I love how XfilesPro is the backbone of our Salesforce environment, being the best storage solution available. It has transformed the way our business organizes and manages files with its unique ability to export files from Salesforce while seamlessly integrating and using them within Salesforce. It solves our biggest file storage and organization challenges by providing a single, structured way to manage documents that is both powerful and easy to use. XfilesPro eliminated the headaches of scattered files and limited access, making everything searchable and accessible through multiple paths. Its integration with Google Drive allows us to send emails directly from Salesforce using our existing Classic Email Templates, and attach files stored in Google Drive as attachments or links that can be password protected and expire. This centralizes communication and documentation in Salesforce, leveraging external file storage to significantly improve our workflow and efficiency. The simplification and centralization of file management in Salesforce is outstanding, particularly with Google Drive integration. The team added extensive documentation which has greatly improved onboarding and usability. There is a learning curve with some of the more advanced features, but the team has recently added extensive documentation that has greatly improved onboarding and usability. The system is reliable and works every time 24/7 for all the years we have been using it. Our customers using our application need instant access to documents for critical food safety procedures during manufacturing. We had excellent customer service from Harshitha and the rest of the XfilesPro team. Utilizing the built in functionality makes accessing your archived files very quick and easy. We have been using XfilesPro for several years now for a specific scenario where we share cases and attachments with an external organizations Salesforce environment. Each case shared creates a linked case in the others respective Salesforce environment. The XfilesPro application lets us then easily upload the attachments associated with the case to Salesforce, transfers them to our Sharepoint site, and links them to the case in the other Salesforce org, where they can be read or downloaded. This tool has also been a great way to reduce the amount of file storage we are using for attachments in Salesforce.

Throughout our years of using the tool, the XfilesPro support team has been great! From the initial project customization and implementation, to the on-going support, the team has always been quick to respond and willing to jump in and help resolve any issues in a timely manner. With our recent upgrade to 8.2.3, the XfilesPro team has implemented new connection refreshing capabilities which makes refreshing our connection to Sharepoint much easier. Before this enhancement, the steps you had to go through to refresh the connection annually was a bit tedious, but now it is just a single click. I find XfilesPro quick and easy to use, making it much easier to search through Google Drive compared to searching inside of Salesforce. It also provides a native experience, making documents appear as if they are stored within Salesforce, reducing storage requirements. Straight forward to add the XfilesPro component on Salesforce record pages and generally easy for the User to upload files (except existing Google Docs).

"Uploading" a Google Doc is not intuitive, since Google Docs are not actual files but shortcuts. So for a User, uploading a Word document works normally because it is a file. Google Docs can be added to a folder shown on a Salesforce record by moving it or creating a shortcut from Google Drive.

As an administrator, I would value access to additional detailed technical information about the configuration of XfilesPro Object setup, custom settings, editing the folder structure, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Xfiles Pro has been a very reliable solution for connecting Salesforce and SharePoint. Our team uses it reliably everyday. The upgrades continue to add valuable features, and whenever we’ve run into changes that affected our workflow, their support team has been quick to provide effective workarounds so we could maintain the same functionality. We hit out storage limit with Salesforce very quickly and needed a cost effective solution. That was back in 2021 and we've been relying on XfilesPro ever since. We love that our team can upload and access files in SharePoint very quickly, directly from the record in Salesforce. The support is also excellent.
