**What do you like best about eSputnik?**

I appreciate the fast and helpful support, especially the care and involvement of our personal manager. The platform works quite reliably across different services and channels. For our team, the most valuable parts are triggered scenarios, push notifications, segmentation, and flexible personalization settings. It helps build customer communication without too much manual work.

**What do you dislike about eSputnik?**

The personal account interface could feel a bit more modern and easier to navigate; right now, it's not always obvious. I'd also love deeper analytics, both at the overall level and broken down by specific channels, scenarios, and campaigns, so it's easier to actually see what's working and what isn't.
For push notifications, it would be great to have more flexibility in how they look, like the option to add a sender image or avatar. And it would really help to have more flexible logic for how different automated scenarios interact btw eahc others

**What problems is eSputnik solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eSputnik helps us automate customer communication across different channels. We use it mainly for triggered push notifications, in-app messages, product updates, segmentation, and OTP messages in different GEOs.

**What do you like best about eSputnik?**

What I like most is the service support. I've worked with many CDP and ESP systems, but only here have I found specialists who truly understand the product and strive to find the best solutions for the client, not for themselves.
I appreciate that the manager listens to our problems and understands that any initiative or integration takes time.
In second place I would put the convenient email newsletter editor, which allows you to quickly build and test communications. No third-party application or help from a technical specialist with HTML is needed.
Third place goes to the reasonable pricing for services. When purchasing a large package for six months, you get a good discount, which has a positive impact on CRM marketing economics.

**What do you dislike about eSputnik?**

The service has room to grow, and most of its shortcomings lie in small UX/UI details:

It's annoying that exporting contact data is done via email and takes a lot of time. I'd love to have some kind of window where you click a button and download the file, instead of sitting by your inbox waiting.
The CDP structure. After a year of working with it, I still get lost in the tabs, because the entities are divided in a very strange way. For example, there are "Messages" and there are "Mailings." Under Messages there is "Statistics," and under Mailings there are "Reports." Statistics covers database metrics, while Reports cover metrics for specific sends. Why it's set up this way is unclear — many sections and functions could be merged under a single tab without changing anything essential, but the interface would become much cleaner.
I don't like that I can't set up an A/B test for an email directly from the sending interface — I have to manually split the mailing group into two subgroups and make two separate sends at once.
Testing communications isn't always convenient either. For example, web push notifications can only be sent to yourself, not to colleagues. Testing requires creating a new segment.

Overall, there are quite a few of these little things — they're like a splinter: you can live with it, but it's unpleasant.

**What problems is eSputnik solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like any B2B SaaS — they solve a problem that would cost us more to solve on our own: building an in-house system for database segmentation and preparing campaigns for mass and automated sends.

**What do you like best about eSputnik?**

Our company switched to this CDP to improve our use of automated workflows and segmentation. There are also many features we still want to explore, including gamification and AI recommendations. The interface is user-friendly, and the support team is responsive and client-oriented. It is also great to have individual tariffs for businesses and to be able to cover all necessary channels in one place.

**What do you dislike about eSputnik?**

It would be better if it had WhatsApp integration. The dashboards and statistics are fine, but it’s probably better to use an external tool for analyzing performance.

Our business needs are met by CDP's personalised communications, which also support our custom CRM logic and provide innovative solutions.

Collecting information about the user using Cookies, as well as storing the history of events (purchases, views, etc.), which helps to build logical flows based on historical data. Thanks to this, our marketing becomes broader and deeper

Sometimes there are bugs with data processing or with the block editor of emails. But this happens on all platforms I have worked with.

Communication with the existing contact base, segmentation of this base and building marketing communication with different segments of the base. I have not yet found an alternative in terms of convenience and capabilities

I really appreciate eSputnik's built-in GDPR compliance framework. Managing a subscriber base of over 500,000 users means we have to strictly follow European data regulations every day, and the platform simplifies consent management, data recording and unsubscribe processes entirely within the system. I don't need to cross-check records with extra spreadsheets or third-party tools, which gives our team great peace of mind. Additionally, its excellent email deliverability for the German market is a huge advantage. Many marketing tools struggle to reach local inboxes consistently here, but eSputnik has solid local server support. Our newsletters for new fashion collections, limited-time promotions, and post-purchase follow-ups rarely land in spam folders. The highly customizable automated workflows are also something I really value. As a small team of 5, we rely heavily on automation to boost efficiency, and I can easily build multi-step journeys for different customer groups. The drag-and-drop editor is intuitive, allowing quick adjustments without needing technical support. These tailored automations have been a big reason we've successfully lifted repeat purchase rates by 27%.

