There have been a couple of things that I couldn't easily find (and still haven't), but it doesn't outweigh the positives. Some team members aren't qualified to bid on some shifts, but I can't figure out how to filter that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Connecteam makes scheduling a breeze, replacing my spreadsheet, and shows who can work. It makes it seamless for my team to know their shifts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While Rippling is incredibly powerful, it can definitely be a "double-edged sword." Here are a few things that users often find frustrating or challenging:

1. The "All-in-One" Complexity

Because Rippling tries to do everything (Payroll, IT, Benefits, Device Management), the interface can feel cluttered and overwhelming.

Finding a specific setting for something simple, like a timecard adjustment, can sometimes feel like a scavenger hunt through too many menus.

2. Implementation "Growing Pains"

Setting Rippling up correctly is a massive project.

If the initial setup (the "logic" of your company) isn't perfect, it can cause cascading errors. For example, if a permission is set wrong at the top level, it might accidentally block Anto from seeing Bianka’s timecards, and fixing it requires digging through deep administrative layers. You can set up Automated Workflows (Recipes). For example: "If Anto hasn't approved Bianka's timecard by Friday at 4:00 PM, send her a Slack reminder." It does the "nagging" for you so you can focus on your actual wor Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Occasionally, the page takes too long to load. I swear my internet is dead. It just spins. I don’t like that I can’t view the exact date the money hits my bank account. It creates a lot of stress when rent is due. Also the support is simply a chatbot that emails me links to articles that I’ve already read which is very annoying as I just want to speak to someone. It makes it so I don’t have to send HR an email for every little thing which is great for both of us. I’m able to access my employee benefits and tax documents through it instead of digging through my cluttered download files and it also keeps all of the payroll related issues organized so I don’t have to spend time worrying if my hours were logged correctly. RUN Powered by ADP makes payroll, reporting, and retirement services easier by automating withholdings and debits. I just input data once, and it manages deductions and garnishments, leaving me worry-free about accuracy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I originally missed the Chrome plugin, but after continued use I don’t really need it anymore. The travel reimbursement flow is incredibly easy, and I recently used the travel extension to book a flight, which was seamless and intuitive. At this point, any improvements would be incremental rather than critical, as the overall Spend experience has been very smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to edit anything I want about my payroll, my 401k, get into my benefits and print new cards. I am also able to request time off as well as approve time off. our learning center is integrated as well which is nice. It is the one stop shop for HR and more. Deel Payroll solves one of the biggest headaches in international work: paying people correctly, on time, and compliantly—no matter where they live. Before using Deel, managing payroll felt like juggling a dozen systems, different tax rules, and confusing spreadsheets. I constantly worried about whether each country’s legal requirements were met, and calculating taxes and contributions was a real stress. Payroll mistakes can be costly and frustrating. Before using it, scheduling techs and keeping track of jobs was a nightmare. We had too many manual steps and things would slip through cracks. Now, everything’s in one place—jobs, customer info, and updates. The mobile app means techs don’t have to call in for every little thing, they just update on-site. That saves time and reduces errors big time. Plus, customers get faster service because we can plan routes better and avoid delays.Integration with Salesforce CRM is a big plus too. One of the two major con that I faced while using xero software was that the monthly subscription plan is little expensive as compared to other similar financial management platforms also the support team of this tool is only email based and they takes a lot of time to reply, there is no calling support available for their users. One of the major business benefit that we Have got after using xero in our company is that It gets easily integrated with our bank accounts and all the transactions that happen through our account are easily stored in through statements. While HROne does a great job overall, one thing I don’t like is that it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming for new users. Certain features take time to understand, and without enough guided support, the learning curve can feel quite steep. With a little more hand-holding during onboarding—clearer, simpler explanations and more proactive human assistance—the experience would feel far more reassuring and people-centric. For me, the biggest benefit is the human touch it adds to HR operations. By automating routine work, it frees up time to focus on people rather than paperwork. Updating a customer's address is annoying. If you've already created an invoice or sales order and need to update the address or contact details, you need to recreate the invoice or sales order for it to grab the new details. It doesn't automatically update. Setting up a recurring invoice requires you to add the customer as a recurring customer. If the auto payments aren't run very early in the morning and you have an open invoice for that customer, it will pay all invoices if that customer was set up as recurring. There isn’t much I dislike, but sometimes the available options can feel a bit limited depending on the location or travel