Most of the time, it loads very slowly. It takes a considerable amount of time just to apply for leave, which I find unnecessarily complicated, especially when I try to submit reviews. What do you dislike about Gusto?

Logging in takes far too long—usually between two and five minutes—which disrupts my schedule. After finally getting in, I often have to go back and edit or explain why I needed to adjust my hours. This makes it seem as if I’m trying to manipulate my time, even when that’s not the case. The delays are especially frustrating when I need to log in quickly for something brief or temporary, or when I’m commuting. Additionally, the system doesn’t show me my estimated paycheck until after I’ve already been paid; it only tells me the date I’ll receive my paycheck, which I already know. What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

Run by ADP has made my job as the employer, so much easier. I have my employees clock in and out on the TIME section of RUN. ADP then factors the hours for me, I need to click some buttons, and then it submits the payroll. The money is then direct deposited into my employees' accounts. It has made it so much easier then trying to do all of the payroll and time keeping on my own. When it comes time to collecting tax info and 1099 info for my employees, ADP makes it easy and it is ready for me to print when needed. When setting up my employees in the system, it was easy, and then just needed to send over to my employees for them to fill out the rest of their info. ADP has been a life saver, and when I did not need to run payroll, I just continued to pay the monthly bill for ADP, to keep my account open. It has been great to work with ADP. What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

The ONLY thing I do not like about RUN by ADP is that if my employees need help with their account, they cannot contact IT on their own. They need me present, and I have to do it. I have 1099 clients, so I am not always with them as we have different schedules. So when they are having trouble with their account, it would be so much easier, if they could contact IT on their own- especially when the problem has to do, typically, with the fact that they had an old ADP account from another employer, and now ADP is not connecting correctly for them, with their new employer. What do you like best about Rippling Spend?

We were able to explore new feature such as the performance review, 9box, LMS and others. It was great to see how Rippling presents those features. Some of them were not exactly what we expected so we decided to switch, but it was still interesting to still learn more about the platform. The performance review module is one of my favorite. Easy to set up, adjustable and customizable. Every time we needed assistance from the Rippling team, they were there for us as well, it was easy to communicate with them. What do you dislike about Rippling Spend?

The 9box-calibration module would be something, it is very different from what we are used to seeing in the marketing, seemed a bit confusing. Something that is very important is that in the performance review, the master admins can see the everything *of course*, however, it means they can see how people evaluated them. There should be something that could be done about that. I understand they are master admins, and by being one, I believe we shouldnt be able to see that specific information. The look and feel of the website page. At least 1/3 of the page is occupied by dead space. The next 1/3 is helpful. That leaves the bottom 1/3 of the page for going through your expense line items for review. The only point of the page is to review the line items and it reduces and truncates them down to the bottom 1/3 of the page. You cannot re-size the area and the scrolling jumps several line items at a time when trying to scroll up or down. Same story for the travel component . Too much useless space that cannot be shrunk or resized so you can access the portion of the page that you need to work with the data. I really appreciate Remote for providing easy access to HR processes such as payslip and leave management, as well as employment confirmation letters. I love how I can access Remote easily via the mobile app or desktop site, and the clean, easy-to-use UI is a big plus for me. Their country handbooks are incredibly useful for finding information without having to constantly email HR. The preprogrammed public holidays, down to the specific state, help me plan my time off without needing to refer to multiple different calendars. The initial setup was very seamless, and Remote took care of asking all the right questions and processing necessary documents, including updates to my tax records, which was super helpful. I use Fyle through my company, and it has improved our credit card reconciliation process more than I could ever hope. As someone working on tech, a lot of the charges on my credit card are recurring, and Fyle makes it easy to set those up. I also really appreciate the notifications that are sent to my phone when a new charge comes in.

What do you like best about Emburse Expense Enterprise (formerly Chrome River Expense)?

Our team has loved the imrpovements in automation, customization, and ease of use. We also love how easy it is to be an administrator with Expense. What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Enterprise (formerly Chrome River Expense)?

This isn't so much about Expense, but about the Emburse platform as a whole. We love the backend configurability for the Pre-Approval and Expense modules, but we wish we had the same functionality/ability for PO and Invoice. For PO/Invoice, we still have to submit tickets to Emburse for them to do the configuration on the backend. While they are quick/efficient to respond, it would still be nice to own that process on our side like we do with Pre-Approval and Expense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Emburse Expense Enterprise (formerly Chrome River Expense) solving and how is that benefiting you?

We utilize Chrome River for PO and Invoice processing, so including Expense managment (both Pre-Approval and Expense modules) has simplified our end-user experience by having everything in one palce for our staff to handle their financial responsibilities. We also leverage Emburse's virtual credit card program (Emburse vPay), which natively works with the Expense Management platform, making it a seemless and efficient process.
