I use Signify in my onboarding process to send clients documents to sign, including my proposal and contract. Signify is a really powerful tool for this and lets me edit these documents while still keeping a basic template. It really helps make my onboarding go faster, and I am able to track who has signed or viewed my documents before starting a new project. I definitely like the tracking and analytics features. I send out a lot of proposals, and this keeps track of who has opened, read, and signed them, which means I don't have to keep going through my email to check on everything. Where it helped me the most - was digital signatures - We had to draft a contract. Review it. Add our signature - scan the docs. Send it to a partner/contractor. Then they had to do the same.
