**What do you like best about Signify?**

Signify simplifies internal and external document signing and approval processes, we use it everyday. 
Complies with Georgian legislation, offering legally valid electronic signatures.
Simple and intuitive UI makes it easy for both technical and non-technical users and reduces the time spent on manual document processing and physical signatures.
For now we are working for integration with other internal systems.
Local customer service and support team understands Georgian legal and business context.
Signify’s E-Signature API has proven to be a reliable and effective solution for our organization. The integration process was seamless, and the tool continues to deliver consistent performance, enhancing both efficiency and user experience.

**What do you dislike about Signify?**

While simplified electronic signatures are legally recognized in Georgia, there is currently no established court practice or precedent confirming the enforceability of documents signed via platforms like Signify. This creates a degree of legal uncertainty, especially in high-risk or high-value agreements.
Despite legal validity, some government bodies and public institutions are still reluctant to accept documents signed via Signify, particularly when the signature is accompanied only by the platform’s logo or basic metadata, rather than through the Georgian national e-signature infrastructure.
We would like to see the documentation accounting and search systems become more robust.

**What problems is Signify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Signify is solving the problem of inefficient, paper-based document workflows and the lack of secure, legally compliant e-signature solutions tailored to the Georgian market.
For us, it significantly reduces the time and effort required to sign, send, and manage documents internally and with external partners. We no longer depend on printing, scanning, or physical presence for approvals and signatures. This has improved our operational efficiency, reduced administrative overhead, and allowed for faster decision-making — especially valuable in remote or hybrid work environments.

Regarding the legality, It’s worth noting that when both parties agree to use electronic signatures, government bodies have no legal basis to reject such documents. Georgian law fully recognizes electronic signatures as you have already mentioned in your comment, including those applied via platforms like Signify.

Moreover, there have already been court cases in Georgia where documents signed on Signify were reviewed - for example, one party using a qualified electronic signature (QES) and the other a simple electronic signature. While some institutions remain cautious due to habit or unfamiliarity, this does not affect the legal validity of electronically signed agreements.

What I like best about Signify is how effectively it has transformed our document signing process through its seamless API integration. By digitizing and automating workflows, we have reduced the time required for document signing from approximately 8 minutes to just 2 minutes, significantly improving our operational efficiency.

This has allowed us to reallocate valuable time and focus more on customer-facing activities. In addition, we have reduced stationery-related costs by around 80%, while also enhancing the overall customer experience by offering a faster and more convenient signing process. 
Combined with a reliable platform and a highly responsive, solution-oriented support team, Signify has become a valuable partner in optimizing our operations.

At this stage, we have not encountered any major issues with Signify. The platform performs reliably, and the overall experience has been very positive.

Before implementing Signify, our loan issuance process relied heavily on paper-based workflows, requiring customers to sign multiple physical documents. This created inefficiencies, as documents needed to be printed, signed, scanned, and stored, which was time-consuming and increased the risk of document loss. It also required significant physical and digital storage space and made document archiving more complex.

By integrating Signify, we have fully digitized this process, eliminating manual handling and significantly reducing turnaround times. It has minimized the risk of errors, such as missing signatures, and reduced potential fraud risks. **What do you like best about Signify?**

Onboarding myself onto Signify was genuinely a pleasure, which is not something I ever thought I would say about an e-signature tool. I have used Adobe Sign and tested a few newer platforms, but they either felt bloated, oddly clunky, or priced like you are running a Fortune 500 legal department.

Signify hits the sweet spot. The interface is intuitive, the workflow is flexible, and it is easy to get from “upload” to “signed” without babysitting the process. I also love the practical details: clear audit trail and tracking, signing order, templates and fillable fields, and simple sharing options including SMS links when email is not ideal. The SMS-based signer authentication and 2FA options add real confidence, and we use them regularly for higher-value agreements.

I have already referred three business colleagues, and each one came back with the same reaction: it just works, and support is fast when you need it.

**What do you dislike about Signify?**

If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be around first-time recipient confidence.

Every now and then, when I send a document to someone who has never used Signify before, they hesitate for a moment, not because anything looks wrong, but simply because they are unfamiliar with the platform. Larger brands benefit from instant name recognition, and that alone can create automatic trust with first-time signers.

It might be helpful to include a very obvious, well-branded “What is Signify?” or “Is this secure?” onboarding link directly in the signing email and on the signing page itself. Something short, clear, and confidence-building that explains security standards, audit trails, encryption, legal validity, and the SMS authentication options. Even a simple one-page explainer designed specifically for first-time recipients would go a long way.

This is not a complaint, just a growth suggestion. As adoption increases, this will likely solve itself. In the meantime, a highly visible trust and education link would make an already excellent platform even stronger, especially for high-value contracts where reassurance matters.

**What problems is Signify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Signify solves what used to be a surprisingly messy problem: getting documents signed quickly, securely, and without endless email chains, printing, scanning, and version confusion.

For us, it has become a true one-stop shop. We upload the document, define the signing order, add authentication where needed, and send. Clients sign from anywhere, on any device, and we have instant visibility into status. No chasing. No “did you receive it?” No mystery about who signed what and when.

Beyond signatures, it solves the long-term document management headache. Every agreement has a clean audit trail, time stamps, verification data, and a permanent record. Instead of digging through inboxes or shared drives years later, everything is centralized and organized. It is essentially a signing workflow and a structured archive in one place.

The benefit to us is speed, professionalism, and peace of mind. We close agreements faster, reduce administrative friction, and, tongue in cheek, have our documents neatly preserved for the rest of eternity.

What I like most about Signify is how simple and clean everything is. You don’t need any onboarding or tutorials to start using it. Document management is very easy, everything is in one place, and it saves a lot of time compared to sending files back and forth. It feels fast and modern.

I use Signify in my onboarding process to send clients documents to sign, including my proposal and contract. Signify is a really powerful tool for this and lets me edit these documents while still keeping a basic template. It really helps make my onboarding go faster, and I am able to track who has signed or viewed my documents before starting a new project. I definitely like the tracking and analytics features. I send out a lot of proposals, and this keeps track of who has opened, read, and signed them, which means I don't have to keep going through my email to check on everything. The initial setup of Signify was EASY.

What I love most about Signify is how it centralizes everything in one place. from e-signatures to document storage, I don’t need to switch between different tools anymore. 

oh and i love how the interface is straightforward! I can easily track the status of each document without chasing people over email. It’s smooth, fast and genuinely reduces the stress of managing paperwork

So far, I haven’t faced any major issues. The only small thing is that it takes a little time to explore all the features but once you get used to it, it’s very easy to use.

I use Signify to sign documents, and it takes much less time compared to other methods. I love that it's very easy to use, especially for people in regions without full access to laptops. The prepared templates are also a big plus since they can be modified easily. Another thing I really like is that it doesn't require additional documentation to be uploaded, so it doesn't take up space. These features speed up my daily tasks. Setting it up was super easy.

I find it challenging to upload Excel documents for signature. It would be nice to have templates in Excel to calculate themselves.

Where it helped me the most - was digital signatures - We had to draft a contract. Review it. Add our signature - scan the docs. Send it to a partner/contractor. Then they had to do the same. Huge pain relieved and time reduced for this back and forth communication and Email ping-pong.
