I find the Help Desk to be extremely helpful in centralizing the 1:1 communication with our customers. It was easy to set up - with enough options to fit our needs. I use EngageBay mainly for email marketing and creating landing pages for our business. What I like most is both tools are available in one place, so I don't have to switch between multiple platforms. In terms of transitioning to the platform, it was really straightforward to import data but a little trial and error to correctly attribute marketing permissions.
Sales attribution seems a little out of sync with what we were used to seeing on Klaviyo but this could be a period of adjustment.
Delighted with the new pricing plans, significantly reducing the cost of SMS makes it much more accessible.
I haven't yet tried the AI integration but this feels like an exciting step forward.
