What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I find the Help Desk to be extremely helpful in centralizing the 1:1 communication with our customers. It was easy to set up - with enough options to fit our needs. And from there it has been easy to filter and organize to maintain multiple channels including SMS and chat. We have been able to better segment our customers and respond quickly. I utilize the snippets and find that the user interface is extremely intuitive and allows for quick replies. It is also easy to maintain and add snippets as I go. to best support my team. the biggest challenge is the complexity of implementation, salesforce is not plug and play, it require proper planning, configuration and often a dedicated admin or consultant, the cost can be high , especially when you include licence, add ons and implementation expenses, there is also a steep learning curve, especially for new users or non technical teams, sometimes performance issues like slow loading or glitches can impact user experinece. Everything is clearly labelled and easy to navigate. I can quickly find deals, leads, and other key items, and as a manager I’m able to check workloads and volumes. The dashboards also make it easy to understand trends at a glance. I’ve been able to streamline processes by using workflows to integrate AI tools such as Claude, which has helped improve the team’s performance. We originally migrated from Mailchimp after needing stronger automation and CRM functionality for more detailed customer journeys. The workflow builder has been one of the most useful features for our team, especially for campaigns triggered by form activity and page visits. CRM syncing has worked well, reporting is practical, and the Google Analytics integration gives us better insight into campaign engagement and website behavior. As our automations became larger, the workspace started feeling harder to organize, especially with lots of tags, lists, and workflows running at the same time. Support was decent for common issues, although more technical questions sometimes took longer to resolve.

I love that Close shows me my meetings and helps me stay organized. I really enjoy the follow-up prompts and the ability to do value-added follow-up with text messages, emails, and phone calls. It's great that I can create tasks to stay on top of my leads. The old version of the opportunities list is very clear and easy to follow, which I appreciate. Also, Close is simple to use, and when there's a problem, the team is on top of it. The initial setup was easy for me, especially since I had used it in my past job. Sometimes the calling doesn't work. It drops calls. I get too many unnecessary notifications from appointment. I don’t like that it creates new opportunities when I book decision meetings and second meetings, I would prefer if it would just foster the original booking opportunity. The few things I dislike are that there are a lot of useful add-ons I would like to use that are always gated behind additional pricing. As an in-house resource, it can be a bit problematic.

What I like most is both tools are available in one place, so I don't have to switch between multiple platforms. Creating email broadcasts is straightforward, and the drag-and-drop editor makes it easy to update content when we anounce new batches, workshops or activities.

The landing page builder has also been useful for collecting inquiries. I can quickly create a page, add a form, and start capturing leads without needing technical help. Braze has always been on my radar, due to its legendary status among CRM platforms - but it has always seemed out of reach because of the price tag associated with the product. This changed in the last 2 months, when I have done a comparative analysis of more than 10 providers, and found the price to feature ratio to be the most balanced on Braze.

PROS:

- Passionate account executives, providing a full overview of the product

- Dedicated onboarding subsidiary called Massive Rocket, with the singular scope of making the process as smooth as possible

What do you dislike about Braze?

As I mentioned before, the pricing had been the main reason why I haven't had the chance of using Braze in my Marketing career so far. While it's definitely competitive when measured against equal calibre products, it can still be a little bit intimidating, especially for companies that are looking to commit to a platform for years to come.

What do you like best about Omnisend?

The platform is pretty intuitive and makes it easy to quickly create campaigns.

The pre-built templates are helpful (and time-saving) but can be easily personalised.

In terms of transitioning to the platform, it was really straightforward to import data but a little trial and error to correctly attribute marketing permissions.

Sales attribution seems a little out of sync with what we were used to seeing on Klaviyo but this could be a period of adjustment.

Delighted with the new pricing plans, significantly reducing the cost of SMS makes it much more accessible.

I haven't yet tried the AI integration but this feels like an exciting step forward.

What do you dislike about Omnisend?

Some of the UI is a little clunky. For example, the base font constantly reverts back to Arial (very annoying!), you can't overwrite copy and keep the formatting, and I'd like to see more elements available (i.e. spacers)

You don't have to navigate a maze of features or run reports just to see your data - everything important is accessible in 1-2 clicks. I also think they are very intentional and thoughtful with their product roadmap - multiple times I've logged in the tool to find some new feature that gives me a new dimension on my data, which is great. What do you dislike about Fibbler?

I sometimes struggle with conveying the data/ findings to my leadership - Today it requires logging in to the platform and then 5-10 minutes to paint the picture for them. So, it'd be easier if I can create view-only access reports that could be shared with anybody.

It is user friendly, easy to navigate and building new emails off of my templates is helpful especially when delegating email strategy across different team members. We are a lean team and having something that is easy to use is helpful!

Whenever we have run into an issue the support team has been really quick and easy to work with, getting new team members on the platform is seamless.
