“Seamless Time & Attendance Integration That Makes Payroll Effortless”
What do you like best about Rippling?

What I love most about Rippling is how seamlessly the Time & Attendance module integrates with the rest of the platform, especially payroll. In my previous role, we had to manually export CSV files from a time clock and upload them to our payroll software. With Rippling, hours, PTO, and overtime automatically sync. The mobile app is also incredibly intuitive for employees to clock in and out, geo-fence locations, or request time off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

While the system is powerful, setting up highly complex, custom overtime rules or unique holiday policies for different states can be a bit tricky initially. The reporting tool is detailed but has a bit of a learning curve if you want to build custom dashboards. Also, during peak implementation times, customer support can sometimes take a day to get back to you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rippling solved our manual data entry problem and virtually eliminated payroll errors caused by miscalculated hours. It saves our HR/accounting team hours of manual review every pay period. It also helps us stay compliant with local break and overtime laws because the system automatically flags discrepancies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“RUN Powered by ADP Saves Time with Streamlined Payroll, HR, and Fast Chat Support”
What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

The biggest benefit of RUN Powered by ADP is how much time it saves. Payroll is simple to process, and I don't have to worry about calculating or filing payroll taxes. The cost is more than justified by the amount of time it saves and the confidence of knowing everything is being handled correctly.

One thing I really appreciate is how easy it is to switch between our two companies; it's literally just a dropdown menu. That alone makes managing payroll for multiple businesses much more efficient.

The HR tools have also been a huge plus. The new hire onboarding process is especially convenient when you're hiring in multiple states because ADP keeps all of the required forms up to date. There's no need to track down forms from different state websites or worry that you're using an outdated version. New employees can complete most of their own setup online before their first day, which saves us time, reduces data entry, and helps prevent mistakes.

I've also been impressed with the ADP Assist. The AI-powered Assistant is great for getting quick answers to everyday questions. If I run into something more complicated, I simply ask to speak with a live representative, and I'm connected through chat within minutes. I honestly haven't had to pick up the phone for support. Every question, modification, or issue I've had has been resolved through chat.

The payroll reports are another feature I rely on. They make it easy to reconcile payroll, prepare journal entries, and quickly find the information I need without spending time digging through reports.

Overall, RUN Powered by ADP has made our payroll and HR processes much more streamlined and efficient. It takes care of the routine tasks so I can spend my time focusing on the parts of my job that add the most value instead of worrying about payroll administration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

There really isn't much I dislike about RUN Powered by ADP. If I had to pick something, it would be how the billing invoices are organized. The Billing & Invoices section doesn't include the monthly processing fee invoices; it only shows the direct deposit, tax, and RUN service fee invoices for each payroll. To find the monthly processing invoices, you have to go to Reports > Billing Invoices, which opens a separate billing and invoice management page. It's a minor inconvenience and doesn't affect the overall functionality, but it would be nice if all invoices were accessible from one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?

Payroll involves much more than just issuing paychecks. There are federal, state, and local taxes to calculate, file, and pay, and when you're processing payroll in multiple states, it can become very complicated.

Before we switched to RUN Powered by ADP, I was essentially calculating payroll taxes by hand because I didn't fully trust our ERP system. Even if the calculations had been accurate, I still had to file the tax returns and make the payments myself, often on different filing schedules depending on the taxing authority.

RUN Powered by ADP has taken all of that off my plate. Knowing the payroll taxes are being calculated correctly, filed on time, and paid automatically has been a tremendous time saver and gives me peace of mind. The time savings alone have more than justified the cost of the software. Instead of spending hours on payroll administration, I'm able to focus on higher-value accounting work and spend more time helping our employees with the day-to-day questions and tasks they need assistance with. “Gusto Makes Small Business Payroll Painless and Fast”
What do you like best about Gusto?

