**What do you like best about Fibbler?**

Fibbler is much more user-friendly than similar platforms because it keeps the design and UX simple. You don't have to navigate a maze of features or run reports just to see your data - everything important is accessible in 1-2 clicks. I also think they are very intentional and thoughtful with their product roadmap - multiple times I've logged in the tool to find some new feature that gives me a new dimension on my data, which is great. 

**What do you dislike about Fibbler?**

I sometimes struggle with conveying the data/ findings to my leadership - Today it requires logging in to the platform and then 5-10 minutes to paint the picture for them. So, it'd be easier if I can create view-only access reports that could be shared with anybody. 

I'd also love to see the support of Meta alongside LinkedIn and Google - I think the former is a bigger black box than the latter two, so just waiting for that to be launched. 

**What problems is Fibbler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fibbler to understand the efficacy of my LinkedIn ad spends, linking spends to ROI seamlessly.

- Influenced Pipeline : Fibbler offers super-detailed insights on influenced pipeline that too on a campaign level which helps me refine my messaging / positioning

- Job Title Exclusions : Able to exclude more granluar job titles which usually doesn't show up on Linkedin

- Campaign Schedule : If your'e spending above $5k it's a no-brainer to stop running ads on weekends and Fibbler let's you do that! Helps you put in those extra dollars back into the week days and improve per dollar spent!

- Really cost efficient!

**What do you dislike about Fibbler?**

Nothing to dislike - If they are able to bring in multi-channel attribution (Google Ads / Reddit Ads) that might be helpful - My guess is the team is already working on this!

**What problems is Fibbler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My go to ABM Tool which solves a very big attribution problem while running Linkedin ABM Programs.

**What do you like best about Fibbler?**

I really like that Fibbler lets me see exactly how our clients are viewing and interacting with our LinkedIn ads. It gives a level of visibility we’ve never had before. The product was super easy to setup and I was able to plug in both our LinkedIn Ads account and Hubspot account with no issue. The team is also fantastic  and obviously looking to improve their product. They’re constantly building new features, super responsive to feedback, and quick to fix any bugs that come up.

**What do you dislike about Fibbler?**

Sometimes I’m not totally sure how to act on the insights I get. I feel like a growth marketer would instantly know what to do with the data, but as a non-specialist, I’d love more guidance or recommendations on how to turn the insights into action.

Helping us see who is clicking on our LinkedIn Ads and where they are in the sales funnel.

I love Fibbler for its fastest and easiest approach to demonstrating the effectiveness of my ads. Connecting ads and CRM is incredibly straightforward, and it allows me to instantly view the performance of paid campaigns, making it a primary use case in my work. The webhook signals enrich my ability to trigger outbound actions based on LinkedIn interactions, and I appreciate how it helps in scheduling ads effectively. I love how Fibbler allows us to prove the impact of LinkedIn ads on our opportunities and pipeline. The software solves the classic problem of understanding what caused opportunities and pipelines to convert, enabling us to focus on those effective elements. One of the standout features of Fibbler is its capability to provide actual dates of ad engagement by people in an account, assigning engagement levels like low, medium, high, etc., which gives us actionable insights. We rely heavily on Thought Leader ads, and while the lack of UTM updates on posts used to leave us guessing, Fibbler now lets us break down impacts by campaign and ad, giving us a clear view of what touches our opportunities and pipeline. Unlike the basic metrics available on LinkedIn, Fibbler delivers detailed breakdowns of account engagements, includes an engagement score, and offers a comprehensive timeline journey view from first ad engagement to the opening of an opportunity. The initial setup was remarkably simple, requiring just the click of a button to integrate everything seamlessly.

I wish Fibbler allowed me to break down results by specific date ranges. Currently, the date filtering is too limited, with options like 30, 90 days, or by last quarter only, which restricts my ability to set precise date ranges for more detailed analysis.

I would like a longer lookback window than what Fibbler currently provides, which is limited to 90 days.

I like being able to see performance over time and how Fibbler makes it easy to automatically pause and unpause campaigns, which is huge compared to doing it manually. I also really like how easy it is to point to which deals in our pipeline came from which campaigns, as this helps with communicating to upper management. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and could not have been easier.

