You don’t need a dedicated marketing specialist or developer to get value from it. The interface is straightforward, the workflow builder is intuitive, and email and SMS both work seamlessly in one platform. Because the tool is so straightforward to use, our team can build, tweak, and launch workflows in minutes, not days. This means less administrative busywork, fewer human errors, and faster, more consistent communication with clients. eSputnik’s multi-channel automations stand out for their stability and consistency, running without delays or glitches, even when handling many workflows at once, which is crucial for maintaining reliable payment reminders and a good customer experience. The automation builder, while easy to use, lacks some advanced logic for complex B2B workflows. Things like multiple conditional branches, wait conditions based on customer actions, and dynamic segmentation updates aren’t as flexible as we need for longer sales cycles. Also, we lack A/B testing inside automations. We want to test different aspects like email vs. SMS timing, various messaging for past-due alerts, and different CTAs for upsells, but we can’t run tests inside the automation flow—we have to duplicate entire workflows, which is messy and hard to track.