Gusto makes running payroll for a small business genuinely painless. The interface is clean and intuitive — running payroll takes just a few minutes each cycle, and the dashboard makes it easy to see what's due and when without digging through menus. Setup for California state and federal tax registrations was straightforward, and Gusto handles the tax filings automatically, which takes a huge mental load off. I also appreciate how it keeps everything organized in one place — payroll, tax forms, and employee records — so I'm not juggling multiple systems. For a solo operator or small team, the time saved each pay cycle is the biggest win. I'd recommend it to any small business owner who wants payroll off their plate without hiring a bookkeeper just to manage it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gusto?

Nothing major. If I had employees perhaps pricing would be a different consideration Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Gusto, running payroll took a lot of manual back and forth just to make sure taxes and filings were handled correctly. Now it's mostly automatic, so I save time every pay period and don't have to worry about missing a deadline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Xero Brings Clear Financial Visibility and Organized Accounting in One Place”
What do you like best about Xero?

What I like most about Xero is how easy it is to keep day-to-day financial records organized in one place. We use it to track invoices, expenses, bank transactions, and financial reports without needing to move between multiple systems.

One feature I particularly value is the bank reconciliation workflow. Matching transactions and keeping records up to date is much faster compared to manual tracking, and it gives better visibility into our financial position at any given time.

Xero also makes it easier to collaborate with finance stakeholders because reporting is centralized and accessible. Instead of relying on spreadsheets, we can quickly review financial data, monitor cash flow, and keep records consistent across the business.

Overall, it helps reduce administrative work while giving a clearer picture of the company’s finances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xero?

One challenge with Xero is that some accounting workflows have a learning curve, especially for users who don’t work in finance every day. Tasks such as bank reconciliation, report customization, and account setup can take some time to fully understand when you’re new to the platform.

While Xero is powerful once configured properly, I think the onboarding experience could do a better job guiding non-finance users through key processes and explaining accounting concepts within the product itself.

After the initial setup period, navigation becomes much easier, but new users may need some time before they feel fully comfortable using all of the available features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?

Xero helps solve the challenge of keeping financial records organized and accessible in one place. Instead of managing invoices, expenses, bank transactions, and reporting across multiple spreadsheets or systems, everything is centralized and easier to track.

One of the biggest benefits is reducing manual work. Features like bank transaction matching and reconciliation help keep records up to date without as much administrative effort. It also makes it easier to review financial reports, monitor cash flow, and understand the overall financial position of the business.

Having that visibility in a single platform improves consistency and helps support better financial decision-making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Efficient Payroll and HR with Beti AI, Great Integrations, and Top-Notch Support”
What do you like best about Paycom?

The enhanced capabilities and features that let employees update their accounts, review paystubs, and answer questions have helped HR and Payroll staff use their time more efficiently. This includes Beti, the AI assistant, which has become more impressive over time. In addition, the smartphone app allows managers and admin to complete payroll related tasks in a timely manner, without the need to login to the website. The UI is easy to use and makes most tasks easy to accomplish. We very rarely have issues with website performance, which in turn allows personnel to work freely without access related problems. We are integrated with all of our benefits platforms, so from onboarding to payroll, third party integrations is a steamlined process that allows for efficient and accurate work. We have found the support team to be top notch, super helpful, and easily accessible. You can always reach someone by phone, who has some experience with your account. The pricing is at a level that feels accurate for the tools and resources provided, while also being very competitive with other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paycom?

The biggest issues we’ve had over time were related to changes in the support team, especially when some individuals weren’t experienced enough to understand the complexity of our questions and couldn’t provide support in an appropriate manner. That said, we’ve found this has improved over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paycom solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of our biggest problems with other platforms in the past was that employees had to rely on HR/Payroll staff or supervisors for support. Now, most of the time, the average employee can find answers to questions by doing the work themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Flexible, Powerful HR & Payroll Hub with Excellent Reporting”
What do you like best about Employment Hero?

What I like best about Employment Hero is that it provides a central place to store everything you need for HR and payroll. The payroll settings are incredibly flexible and can be customised in so many ways, allowing you to create workflows that are tailored to the unique requirements of each business.

The reporting capabilities are excellent, and being able to manage multiple entities from a single login makes it especially efficient for businesses with more complex structures.