Now I want to have a Fibbler for all my other ad channels, not just LinkedIn!

Fibbler helps align campaign attribution with our pipeline, solving LinkedIn attribution issues. I appreciate seeing performance over time and automating campaign pauses, which saves manual effort. It also helps me link deals to campaigns, aiding in decision-making and resource allocation.

**What do you like best about Fibbler?**

I like that Fibbler is easy to use and doesn't cost a bomb. They're fast at resolving issues, and it's clear that everything in the tool is well thought through because one of the founders personally experienced the problem. I appreciate that it's not cluttered or bloated with unnecessary features, unlike other tools. The initial setup was effortless; I went live in less than 30 minutes by simply connecting with my CRM and LinkedIn ads account.

I don't have any complaints right now. This is more of a feature request. I wish they'd add the capability for Google Ads as well.

Currently, you can’t connect Teams to Fibbler’s intention signals to receive information directly in your chat. This could be an inconvenience for users who rely on Teams for streamlined communication.

Explaining the value of LinkedIn campaigns is now much simpler. Fibbler offers clear, actionable insights that make it easier to show tangible results to stakeholders. Its analytics are both detailed and customizable, which helps ensure alignment with specific objectives.

**What do you like best about Fibbler?**

We all know that most of what LinkedIn ads deliver but is not captured in the standard last-touch PPC attribution model that can only be tracked by direct clicks and UTMs. 

Fibbler lets me actually attribute LinkedIn ads activity to pipeline and closed revenue by pushing impressions, clicks, and engagement data straight to the account object. This gives me the confidence that what we're doing is actually working, and whether we are actually making an impact with target accounts. 

Campaign scheduling also ensures that I am not wasting all of my spend during off-peak times, which has also improved performance a lot.

For such a cheap monthly price, this is one of my most valued tools.

**What do you dislike about Fibbler?**

Nothing so far. It's an early-stage, bootstrapped company so do not expect ultra-polished UX and loads of features, but it works well and looks good enough.

**What do you like best about Fibbler?**

Attribution, attribution, attribution. I've been using Fibbler for a while now, and it’s hands-down the best tool for tying our LinkedIn efforts directly to pipeline and revenue.

Not only at the ad account level but at the campaign group and campaign level which is really awesome to see

They are always innovating adding new features such as campaign scheduling and impression capping which are really nice.

The company and job title insights is really nice for tuning your targeting

**What do you dislike about Fibbler?**

Not really a Fibbler problem but i'm finding that the Salesforce setup can be a battle just because every companies Salesforce instance is so different so issues can arise but their team is really great with jumping in and helping out

**What problems is Fibbler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with attribution a lot, As an outside Linkedin ads consultant, attribution is one of the biggest battles and Fibbler has made my life so much easier

**What do you like best about Fibbler?**

Fibbler allows us to extend the functionality and insights we have when running LinkedIn ads. Its so easy to use and the ability to see direct attribution of our Paid Social spend to Pipeline and revenue is incredibly useful. 

LinkedIn has several capability gaps, Fibbler allows us to plug these. The ability to schedule ads to protect budget and spend when we want to vs being forced to follow the sun. The impression cap that gives us more control and helps budget get spread more evenly across large and small accounts.

**What do you dislike about Fibbler?**

Nothing, its incredible value for money. 

More features around the CRM integration to tighten the attribution to deal and closed revenue would be nice.

**What problems is Fibbler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fibbler gives us visibility and greater control of our Ad spend. We can monitor target account engagement, attribute spend to performance etc and report with confidence our spend is doing what we expected it to.

**What do you like best about Fibbler?**

Most of our clients use HubSpot as a CRM. Matching campaign performance to sales data to prove marketing effect has been troublesome. Fibbler helps us give our clients the rundown on how our campaigns have reached and created engagement with the customers as well as marketing influenced pipeline and revenue. The customers like it because it's not over complicated and they can basically start usign the platform themselves after a 20 min walkthrough. 

Another benefit is the customer support. I don't think I've waited more than 3-4 hours for a issue to be resolved by the Fibbler team.

It's a platform in development, but the development is quite rapid and new features are added often. I have great expectations for the next 12 months of Fibbler.