First, its visual email template editor is less flexible compared to mainstream tools like Klaviyo or Mailchimp. The built-in editor has limited layout options and fewer pre-designed fashion-themed templates, which slows down our content creation process. Second, the cross-channel integration capabilities are relatively basic. eSputnik cannot seamlessly connect with our social platforms or our Vtiger Sales CRM, creating extra repetitive work for our small team.

I like how easy it is to build reliable, multi-channel automations with eSputnik, especially for our B2B workflows like invoice reminders, customer follow-ups, and segmented nurture campaigns. You don’t need a dedicated marketing specialist or developer to get value from it. The interface is straightforward, the workflow builder is intuitive, and email and SMS both work seamlessly in one platform. Because the tool is so straightforward to use, our team can build, tweak, and launch workflows in minutes, not days. This means less administrative busywork, fewer human errors, and faster, more consistent communication with clients. eSputnik’s multi-channel automations stand out for their stability and consistency, running without delays or glitches, even when handling many workflows at once, which is crucial for maintaining reliable payment reminders and a good customer experience. The initial setup was straightforward and relatively quick.

**What do you dislike about eSputnik?**

The automation builder, while easy to use, lacks some advanced logic for complex B2B workflows. Things like multiple conditional branches, wait conditions based on customer actions, and dynamic segmentation updates aren’t as flexible as we need for longer sales cycles. Also, we lack A/B testing inside automations. We want to test different aspects like email vs. SMS timing, various messaging for past-due alerts, and different CTAs for upsells, but we can’t run tests inside the automation flow—we have to duplicate entire workflows, which is messy and hard to track.

I use eSputnik for automating manual follow-ups, recovering abandoned carts, and personalizing messaging. It saves us time, reduces errors, and improves cash flow with reliable reminders. It’s user-friendly, and lets us focus on sales and client relationships instead of repetitive tasks.

**What do you like best about eSputnik?**

Since we started using CDP, our marketing got much stronger. We are glad we went with eSputnik from the list of possible vendors. The integration went as planned and stayed within the timeline. Just in two months the CDP was fully integrated into our business, connected to our CRM and CMS. I want to thank their team for guiding us through every step. They were fast, helpful and always considered our business specifics.

With the tools this CDP provides, we managed to grow our active user base 3x in a bit more than a year. We added a gamified widget on our website, set up welcome emails and launched push notifications. eSputnik team has solid expertise, which they shared with us during the onboarding and later. Thanks to this, we managed to reduce churn and improve customer retention.

The technical team and customer success managers provided clear, timely support throughout the integration. We got step-by-step guidance, and the scripts were easy to implement without affecting page load speed — everything ran smoothly.

Overall, the experience was positive. The integration was completed within the deadline, and we’d be comfortable recommending eSputnik to other clients.

"We chose eSputnik because of the possibility of omnichannel campaigns. We can use communication channels from cheap to expensive, depending on the type of content and customer segments. 
We would also like to emphasize the ease of use of the system. The generative AI implemented in the system plays a vital role in this. It allows us to work on email content directly in the editor: translate, shorten, and expand texts. Also, thanks to the integrated AI in eSputnik, we can automate the creation of entire email modules. Just insert a link to the required page of your website into the module, and AI will generate the block using the description, price, and image on the page. The same gen AI allows you to create texts for push notifications. These solutions significantly reduce the team's time for routine tasks. At the same time, such campaigns receive high CTR. "

**What do you like best about eSputnik?**

The eSputnik customer data platform has built-in functionality for organizing omnichannel marketing campaigns, while other systems require additional integrations. Thanks to this system, we have implemented omnichannel marketing using the following channels: email, push, In-App, and App Inbox. By combining data from different sources and channels and constantly enriching and analyzing information, we can better understand our customers and provide them with relevant content.
This has allowed us to create valuable and exciting campaigns for each audience segment. As a result, conversion from direct marketing increased by +7% over the past year.

We haven't found any significant or noteworthy shortcomings.

Our company caters to a diverse audience, so omnichannel functionality is fundamentally important for us. Various age groups within our customer base prefer communication through different channels: some find it more convenient to receive messages in a mobile application, while others prefer email. CDP eSputnik perfectly fulfills our omnichannel needs, supporting communication through email, web and mobile push, In-App, App Inbox, SMS, Viber, and widgets.

I would like to highlight web push separately. Conveniently, it can be used for communication with both registered users and those who have not yet registered on the site. Through web push, we capture the attention of new users, offer personalized discounts, send AI-generated product recommendations, provide updates on product ranges, and remind users about abandoned carts. Importantly, all these processes are automated and do not require additional time from our team.

While using the system, my team did not identify any significant shortcomings.