At first, the system can seem a little daunting because of the number of features available. However, once you understand how each section works, you quickly appreciate how thoughtfully the platform has been designed. It's a powerful, well-structured system that offers a huge amount of functionality while remaining highly adaptable to different business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Employment Hero?

The biggest downside is that there is a steep learning curve when you first start using the platform. With so many features and customisation options available, it can feel overwhelming for new users, and it takes time to understand how all the different modules work together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Employment Hero solving and how is that benefiting you?

Employment Hero has streamlined our HR and payroll processes by bringing everything into one platform. Instead of managing employee records, leave, onboarding, payroll, reporting, and compliance across multiple systems, we can manage it all in one place.

The platform's flexibility allows us to configure payroll and workflows to suit the specific needs of each business, which has improved efficiency and reduced manual work. The reporting tools also provide quick access to accurate data, making it easier to monitor payroll, analyse workforce information, and support better business decisions.

Overall, Employment Hero has helped us save time, improve accuracy, and create more consistent processes across multiple entities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Top Job Management Software Result from Field Service Management

Original Information
“Agentforce Field Service: Bridging the Gap Between Digital AI and Physical Fixes.”
What do you like best about Agentforce Field Service (formerly Salesforce Field Service)?

1. Autonomous Dispatch & Triage

The most powerful aspect is that Agentforce doesn't just wait for a ticket; it can "reason" through a problem before a human is even involved.

What it solves: In traditional Field Service, a dispatcher has to manually assign a technician based on skills and location.

The Best Part: Agentforce can analyze a customer's issue, check if the parts are in stock, and autonomously book the technician with the right "Skill Set." It essentially acts as a Digital Dispatcher that never sleeps.

2. Proactive Maintenance (The IoT Link)

Field Service is best when it’s "Predictive" rather than "Reactive."

The Best Part: By linking Data Cloud with IoT sensors on physical equipment, Agentforce can detect that a machine is about to fail and automatically generate a work order.

Your Developer Angle: You can use OmniStudio Integration Procedures to pull this IoT data into Salesforce, allowing the Agentforce engine to make real-time decisions on when to send a technician. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Field Service (formerly Salesforce Field Service)?

1. The "Mobile Latency" Gap

Field Service is only as good as the technician’s mobile experience.

The Issue: The Field Service Mobile app can feel slow or "clunky" when trying to load heavy Agentforce assistant logic, especially in low-connectivity areas (like basements or remote sites).

Architectural Pain: If your LWC or OmniStudio components are too "heavy," they can cause the app to lag or crash during critical on-site repairs.

2. High Implementation Complexity

It is definitely not "plug-and-play."

The Issue: Setting up Autonomous Scheduling requires an incredibly high level of data hygiene. If your Service Territories, Skills, and Work Types aren't perfectly mapped, the AI will make illogical dispatch decisions (e.g., sending a technician 2 hours away for a 15-minute job).

The Struggle: You often need a dedicated specialist just to tune the "Scheduling Recipes" so the AI understands your business's unique trade-offs (like prioritizing SLAs over travel mileage). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agentforce Field Service (formerly Salesforce Field Service) solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. Solving the "Administrative Drag"The Problem: Field technicians typically lose up to a full day every week to administrative tasks—filling out reports, searching for manuals, and manual data entry. The Benefit: Agentforce automates the "paperwork" through voice-powered forms and automated pre-work briefs. For a developer, this means you can build LWCs that act as intelligent assistants, summarizing job history or safety notes instantly, allowing the tech to focus on the repair rather than the record-keeping.

2. Solving "Reactive" Scheduling BottlenecksThe Problem: Traditional scheduling is reactive. If a job runs long or a tech is stuck in traffic, a human dispatcher has to manually shuffle the board, often leading to missed SLAs.The Benefit: Agentforce introduces Autonomous Scheduling. It "reasons" through real-time traffic, technician proximity, and part availability to optimize routes on the fly. This benefits you by providing a much more robust data set to build against—allowing you to create more sophisticated scheduling visualizations or custom optimization logic. “Seamless integration makes corporate spending and expense tracking completely effortless.”
What do you like best about Rippling Spend?

