"Great AP Automation and Document Management Features"

What do you like best about PairSoft?

With PairSoft, accessing documents is always easy and since it integrates with other document management systems, it makes it easy for teams to access customer documents such as invoices, contracts, and other correspondences.

With PairSoft, we have been able to streamline core business as with the tool in place, no need to juggle between one app to another when approving payments and other financial operations.

I like that PairSoft comes with great form capturing capabilities and therefore auto reading customer data such as invoicing is easy.

I like that the platform makes it easy to search through the repository and retrieve documents fast. This is an important feature.

What do you like best about PairSoft?

PairSoft helps people focus on meaning work instead of getting stuck in repetitive tasks. PairSoft helps in taking care of things like document management, invoice processing, approvals so teams are able to spend more time on strategy and less on admin. The another thing which i like most about PairSoft is that it can easily integrate with other major system like NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, which makes feels everything connected rather than scattered. PairSoft is helping to solve the problems related that come from slow, manual, and paper heavy finance and procurement process. Earlier we were struggling with time consuming tasks like invoice entering, chasing approvals, or matching purchase orders and all these were led to delays and errors. PairSoft has resolved these problems by automating workflows through AI and seamless ERP integration, so everything from requisitions to payments happens faster. "PairSoft is Awesome!"

What do you like best about PairSoft?

What I like most about PairSoft is their seamless integration with Raiser's Edge. A few years ago, I upgraded our office to their cloud based software and it works like a charm. I have everything I need at my fingertips when it comes to our audits and speaking with donors about their gifts. I love being able to see all my attachments on demand in just a matter of seconds. What do you dislike about PairSoft?

I can't think of anything that I dislike about the software itself. But, if I do get frustrated if I can't talk to a live person, which is very rare. I think it does what it is supposed to do for the most part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PairSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?

PairSoft helps me get rid of extra paper that I don't need to keep on-site. It frees up space and I can access it on-demand when I need it most. When the pandemic hit and everyone was working remotely, we already had this system in place. The only thing that I wish that we had was a snadbox environment so that we could do proper testing if new or changed functionality. What do you like best about PairSoft?

One thing I dislike in PaperSave is the inability to delete an unwanted page from the document. When I try to delete a page, the whole document disappear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding deleting unwanted pages, you should be able to delete unwanted pages without the entire document disappearing. What do you like best about PairSoft?

There are no positives. The best thing would be to avoid this system all together. We have tried to get assistance in fixing the issues for 4 months now, and each day is a repeat of the one before where nothing works. They may eventually solve the invoice in question, but the same problem will occur on the following invoices processed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PairSoft?

Lack of timely response to tickets for problems. Their team is also nonresponsive to emails/tickets, and it takes a week to get help, even on urgent issues.

This "OCR" software does not read Vendor Name, Invoice Number, Dollar Amount, Invoice Date from incoming invoice documents.

It attempts to GL code the invoice based on history but misses the dollar amounts and does not allow users to edit the line to add it. You have to delete that line and rekey it all. There is NO efficiency gain with this software because your team will have to touch EVERY invoice at many touchpoints.

Additionally, it does not integrate/communicate well with your ERP system. Ours continually show approved in Pairsoft, but in our ERP it shows pending. Our IT team has verified the issue is occurring in Pairsoft and not our system. We also started using the approval routing feature this year, which is a NIGHTMARE. It finds the assigned workflow when it wants to, fails frequently, and Pairsoft Techs cannot find the root cause.

Our invoices are simple, we process about 1200 invoices a month and that is too much for Pairsoft to handle.

We have been using their system for approximately 3-4 years, but we are looking for another provider as we have outgrown them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
