, it is a great tool the main drawback is that after starting the system, the application can sometimes take a little longer to connect, which may temporarily affect punching in. Once it connects properly, though, the application works smoothly and without issues.

Managing work hours and keeping proper attendance records used to be difficult, especially during night-shift schedules. With this tool, everything is available in a single dashboard. The timesheet feature also helps me manage every second of my work, which improves my monitoring and supports better day-to-day work management.

I like that we360.ai lets me review employee work details and daily activities easily in one place through my user dashboard. I also appreciate features like the work history view and punch logs—whether it is tracking my users punch-in and punch-out times, noting when someone was idle and the system automatically punched them out, or handling cases where a punch-out was missed and the system automatically punches out at 11:59. This helps make sure that when I start a new working day, my actual time is reflected correctly. I also like the break report feature and the monthly scorecard report.

**What do you dislike about We360.ai?**

In the beginning, it took some time to properly understand a few settings and options, but with regular use everything became easier to manage. The support team also helps quickly whenever any issues come up or if I have a query that needs clarification.

Previously it was hard to manage work updates and keep accurate tracking when everything was done manually. With we360.ai I can now quickly review work hours, employee activities, and daily work status without having to rely on manual updates. It provides detailed employee productivity tracking, with some of the best features, such as timeline monitoring (a colour-coded graph where I can check users work activity).

It also includes attendance tracking and application usage tracking. The newly introduced project and task management features are very helpful for assigning tasks, tracking project progress, and monitoring employee work efficiency in a remote working environment.

**What do you dislike about We360.ai?**

Some newly launched features are still under development, so proper documentation and tutorial videos are currently limited. A more detailed onboarding guide for the advanced features would improve the overall experience. This is not a disadvantage to using the software, though—overall, it is the best tool.

We360.ai’s mobile administrative portal helps me monitor my remote team anytime, anywhere, more efficiently. It brings employee productivity, attendance, work timelines, and project task activities together in one platform, which makes it easier to stay on top of day-to-day work.

We360.ai provides real-time visibility into data, and its standard app is a great way for users to keep track of their time and tasks. The platform works smoothly overall. The software is explained thoroughly on each page, with an information icon that helps clarify what each section does. The Intelligence module helps us track new apps and URLs, and it maps them according to the existing mapping. I also had a smooth transition from onboarding to a paid subscription. Looking forward to new features.

The platform sometimes experiences downtime, and when that happens it can take a while for the data to fully reflect on the portal.

Their built-in project and task management feature is amazing, and the newly improved user detail page shows user data at a deeper level. I’m able to see all the users’ time and metrics data in one place, and it also provides helpful insights. Onboarding is quick and easy, and support was fast to reply when I faced an installation issue earlier.

No downsides so far. The platform does have a bit of a learning curve, though. I’m still in the process of understanding the software and how it generates insights from the data.

I like the instant customer support. I also like the tool because it shows my actual time logs, so I can easily verify my time. I can check activity reports in different formats for today, yesterday, the current week, the previous week, the previous month, the previous quarter, and even for the last any-days data. In addition, I can review the full day with shift in and out, and filter it to see only within shift timings or only outside shift timings. This is a really, really good feature.

**What do you dislike about We360.ai?**

I was unable to proceed in the MyZen application because the screen was stuck on "Fetching your data," and an error message appeared stating, "No active tenant found for domain gemsny-it-solutions." After establishing a remote session with the support team for real-time troubleshooting, they diagnosed the issue as a tenant/domain configuration mismatch. They performed the necessary checks and corrections to restore access, and the issue was successfully resolved during the session.

I would like to share my feedback on what I like most about We360. One feature I really appreciate is the scorecard. It provides a comprehensive view of key parameters such as average working time, online time, active time, productive time, and idle time. Since this data is available on a monthly basis, it helps me easily track and review my overall performance in one place.

I also find the comparative analysis feature very useful because it allows me to evaluate my performance effectively. Additionally, I can check daily attendance details, including half days taken, late login, early login, departure, total working hours, break time, and even identify when the most breaks were taken.

Another great aspect is the goal-tracking feature, where I can see the number of days I achieved my goals versus the days I missed them. Overall, these features are extremely helpful for monitoring and improving productivity.

**What do you dislike about We360.ai?**

I ran into a punch-in error due to an API issue while using MyZen V4 Application. However, after I escalated it, the issue was resolved quickly during the night shift. Overall, the support team is very responsive, and I have not faced any major downsides.

Before I started using the MyZen application, especially when I was on night shifts, I often struggled to clearly explain to my manager which tasks I had already completed. Since I began using the We360 tool and its MyZen application, keeping track of my work has become much simpler, and I can show exactly what I’ve done because everything is recorded properly.

It helps with the challenge of tracking productivity accurately by allowing me to monitor my time performance and daily activities in one place. Overall, it makes my work more transparent and supports me in improving over time.

We360.ai is a comprehensive tool that helps me track productivity, as well as users’ app and URL usage. Its AI mechanism helps me make more insightful decisions instead of relying on basic time tracking alone. The platform is very data-oriented and goes into real depth, which I appreciate. Product sessions were conducted promptly, and the stability of the platform is great as well.