**What do you dislike about Fibbler?**

Overall a great platform. I have experienced some bugs, but when I've contacted the support team the response has been fast and they have fixed whatever was the problem the same day. It's not a finished and vastly comprehensive platform like some of the giants (it's niche and I believe that's what they're aiming for). But if you want good insights to attribute marketing spend to business results, Fibbler works very well.

Attributing marketing performance to business result in an easy to understand manner, which is basically what our clients want to see.

Fibbler is very easy to implement, easy to integrate, and to use, it is quite simple but super effective and allows you to show how your LinkedIn ads are influencing your sales pipeline. 

The team is also very responsive and open to hearing feedback and implementing quick changes and improvements.

The price is also very fair for what it provides.

**What do you dislike about Fibbler?**

Nothing really. I don't have anything bad to say about it.

It helps me show how our LinkedIn ads activity is affecting and influencing the creation of sales pipeline. Without it, it would be very hard making the case for most of our LinkedIn ads spend.

**What do you like best about Fibbler?**

It allows full visibility on where we spend our Linkedin Ads budget and which accounts are reached, engaged, untouched. It's super easy to integrate and their team has been helpful when we wanted to import the backlog data in our crm.

**What do you dislike about Fibbler?**

It would be great to expand to even more visibility: stats per campaign (accounts touched vs untouched, etc.).

**What problems is Fibbler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were completely blind when we were relying on Linkedin dashboards. We were always exporting data and comparing with crm and our whole campaign reporting + attribution was made really hard. At one point we even questioned if we should stop Linkedin Ads completely because of the lack of visibility and impact measurement.  Fibbler came in and we now know exactly where our budget goes and we can correlate Linkedin Ads touchpoints with our other marketing activities and measure influence.

**What do you like best about Fibbler?**

Fibbler is a very useful tool for understanding the impact of LinkedIn ads and how they influence pipeline. It gives a full overview of which companies have seen your ads and how they engaged with them.

I also find the ”Impression cap” to be a useful feature to ensure a more even distribution of impression across the companies in the campaign.

A big plus is also that it was super easy to set up the account (ready to use in under 5 minutes).

It would be nice to have the Hubspot sync more frequently.

Understanding the influence of LinkedIn ads on a company level, which we can use for optimizing our campaigns to drive better results.

It is easy to set up and use, and replaces hours of manual analysis instantly.

I have a couple different edge use cases that fibbler can't support because our GTM is different than most.

**What problems is Fibbler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fibbler is solving the challenge of building confidence that marketing investments are being spent on the right accounts, and that these accounts are turning into opportunities - in a market in which buyers to not buy software like ours based on direct response ads (and thus marketing impact is hard to measure).

Fibbler is very useful and helps us understand which companies engaged with our LinkedIn ads. The HubSpot integration is a critical feature for us, as it enables us to push data from Fibbler to our CRM, which helps us prioritize accounts for our ABM efforts. I like that Fibbler started pushing new updates more frequently and introducing more and more useful features.

I believe the HubSpot sync currently occurs once a week. It would be nice to have it more frequently, ideally every day.

Fibbler helps us understand our LinkedIn ads performance on the company level. Based on that engagement, we optimize our ABM efforts.
It also helps us understand the LinkedIn ads influence on our pipeline.

**What do you like best about Fibbler?**

Fibbler is a cornerstone in our B2B commercial tech stack. Implementation is really easy. Pricing is (too?) low. Support by the team is swift. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is running LinkedIn campaigns.

Currently missing a HubSpot sync for companies that are not yet known in HubSpot.

**What do you like best about Fibbler?**

Takes minutes to set up (easy integration) and instantly can look at my client's performance from our LinkedIn campaigns to understand what's influencing pipeline and revenue. Then, we can use that data to adjust anything from the strategy to the audience targeting to the messaging.

Customer support is responsive and have helped whenever I have questions on implementation.

**What do you dislike about Fibbler?**

Nothing, right now. I know Adam and the team will continue to innovate and release new features. Right now it solves the problems I was experiencing with understand LinkedIn influence without relying on my clients to go out and pay for an expensive, overpriced ABM/Attribution tool (won't name any names, but you can probably figure it out).