The thing I love most about Rippling spend is how it deeply connects financial controls with our actual company roster. Because it pulls data directly from our HR system, the automation is unmatched. For instance, when we recently onboarded a new remote marketing manager, Rippling automatically issued them a virtual corporate card with a pre-set $500 budget for software subscriptions based entirely on their job title. On the expense management side, it completely eliminates the usual receipt-chasing nightmare. Our team can just snap a photo of a restaurant receipt during a client dinner on the mobile app, and the AI instantly matches it to the transaction, checks it against our travel policy, and routes it for approval without anyone lifting a finger. It gives us total real-time visibility into where company money is going. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling Spend?

While the platform is incredibly powerful, the initial setup can feel a bit overwhelming—especially for companies with highly complex, multi-layered approval chains. In our case, mapping and fine-tuning custom rules across different departments took some trial and error before everything worked exactly as intended.

Also, to really get the most out of the automated spend features, it helps to be embedded in the broader Rippling ecosystem. If a company tries to use it strictly as a standalone tool without syncing it to Rippling’s core HR or payroll modules, it can feel a bit heavy, and they may miss out on the automated onboarding and offboarding card controls that are a big part of what makes it so effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rippling Spend solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Rippling Spend, our biggest headache was the lack of real-time control over corporate spending and the long delays in expense management. We were stuck with a chaotic mix of manual expense spreadsheets, misplaced paper receipts, and corporate credit cards being shared across teams with little to no oversight.

Rippling Spend solved this by centralizing everything in one place. For instance, instead of sharing a single physical card for department software subscriptions, we now issue dedicated virtual cards for each tool and set strict monthly spending caps. If a vendor attempts to overcharge us, the card automatically declines, which helps prevent accidental budget leaks.

On the expense side, the automated reimbursement workflow has significantly reduced our processing time. When field team members travel, they no longer have to wait weeks to be reimbursed; they upload receipts directly, the system automatically checks for policy compliance, and reimbursement is handled on the very next payroll cycle. This saves our finance team countless hours of manual audit work each month and keeps employees happier overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface makes everything easier. When we migrated to Sage, I was really worried I wouldn’t be able to understand how it works, but the layout and navigation made the transition much smoother. I could find what I needed quickly and move through the system with ease.

For reconciliations, it has improved the process a lot—especially for my accounts receivable reconciliations, which are usually a lot to manage. With a single journal entry, everything was cleared up, and matching bank transactions to the relevant accounts became much more straightforward.

It also integrates easily with JP Morgan bank and with Bill.com, including Spend and Expense and AP. I also appreciate that the reports I need are generated easily—literally just one click away. During setup, we were given practice accounts to review and learn from without the risk of making serious mistakes. Overall, I honestly believe moving to Sage Intacct was a good move for my company because it integrates well with almost all the applications we use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Excellent reimbursement tool!”
What do you like best about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

Over the past year, I have used Navan's business travel tool multiple times to book my off-site visits. It's an easy, no-nonsense flow while making the travel booking. It gives you good options to choose from, along with the decided budgets. There are direct options to download trip-related artifacts, such as flight tickets, in one click. The feature that I liked the most is the Slack notification it sends you to do a web check-in as soon as the check-in window opens - that is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

One issue that I faced recently was while submitting a food reimbursement. The bill had taxes listed separately (CGST and SGST), which were not auto-captured from the receipt, and I had to manually update the tax values for logging the expense. It's not a big deal, but it would be great if the OCR reads the taxes and adds them automatically instead of having to do a manual entry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navan (Formerly TripActions) solving and how is that benefiting you?

I remember keeping the business expense receipts safe and then sending them as soft copies via email. This was a painful way of tracking expenses and I used to avoid submitting expenses at all.

“Intuitive Expense Management with Powerful Automation and Reporting”
What do you like best about Webexpenses?

