With no programming skills we can easy create our own entry-masks and database with very quick and comfortable summary functions. We are frm the DACH region and I would like to have a german-speaking support for the software for our collegues. Or german-speaking webinar-videos for the usecases for all of this functions.

The second thing that I have missed was a pre-defined setup for a business, that is related to individuals instead of companies. It took a lot of initial affords to rearrange all the Account / Contact - Structure of the programm for using pipeliner as CRM for "human" clients meanly and not for company-accounts. What do you like best?

Copper was able to help us really streamline the sales process by giving different visuals of our leads and opportunities. How it also integrates well with G Suite/ Google Workspace is superb as it makes it easier for us, a company that wants everything in our Chrome browser. Just being in our inbox already shows us a great deal of what we need without even having to open Copper unless we want the overall view of the important things. The integration works seamlessly and it will definitely be a plus for businesses already using G Suite for their company. Our team was able to adapt to using it in just a matter of weeks if not days as it's very user-friendly. The reports also give us great insights and clearly indicate the pain points and where balls got dropped. It definitely helped how we scaled our business over time. What do you dislike?

For us, it's more about being able to integrate our marketing outreach as well in a more cohesive manner. Adding more features that will help us have a holistic approach in reaching our customers and not relying on others (ie Infusionsoft, ActiveCampaign) then that addition will definitely help a ton. Because currently our sales team and accounts team definitely find it valuable but I would also love to live in a day where the marketing team also heavily relies on it for our email outreach to potential customers/clients. Currently, it does suit a lot of small to medium businesses however if we're to recommend it to a growing company like ours, then additional features are definitely needed so Copper can cater to the needs of bigger businesses. What do you like best?

Mailchimp does what it does best and more! In my past job life, I had used Sendgrid but after using Mailchimp, I never looked back. Also, what I like is that Mailchimp includes all of these added benefits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I honestly can't think of any. Everything is very user friendly and effective. The only thing that may be a drawback is the number of bounces or flags we get on emails because, since Mailchimp is such a big name, a lot of email providers block messages from entering our clients' inboxes. I also wish there was a desktop software that can download to work offline and that Mailchimp worked better with Google Drive and other services we use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Just give it a try. The risk is really low with this software so there really isn't that much to lose. Once you become more comfortable with the software, consider eliminating other services that overlap with Mailchimp. While it might be slightly concerning that Mailchimp all in one hasn't been around as long as others in the industry, it does have a lot of experience when it comes to email automation and user-friendly interfaces. We have streamlined a lot of things to go through Mailchimp, which in turn, has saved us money. We were even able to stop using Canva and really tailor our social media graphics to fit our brand and our needs. For a decent price per month, you get a lot of services and features. We finally found a tool with which we managed to cover all our work from a single tool, without having to jump from a customer contact base, from each social network, from another CRM tool. We avoid having a million pages open to just a couple with Nimble. We entrust our data to the tool, we make sure to check and maintain greater control over each task to be completed, we save time by having everything a single system and even save money by not having to invest in platforms that only provide me with one or two functions of so many that only Nimble provides. Looker allows me to dig into our database and generate retrospective reviews as well as showing me live data used for daily operations.

I can build looks by myself and don't have to wait for a BI expert to code an SQL query.

I can visualize data right there in the app, without having to export it. The visualization is highly customizable and can be tailored exactly to my needs.

I can define Hyperlinks in the data fields, which bring me form a dashboard to the related object in a website.

I love writing my own table calculations, and custom Dimensions , because it makes me even more Independent form the admin.

To realize some transformations and I still have to export a dataset to Excel.

All the tools you need for successful marketing are all there in one platform. Easy drag and drop blocks help you build great looking emails in moments and the analytics tools are clear and easy to make sense of.

This is key for us as we have recently moved platforms from Mailchimp to Klaviyo as we were unable to set up customer transactional emails with Mailchimp. We regard transactional emails as a major part of our marketing strategy, and the ability to reach customers, and potential customers, outside of our existing subscriber base is absolutely key.

A Google remarketing campaign option (similar to Mailchimps) would be handy, but it isn't a deal-breaker. There also aren't as many email design features as Mailchimp, which is a bit of a disappointment, but this also helps us to be a little bit more creative with how we get our message across. The integration between Klaviyo and our eCommerce platform is second to none. We left Mailchimp for Klaviyo due to their unsurpassed integration and the ability to send excellent transactional emails in the form of their customer flows. This has enabled us to keep in contact with all our customers, and potential customers, and update them regularly on the progress of their order. Launching, testing, and using Salesflare over the last 3 months has been a relief. After joining a team using a project management tool for their CRM, we successfully moved >20 reps onto the new platform with little or no hiccups. The team appreciates the visual aspects of the deal flow (opportunities) and the collaboration opportunities with multiple team members. Integrating to O365 captures emails and calendar items within the account to ensure all aspects of the engagement are visible.