dates. In some cases, prices may not always be the lowest compared to booking directly with airlines or hotels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Navan helps solve the challenges of organizing and managing business travel. Instead of dealing with multiple websites, emails, and approvals, everything can be handled in one platform. This makes booking trips faster, keeps travel information organized, and provides better visibility into expenses. On desktop, the interface is often unintuitive, requiring too many steps for straightforward actions like submitting expenses or correcting minor mistakes. While the mobile app makes it easy to capture receipts, it lacks some features found on the desktop version, and certain functions behave differently, which can be frustrating. Sometimes some other users encounter error in uploading their receipts. Configuring policies, approval flows, and integrations is also complex, typically needing the expertise of trained administrators or consultants. Performance can be slow at times, with users experiencing lag when uploading receipts, generating reports, or during periods of heavy use. Honestly, there isn’t anything I genuinely dislike about NetSuite. Like any powerful platform, it can take a bit of time to fully unlock everything it offers, but once you’ve found your feet with it, that flexibility and depth quickly become one of its biggest strengths. It brings everything into one place, finance, operations, and reporting, which removes a lot of manual work and guesswork for us. Having that real-time visibility across the business has helped us make decisions confidently and has saved us a lot of time by streamlining our day-to-day processes. Expensify scans all the receipts and invoices automatically and extract their data so there are lots of instances where the data accuracy reduces for those documents we need to manually update the data then and store it so whenever these type of scenario arises it becomes time consuming. The best feature of expensify is that it provides detailed reports of monthly expenses and it becomes easy for our account manager to calculate all the expenses and do future budget planning. When BILL Spend & Expense (formerly Divvy) and BILL AP first integrated, it took a little while to make the platforms feel like one system, which is understandable. Tech support is still fairly siloed, and hopefully the company will continue to invest in and improve reducing silos of knowledge and experience among their 2nd and 3rd line support staff. I don't have the staff to manually cut checks, handle physical receipts or manage procurement for our 100 person organization. I need a solution that automates AP, supports employee self-service for procurement and offers departmental budget management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It allows our team to reconcile our purchases without sending them to our finance director. It empowers all employees to track their purchases, and it can be used on multiple devices, which is great for team members that stay in the office and team members that travel. Although handled on an organization-by-organization basis, the categorization options can often seem to roll over each other and without clear examples or documented rules for each category, selecting the right one can cause a negative experience. Previous expense tracking tools we used acted more like spreadsheets and outlined, line by line, whatever you entered. They offered selections for things like expense categories, dates, etc. but they did not contain the easy-to-use UI of Emburse Expense, and they also did not offer the incredibly easy-to-upload receipt tracking feature. All in all, using Emburse Expense has saved me significant amounts of time and increased my accuracy with regard to completing reports timely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’m generally liking BambooHR a lot. If I were to suggest an improvement, it would be around the time log or clocking-in feature where team members need to record their daily work hours. It would be great if there were an easier way to do this, maybe through a dedicated iOS app for MacBook or a widget, so the team wouldn’t have to log in to BambooHR every day just to start and stop their hours worked. BambooHR brings my whole team into one place. In a company with 150+ employees, it’s essential that my specific team and direct reports are easy to manage, and BambooHR makes that simple. Receipt Sync Delays: Sometimes receipts emailed to Payhawk don’t sync instantly or get missed, leading to manual follow-ups.

Slow Support on Complex Issues: While basic queries are handled quickly, complex issues may take longer to resolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Payhawk has significantly streamlined our expense and invoice processing at Avado. It’s taken over many of the manual tasks we used to handle on Kloo like receipt collection, matching, and approvals; which has been a huge relief for the Accounts team. The automations save time, reduce errors, and give us much better visibility into company spending. Month-end processing is faster now, and the customer support has been incredibly responsive whenever we’ve needed help. It’s made a real difference to our day-to-day finance operations. There are very few drawbacks to using Ramp. However, I do find it challenging to manage old expenses or canceled transactions. I have several transactions that remain open on my account, appearing as if they are still waiting for a receipt or a comment, even though these transactions were canceled or refunded months ago. In the past, such transactions would eventually disappear from my account, but these have lingered for many months, and I have not yet figured out how to remove them. I would appreciate a simpler way to either delete these transactions or mark them as returned or refunded so they no longer appear on my main screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