What I like best about Webexpenses is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is, especially when it comes to submitting and managing expense claims. The interface is clean and straightforward, which makes it easy to upload receipts, categorize expenses, and track submissions without needing extensive training. This simplicity saves time and reduces the frustration often associated with expense reporting.

Another standout feature is the mobile app functionality. Being able to capture receipts on the go and submit expenses in real time is incredibly convenient, particularly for employees who travel frequently or work remotely. It eliminates the need to keep track of paper receipts and ensures expenses are recorded accurately and promptly.

I also appreciate the automation features, such as policy compliance checks and approval workflows. These help ensure that claims are processed efficiently and in line with company policies, reducing back-and-forth between employees and approvers. The system’s transparency—allowing users to see the status of their claims at any time—is another major benefit.

Finally, the reporting and integration capabilities add significant value. Finance teams can easily generate detailed reports, and the platform integrates well with accounting systems, streamlining the overall expense management process. Overall, Webexpenses strikes a great balance between ease of use and robust functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webexpenses?

One of the main drawbacks of Webexpenses is that, while the platform is generally user-friendly, some of the more advanced features can feel unintuitive or difficult to navigate at first. Tasks like editing submitted claims, managing complex expense categories, or customizing reports can require extra steps that aren’t always obvious, leading to a bit of a learning curve for new users.

Another issue is the occasional lag or slow performance, particularly when uploading multiple receipts or working with large claims. This can be frustrating, especially for users who rely on the system frequently or are trying to submit expenses quickly while on the go.

The mobile app, although convenient, can also be somewhat limited compared to the desktop version. Certain functions are not as easily accessible or require switching to the web platform, which reduces the overall efficiency of using the app alone.

Additionally, error messages and system feedback aren’t always very clear. When something goes wrong - such as a failed upload or a rejected claim - the explanations can be vague, making it harder for users to quickly understand and resolve the issue.

Finally, customisation options for companies can feel somewhat restricted. While it covers most standard needs, organisations with more complex expense policies or reporting requirements may find it less flexible than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Webexpenses solving and how is that benefiting you?

Webexpenses is essentially solving several common (and frustrating) problems around manual expense management, and the benefits come from making the whole process faster, more accurate, and far less stressful.

One of the biggest problems it solves is time-consuming manual expense processing. Traditionally, expenses involve keeping paper receipts, filling out spreadsheets, and chasing approvals. This is slow and repetitive. Webexpenses digitises and automates this process - letting you upload receipts, auto-fill details, and submit claims quickly. As a result, you spend far less time on admin and more time on your actual work.

Another key issue is lost receipts and human error. With manual systems, receipts can easily be misplaced, and data entry mistakes are common. Webexpenses allows you to capture receipts instantly via mobile and stores everything digitally, reducing errors and eliminating the risk of losing important documents.

It also tackles slow approvals and delayed reimbursements. Manual workflows often create bottlenecks, meaning you wait longer to get your money back. With automated approval flows and real-time submission, claims move faster through the system - so reimbursements are quicker and more predictable.

Another problem it addresses is lack of visibility and control over spending. Without a central system, it’s hard to track where money is going or enforce company policies. Webexpenses provides real-time tracking and reporting, giving both you and your finance team clear visibility of expenses and ensuring everything stays within policy.

Finally, it helps solve policy compliance issues and disputes. In manual systems, employees may accidentally (or intentionally) submit out-of-policy claims. Webexpenses automatically flags these, reducing back-and-forth and helping you submit claims correctly the first time.

Overall, the benefit to you is a much smoother experience: less admin, fewer errors, faster reimbursements, and full transparency over your expenses. It turns what used to be a tedious, frustrating task into a quick and manageable process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“NetSuite Unifies Core Processes with Powerful Visibility and Reporting”
What do you like best about NetSuite?

What I like best about NetSuite is its ability to bring all core business processes into a single, integrated platform. It provides strong visibility across finance, operations, and supply chain, which helps improve decision-making and efficiency.