**What do you dislike about We360.ai?**

I haven’t seen any downsides to the platform so far, but since it’s quite vast, it may take some time to get a good handle on the portal. During the trial, we did run into one issue where data wasn’t being captured for a few users, but it was resolved promptly.

We have employees working from different locations, including overseas, and some have recently joined the team. To keep track of their work, we decided to use We360.ai. So far, the results have been good, and the tool feels efficient.

With features such as Timesheet and Manual Time, I’m able to submit time spent away from my PC, along with proof, which helps create visibility between users and management. The team also provides quick support and onboarding, and they respond promptly to any questions or queries I have. Overall, the platform is easy to learn and use, and it comes with proper documentation.

I do face an issue with data latency. Because of that, I usually have to wait until the end of the day to check my data. Other than that, everything is great.

Earlier, my work usually took place away from the systems while I was interviewing candidates. Because of that, I wasn’t able to log that time back into the system, but that has now been resolved thanks to we360.ai.

We360 provides all the information we need in one place for attendance tracking, productivity monitoring, URL usage tracking, and employee activity reporting. We regularly use the daily attendance reports, monthly attendance reports, in/out time tracking, screenshot monitoring, and the productivity goals features.

The platform is easy to navigate, and the reports help us monitor employee activities effectively. We also appreciate the continuous product improvements and the new features being introduced.

Support from the key account manager has been helpful, especially for providing training sessions and addressing our queries whenever required.

**What do you dislike about We360.ai?**

At present, we do not have any issues or major concerns with the platform. The features we currently use are working as expected, and our previously raised requirements have already been addressed. Overall, the product and the platform meet our current business requirements.

It helps us manage employee attendance, monitor app and URL activity, and track productivity, while also allowing us to review employee data from an admin dashboard. Before using this tool, tracking attendance and understanding employee work patterns took a lot of manual effort and still provided only limited visibility.

Now I can quickly access attendance reports, review in/out timings, monitor productive and non-productive activities, track screenshots, and measure employee productivity against defined goals. Overall, it has improved visibility into workforce performance, simplified attendance management, and helped our team monitor employee activities more efficiently. Having all these insights in a single platform saves time and supports better decision-making for both HR and management teams.

The best part is that the system performance is good as well.

I like the stealth application configuration it is very helpful because it ensures that only the machine ID is recorded, maintaining privacy while still enabling effective monitoring.

Nothing bad overall, but on 13th and 14th April we faced an issue with automatic user profile creation and unexpected licences being created. The support team resolved it immediately. This happened because another admin changed a global setting: we had it set to use the email prefix based on the machine ID, but it was changed to the OS username. Because of that, a lot of duplicate users were created, and I wasn’t aware of the change at the time. After escalating the issue, it was resolved, but we want one improvement: whenever any global settings are changed by another admin, the super admin should receive an email notification.

It helps us address challenges around workforce visibility and performance management. It gives us clearer insight into work activities and supports us in running our processes more efficiently.

We are also very happy with the Livestream feature, as it helps us check a real-time picture of users’ work.

what i like most about we360.ai is how clearly it helps HR teams understand employee productivity without micromanaging. The dashboards are easy to read, activity insights are accurate, and it is saves a lot of time during performance reviews, audits and workforce planning 
It brings transparency while still respecting professional work boundaries.
The most helpful part is the real time visibility into work patterns, attendance accuracy and activity timeline trends. It allows me to support managers with data driven discussions instead of assumptions which improves employee trust and engagement.

Honestly there is very little to dislike the product is stable, intuitive and backend by a responsive support team. Most queries get resolved quickly which make adoption smooth across teams

It offers a useful set of tools for tracking employees’ total working time, monitoring attendance, viewing screenshots, tracking timelines, reviewing application and URL usage reports, and managing teams.

Features such as productivity policies, manager-level access controls, logs and reports, IP address tracking, and visibility into both admin- and user-level dashboards are helpful. 

The user-level tracking settings are also very useful for daily workforce management and monitoring.

Some configuration tasks—such as productivity policy assignment, application category mapping, and team setup—require manual management at the beginning. More automation around policy mapping and the reporting setup would improve the overall experience.

The most useful part of We360.ai in my view is the productivity tracking and its detailed reports on application and URL usage. From an HR perspective it helps me understand employee work patterns track active hours and improve accountability across the team. I especially like the productive report feature because it makes the overall activity data easier to review and act on.

**What do you dislike about We360.ai?**

One current limitation is how active time is calculated. Right now, activity appears to be tracked mostly through mouse movement, which doesn’t always reflect actual work. For example, if an employee is reading content, reviewing documents, or scrolling through a webpage without moving the mouse much, that time may be logged as idle.

This can lead to inaccurate productivity data and idle-time reports that look higher than what’s really happening. It would be helpful if keyboard activity, reading behaviour, and scrolling actions were also factored in when calculating active time. An update like that would make the tracking more accurate and better aligned with real work patterns. Overall, everything is good.

It helps solve the challenges of monitoring and understanding employee productivity in a structured, data-driven way.
