What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

One new thing I really like about HubSpot Marketing Hub is the AI-powered content and campaign recommendations. It actually analyzes audience behaviour and suggests the best content, subject lines and sending time for each campaign. This makes it much easier to optimise performance without guessing.

Another feature I appreciate is the improved multi-touch attribution reporting. It clearly shows which channels, ads and touchpoints contributed the most in converting a lead, which helps us make smarter budget decisions.

Along with that, the WhatsApp integration for automated workflows is also very useful. We can now nurture and respond to leads instantly through WhatsApp without switching platforms.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

We love how simple and clean the layout is. It is easy and intuitive to know exactly where we are at with each and every deal. It keeps them top of mind and trying to avance each deal through the pipeline. What can be easier than trying to advance each "chess piece" from one side of the table to the other.

We have tried many other CRM tools, but they were just databases that hold information. We were looking for something that specifically helps us track deals as they move through the sales pipeline.

In other CRM's the information gets burried and forgotten about. We were using an app called trello for just this function because it was extremely visual and easy to track. The problem was it did not have the CRM function so we were having to bounce between two difference applications.

Pipedrive has the same visuals, and drag and drop functionality as trello, but is has everything we need in one spot with the CRM. It is working perfectly for me.

It was super easy to get everything set up and dialed in and it was extremely user friendly with almost no learning curve.

The deal pipelines stay open all day long so that advancing deals through the pipeline stays top of mind. This has become our go to program to track sales and we love how simple it is.

We needed a simple, user friendly way to track deals as they move through the pipeline and easily know how much value is at each stage or what deals are growing stale. We have tried other CRM's but it we had to create custom reports, or create complicated fields. This was simple to set up and it functions exactly like an app called trello that we were using to track deals except this calculates deal values, and is a CRM all in one. What do you like best about Fibbler?

I really like that Fibbler lets me see exactly how our clients are viewing and interacting with our LinkedIn ads. It gives a level of visibility we’ve never had before. The product was super easy to setup and I was able to plug in both our LinkedIn Ads account and Hubspot account with no issue. The team is also fantastic and obviously looking to improve their product. They’re constantly building new features, super responsive to feedback, and quick to fix any bugs that come up. What do you like best about eSputnik?

Since we started using CDP, our marketing got much stronger. We are glad we went with eSputnik from the list of possible vendors. The integration went as planned and stayed within the timeline. Just in two months the CDP was fully integrated into our business, connected to our CRM and CMS. I want to thank their team for guiding us through every step. They were fast, helpful and always considered our business specifics.

With the tools this CDP provides, we managed to grow our active user base 3x in a bit more than a year. We added a gamified widget on our website, set up welcome emails and launched push notifications. eSputnik team has solid expertise, which they shared with us during the onboarding and later. What do you like best about Dotdigital?

The AI help agent is truly useful. In the support pop-up, there are the typical resources: search the knowledge base or chat with a rep. But the AI tool (bulldog mascot) is shockingly good. Most of the times these product-based LLMs are useless, offering generic advice or even entirely made-up suggestions. The DD bulldog is spot-on with its comprehension of my questions as well as the step-by-step advice for troubleshooting or setting something up. You can have a real back and forth dialogue with the tool. If you're working on something complex, remember not to answer yes to "Did this answer your question?" because it closes the chat and you have to start over. It's not just asking for feedback, it's looking to close the ticket, essentially. I look forward to the ability to train it on brand identity so it could be asked more strategic questions as well as tactical ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UX for image organization could be more intuitive. Contacts cannot be searched by name. There's no automatic saving in the email editor. 🫨 (What is this, 1998?)