I especially value the flexibility of saved searches and reporting, which makes it easy to quickly access and analyze the data needed for day-to-day work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

While NetSuite is a powerful and flexible platform, there are some limitations that can impact day-to-day usability.

One of the main challenges is with Saved Searches, particularly around complex criteria and advanced filtering. As requirements become more sophisticated, it can be difficult to build or maintain searches without workarounds, and performance can sometimes be impacted.

From a supply chain perspective, there are also limitations in inventory management and demand forecasting capabilities. Forecasting often requires additional customization or external tools to achieve higher accuracy and deeper predictive insights.

Overall, while NetSuite provides a strong foundation, some areas require enhancement or supplementary solutions to fully support advanced analytics and planning needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

What problems is it solving?

Before NetSuite, our data was trapped in different systems that didn’t talk to each other. We were wasting hours manually moving information between spreadsheets, which led to human errors and outdated numbers.

How is it benefiting you?

It puts everything—finance, sales, and operations—into one place. For me, the biggest benefit is having a single, reliable source of truth. I can see real-time performance dashboards without waiting days for manual reports, which means we can make faster, smarter business decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“All-in-One HR Platform That Makes Daily Tasks Fast and Convenient”
What do you like best about HROne?

What I like best about HROne is that it brings all employee-related information and HR processes into one platform. I use it regularly for attendance tracking, punch-in/punch-out, leave applications, and reimbursement claims, which makes these tasks quick and convenient. It also provides easy access to payslips, tax and PF documents, leave balances, holiday calendars, and HR policies without needing to contact HR. I particularly like the employee engagement features, such as work anniversary and birthday notifications, which help employees stay connected. Having everything centralized saves time and makes day-to-day HR tasks much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HROne?

One area where HROne could improve is its user interface and navigation. While the platform offers a wide range of features, some options can be difficult to locate, especially for new users. Compared to other HR applications, the interface feels less intuitive, and completing certain tasks may require more clicks than necessary. A more streamlined design and improved navigation would enhance the overall user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HROne solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using HROne, employee information, attendance records, leave requests, and payroll-related documents were often spread across different systems or required manual coordination with HR. Now, everything is available in one place, allowing employees to manage attendance, apply for leave and claims, access payslips and tax documents, and stay updated on company events. This has reduced administrative effort, improved transparency, and saved time for both employees and HR teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Centralizes expenses — effective, but room to improve”
What do you like best about SAP Concur?

SAP Concur is helpful because it centralizes expense reporting and makes the process more structured and traceable. I like that receipts, approvals, and reimbursement status can all be managed in one place, which reduces the need for back-and-forth emails and makes it easier to keep records organized. The mobile app is also useful for uploading receipts quickly while traveling or working remotely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Concur?

SAP Concur can feel less intuitive than expected, especially when correcting errors or trying to understand why an expense has been flagged. Some steps can be repetitive, and the interface is not always very user-friendly when uploading receipts, matching transactions, or navigating approvals. It is helpful overall, but it can take more time than it should for simple expense claims. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?

SAP Concur helps solve the business problem of managing expenses in a more consistent, centralized, and traceable way. It reduces the need to manage receipts, approvals, and reimbursements through separate emails or manual files. This benefits me by making it easier to submit expenses, track where they are in the approval process, and keep records organized for finance and audit purposes. I like how they have updated the main page to make it even more simple to navigate. The site continues to get expense refunds back quickly. They also made customer service easier to contact and they have continued to help me. I was recently locked out of my account and they got back to me almost instantly and fixed the problem. I have also noticed that they have helped organize the funding sources that I use and I no longer have to manually input the numbers, which is very nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Enterprise (formerly Chrome River Expense)?

While it is still very easy to use and organized, some of the more complicated receipts are hard to input. Also, there have been a few times the website has crashed while I am in the middle of implementing a reimbursement, and my progress was not recovered an dI had to start again. These would be some minor fixes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dont need to rely on communication with people to get expenses, I can just submit it into the system not have to worry about getting in contacr with anybody. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
