For us, it's more about being able to integrate our marketing outreach as well in a more cohesive manner. I honestly can't think of any. Everything is very user friendly and effective. The only thing that may be a drawback is the number of bounces or flags we get on emails because, since Mailchimp is such a big name, a lot of email providers block messages from entering our clients' inboxes. Launching, testing, and using Salesflare over the last 3 months has been a relief. After joining a team using a project management tool for their CRM, we successfully moved >20 reps onto the new platform with little or no hiccups.