We've struggled with attribution for a long time. Fibbler has helped immensely by identifying how much revenue was influenced by LinkedIn, and provided us with a ROAS metric we can compare to other bottom-funnel tactics.

Nothing! Fibbler is just getting started and we can't wait to see what other features are coming.

**What do you like best about Fibbler?**

This is a game changer for anyone running LinkedIn ads! Gone are the days of looking only at impressions, clicks, and the slowly declining amount of directly attributed conversions. 

Fibbler gives me a holistic overview of the full effects of our LinkedIn ads performance. Knowing what companies in our pipeline that have seen and interacted with our ads, before converting, gives us an idea of what used to be a black hole of attribution.

It's easy to get lost in measuring ads performance on CTRs and engagement rate, but Fibbler gives us the opportunity to measure the actual business impact. It gives a lot of fire power in internal discussions, especially when talking to the mgmt team. 

Not to mention the ability to build custom workflows off the intent data that the integration send every week.

It was easy to get started as well. Getting connected to our CRM (HubSpot) was done in a few clicks, same with LinkedIn.

**What do you dislike about Fibbler?**

It used to be that there wasn't an option to set your own criteria for when a deal was considered to be an "influenced deal". However, they release that option in their latest update, so now it's possible.

**What problems is Fibbler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me attribute our ABM efforts and see the business impact of it. It helps me see trends in revenue-related metrics and empowers me internally when speaking to the mgmt team.

**What do you like best about Fibbler?**

I can see all the companies that have seen or interacted with my LinkedIn Ads. I can search for them intuitively in case there is a specific deal I need to assess their activity level. With Fibbler, I am able to report back to my sales team if there is any increased activity from a prospect, or an account that is primed for outreach. Ever since I started using it, it's become a crucial part of my intelligence and attribution set up and I use it every day. There was no implementation needed other than connecting it to your accounts, and there is no security or privacy risk. They don't store any information that would be sensitive to your business!

**What do you dislike about Fibbler?**

Not much to say about dislikes. I hope that in the future there is a stronger integration with LinkedIn Ads so that you can clean up campaigns easily based on Fibbler's data.

**What problems is Fibbler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My main problem was how limiting LinkedIn Ads is when showing company demographics for your ads. It only shows 25 roww, when in reality you are getting impressions for far more companies. If you are running ABM or Demand Generation, then Fibbler is the perfect tool to assess what accounts are primed for an outreach. It also helps me streamline communication with sales, as now I can provide details about company activity on our advertising.

Incredibly simple set up and a direct sync to Hubspot that has taken our LinkedIn ad reporting from 1 to 100 in no time. Paired with a custom object in Hubspot to track changes, we're now able to produce influence reports for our LinkedIn ad strategy over time completely on our own terms.

**What do you dislike about Fibbler?**

Nothing just yet. It's been one of simplest decisions I've ever made in tech purchasing.

Truly understanding the influence of our LinkedIn ad spend in our market. Are we reaching the companies we're targeting? How often? And what level and frequency of impressions do we need to keep up to really influence pipeline?

Uncovering linkedin account impressions of view though impressions not just clicks. I love the fact they have a long 1 month trial. Integration was very simple and easy to use! I check it pretty much every morning, and what's cool is the hubspot implementation!

Nothing as of now! Would be nice to have more webhooks to slack / smartlead.

Linkedin doesn't give you any information on who is clicking or viewing your ads in the name of privacy. This is a shame considering the amount of money you put into it. So Fibbler benefits us by unlocking those accounts. Attribution is a huge problem, especially on linkedin ads because B2B buyer journeys are very complicated. Marketers don't get proper attribution for the ads they run, and fibbler solves it by showing the deals in CRM influenced by ads.

We've struggled a lot with getting an understanding of how many target accounts in our ABM program we were able to engage with different channels. Fibbler made it super easy to assess our LinkedIn ads coverage on an account level and get this data directly to our HubSpot dashboard. We're also using it to identify highest engaging accounts to prioritize together with the sales team.

More a feature request - be able to pull LinkedIn data for a greater time range (up to 12 months)
