As the CRM Owner in my company, I use Pipedrive very intensively every day and am always impressed by the well-thought-out data logic and the structure of the system. What I like best about Omnisend is how intuitive the UX is. Within 10-20 minutes you get the hang of it - which matters when you're onboarding new clients and need to move fast. The platform covers the essentials well: email sends, pop-ups, and audience analytics, all in one place.