When we realized the need for marketing automation, we chose omnichannel CDP eSputnik. Here are the reasons:
- Advanced segmentation -- based on customer behavioral data that is constantly changing.
- Personalized communication with all users. We're not just talking about simply calling them by name, but also matching personalized product recommendations, identifying the user's language, reducing annoyance by optimizing the number of campaigns.

- The platform allows for flexible customization our communication strategies. Using omnichannel approach we promote new products, implement cross-selling and upselling techniques, transfer customers between categories, send transactional messages, and attract users' attention to other communication channels, such as social media. We use such channels as email, web push, SMS, and App Inbox.

- eSputnik provides integrations with website builders, landing page platforms, and online stores through APIs.

- The platform boasts comprehensive and convenient functionality, enabling us to launch complex campaigns and analyze their effectiveness without requiring additional technical specialists.

- Integrated AI features in the email editor include translation, grammar checking, shortening or lengthening written texts, changing the tone of voice, and creating expert explanations.

- Excellent customer support. This was particularly helpful when we encountered a problem with one of our mailings, as the issue was resolved promptly.

We have not regretted our choice once; all available functionality works well and is continually expanding.

There were no visible shortcomings that I noticed — a convenient and, most importantly, effective system.

**What do you like best about eSputnik?**

The customer data platform helped us to build detailed segments without unnecessary integrations, with which we can continue to work in the system (organize omnichannel mailings in different channels: email, app inbox, web push). We automatically transfer behavioral data from the website via web tracking, and use data on user behavior in mailings. Group building is fast and cohesive. We can use any static and behavioral customer data for segmentation. CDP also provides the ability to build segments based on event parameters; for example, create a segment of users who purchased X product for a certain amount of money during a specific period.

We haven't noticed any problems with this customer data platform

Through segmentation, we can better learn about our customers and better personalize communications with each group.

**What do you like best about eSputnik?**

I think the main eSputnik's advantage is the deep customer segmentation feature that allows to collect and unify client's data in a single profile and set up automated personalized messages according to their behaviour. No need to segment the audience manually. Thanks to web-tracking scripts and AI-algorithms eSputnik will do all the work automatically.

Another great option is multilingual campaigns. You can easily translate your email template into any language in a few seconds.

**What do you dislike about eSputnik?**

The setting up of event-triggered messages seemed a bit tangled. However, the dashboard is quite intuitive.

**Recommendations to others considering eSputnik:**

eSputnik is a very convenient and cheep customer data platform for large business. There are a lot of great integrations and indispensable tools for e-commerce. It's definitely more than just regular ESP or ordinary email service.

"The functionality of this omnichannel system goes beyond a regular ESP or standard email marketing tool. eSputnik is a veritable CDP platform which provides a lot of unique features for Ecommerce: 

- Advanced data collection and deep contact list segmentation; 
- Profile unification features: personalizaed product recommendations, triggered messages etc; 
- AI-based algorithms for launching automated campaigns; 
- Multilingual transactional messages etc. 

In addition, eSputnik can be easily integrated with almost any CRM system via API, ApiX-Drive or Zapier. A really good tool from ukrainian developpers!"

There's no serious cons in my opinion. The dashboard is really convenient. Besides that, eSputnik's support team can connect any advanced feature for you in case you can't do this by yourself.

This tool is very easy to use with an intuitive interface.  it is possible to make up a letter right at the time of its creation and add dynamic content.  the entire database of contacts is stored in the contacts section and it is possible to create groups and subgroups.  there is also a scripting feature that simplifies the work with recipients

there are restrictions on the size of the content, but it’s understandable why

I use eSputnik for typesetting letters and for sending and attracting an audience to various events.  All created templates can be stored in separate folders, the letter is automatically modified to a mobile look.  And it also has an editor for AMP letters.  I highly recommend your letters will be bright, dynamic and attractive to recipients.

Push-notifications, email campaigns, analytics. I have used live chat multiple times, and each time got a response within 2 min! By far the best bang for your buck!

From last 6 months I am customer of eSputnik and can not find any dislike yet. The price point is excellent!

2) local customization - we use eSputnik for different markets with different languages and it was always easy to implement.
3) support team - fast and helpful!

sometimes the service works slow in chrome and can close the tab while editing the template.

One of the best features of eSputnik is adaptive email editor, we make here our HTMlized emails and they are amazing. Also for us are important opportunities of deep contact base segmentation and web tracking of customer behaviour.

We realized that only sending emails is not enough for efficient communication with our customers and subscribers. That’s why we start using omnichannel approach. It is especially important for triggered sequences, for example, Abandoned carts. For us it means that we can reach our subscribers in the most convenient for them way. We just add to our email campaigns web push and text messages. And in the nearest time, as soon as our mobile app will be launched, we are going to start using mobile push in addition to existing channels.
