What do you like best about Connecteam?

I use Connecteam to schedule my team for my event planning business, and it makes it much easier for me to see who can work. It's seamless for my team to know when they are scheduled. I love the ability to keep shifts open for my team to bid on. With my event planning business, I can put the events in, indicate how many assistants I need, and it allows my team to look at the date and location of the event and bid on it if they're interested in working. What do you like best about Gusto?

I would say the password management function is probably the best feature. I have like 15 log ins and can never remember any of them. This thing helps me out big time. And unlike our previous system, it's very readable; ours looked like an Excel sheet from 1999. What do you dislike about Gusto?

Occasionally, the page takes too long to load. I swear my internet is dead. It just spins. I don’t like that I can’t view the exact date the money hits my bank account. It creates a lot of stress when rent is due. Also the support is simply a chatbot that emails me links to articles that I’ve already read which is very annoying as I just want to speak to someone. It makes it so I don’t have to send HR an email for every little thing which is great for both of us. I love the ability to title my invoices with specific details, which I find is unavailable in other systems. The reporting in Intacct is easy and searching for information is easy. There are plenty of filters to use and creating your own views make it easy for each individual user. Setting up recurring invoices is quick and easy. Prorating invoice amounts is a cinch with the proration button. Reporting issues is easy through the "Help & Support" tab. The customer support is quick to answer any questions or concerns. What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?

Updating a customer's address is annoying. If you've already created an invoice or sales order and need to update the address or contact details, you need to recreate the invoice or sales order for it to grab the new details. It doesn't automatically update. Setting up a recurring invoice requires you to add the customer as a recurring customer. If the auto payments aren't run very early in the morning and you have an open invoice for that customer, it will pay all invoices if that customer was set up as recurring. What do you like best about Payhawk?

I really like Payhawk’s easy-to-use interface and the automations that take care of many manual tasks. Their customer support is excellent-someone’s always available to help. What do you dislike about Payhawk?

Receipt Sync Delays: Sometimes receipts emailed to Payhawk don’t sync instantly or get missed, leading to manual follow-ups.

What problems is Payhawk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Payhawk has significantly streamlined our expense and invoice processing at Avado. It’s taken over many of the manual tasks we used to handle on Kloo like receipt collection, matching, and approvals; which has been a huge relief for the Accounts team. The automations save time, reduce errors, and give us much better visibility into company spending. Month-end processing is faster now, and the customer support has been incredibly responsive whenever we’ve needed help. It’s made a real difference to our day-to-day finance operations. What do you dislike about BambooHR?

Bamboo HR does not offer all of our needs within it, which is why we have integrated Quickbooks and Criteria to it. We love Bamboo HR and have talked with the staff on video call asking for them to add these tools and move from integrating softwares to one large hub that does it all for the price paid. What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have effortlessly linked frequently used links in Bamboo HR for staff to access, and it acts as the company portal with integrations that have been wonderful to streamline business. We also use it for annual appraisals, as we previously used Performance Pro and have switched to Bamboo for appraisal process which was the easiest implementation ever. What do you like best about Ramp?

The ease of use is truly impressive. Everything feels simple and streamlined, making the experience very user-friendly. I find it extremely convenient to email receipts, drag and drop them, or upload them directly. The user interface stands out for being clean, refined, and easy to navigate. What do you dislike about Ramp?

There are very few drawbacks to using Ramp. However, I do find it challenging to manage old expenses or canceled transactions. I have several transactions that remain open on my account, appearing as if they are still waiting for a receipt or a comment, even though these transactions were canceled or refunded months ago. In the past, such transactions would eventually disappear from my account, but these have lingered for many months, and I have not yet figured out how to remove them. I would appreciate a simpler way to either delete these transactions or mark them as returned or refunded so they no longer appear on my main screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
