When I open a task to update it, it takes a moment longer to load before I can type anything. One thing I have noticed is that sometimes notifications come in groups instead of one by one. It's very streamlined and easy to use. The last payroll company had a very confusing to use software and ADP is not complicated. It's laid out in an easy to use way. Occasionally, the feed from Bank of America drops and I have to restart it. It happens maybe once a year, but it's a very easy fix. Xero walks you right through how to reconnect to a bank that is dropped. I'm uncomfortable using AI for my bookkeeping, so I don't love that Xero is pushing some AI help. With Paycom being a single solution that covers everything from the Candidate Search to the Employee leaving, Paycom helps solve many issues. One thing that has really helped us is that Paycom is an easy and quick way for students to manage their working hours. One thing I dislike about Agentforce Field Service is that the platform can be complex to set up and manage, especially for new users or smaller teams. When the expenses are synced to Quickbooks, it uses the posting date in QBO based on submission date and not the date on the receipt. I go around this by going to the journal and editing the date. The commission that they charge to withdraw my funds to my bank account is about 16%. That is incredibly high. I'd like to withdraw the funds to one of my bank accounts which gives me interests, but 16% is too much so I just keep it in the Deel card. I think the system where we get the reports from, like for the payroll reports, there's an issue. We couldn't find a total abstract report at one place. We have to take a workforce report from the employee details and the payroll report from the pre-payroll details, which is CTC summary. One of the harder things at my job is when we put a job into Miter we have to wait until the next morning before it will show up in our other system. There is not much I dislike about Netsuite, so far. It has been working great since we got it. Learning it has taken a little bit. We used other platforms that gave us even more control of employees spending. For example other platforms have rules that it will automatically block employees accounts after not submitting receipts. One of our company files is very large because we imported 4+ years of detailed data from QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. As a result, I’m unable to open that company file from my mobile device, which prevents me from using features like importing receipts by taking a picture of them or accessing the file on the go.

We previously used QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise, which had to be installed on a remote desktop so all of our staff could access it at the same time.

With QuickBooks Online, staff can work not only from home but also on their personal devices, without needing remote desktop access or any special installation.
