What do you like best about vcita?

Vcita has been one of the best decisions our service has made since we launched two years ago. We originally used a CRM through another provider but found this to be clunky, prone to glitches and updates eroding our settings without notice, and over-priced.

Vcita on the other hand has been fully customisable for our needs, is fast to load with a refined and easy to use GUI. Training staff on its use has been easy and we're able to fully manage the IT / administration of it in-house. What do you dislike about vcita?

What do you like best about vcita?

I like that vcita lets me use it both for one-on-one clients and for groups. It helps me stay organized and easily lets me send information to both clients and groups. The initial setup was easy, I'd rate it a four out of five. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As someone who wears a lot of hats running my business, it’s incredibly helpful to have scheduling, client management, billing, and marketing tools all in one place. The new AI features have honestly surprised me with how intuitive they are, I love how they suggest replies and help me quickly write engaging marketing content. What do you dislike about vcita?

What do you like best about vcita?

I have used this solution for a number of customers and found it simple for the clients to use as a CRM for estimating and communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about vcita?

When doing a deeper dive to set up marketing templates, realised you have to pay even more to simply adjust your templates !! A big mis sell to me also using Zapier to drag information into the platform did not work, so issues in pushing the correct data you want for your clients in the solution and was unable to resolve, with both parties blaming each other. Very easy to configure and a very friendly team to clarify any queries I had.

The level of customisation for my business in what regards services, it's soooo flexible.

Nothing, but I'd love the option to allow multiple languages to be set in parallel

What do you like best about vcita?

It has ability to add on apps or link apps but its a CRM, you can send estimates for approval require deposit that customers pay online when they approve your contract and make the up front payment, and then you create an invoice from that approved estimate, and send it with attachments, customers can book services online on your website, and it creates a cuatomer portal where they see your correspondance and download any documents pay their bill, and all thos can be found when you add it to your website it creates a little pop up on screen asking what they would likw to do, call you, message book service download document, all set up pretty easy and the booked servi es can sent directly to your google calendar so you dont miss appointment s and if payment is required foe the appointment it allows the customer to pay up front. What do you dislike about vcita?

Theres a limit to the amount of documents you can upload, because i liked to send pics with every estimate or invoice id add after pics and warranty info. But once you reach a limit is very hard to delete old uploaded documents and they want you to upgrade your service to by $50 a month when you can simply email these documents, but then theyre not tracked in your messages or available theu your customer portal. What do you like best about vcita?
