When we first started out IPAM wasn't around and that was kind of a bummer but now that it's there. Great!

The IPAM functionality could be a little better and easier to use but once everything is linked it's easy to understand your environment.

Troubleshooting OCR-related issues can be quite challenging and often requires unexpected workarounds, which is surprising given that OCR is a core feature. While I am usually able to accomplish what I need thanks to these workarounds, there is definitely room for improvement. The audit log presents a similar situation. It records who performed an action on a document in Global Search, but it does not capture exactly what was done. The main problem the open text textended ECM is solving for us is the ease of use and the utilization of time. It benifits us by saving us a lot of time by bringing all the content at one place and easy to access UI and features. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that some of Foxit’s more advanced features are tucked away in menus that aren’t immediately obvious. Foxit has streamlined a huge part of our daily workflow. We’re constantly handling applications, quotes, endorsements, and compliance documents, and Foxit makes it easy to edit, sign, combine, and send PDFs without slowing anything down. I really wish we could upload a client via Excel template. It's apparently possible by sending to Redtail, and this may have been updated, but we do a lot in Excel. Being able to import contacts via Excel would be such a game changer. Although the app is very comprehensive, it can feel kinda clunky and slow at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
