M-Files helps us in (i) finding content quickly and (ii) avoiding multiple copies and versions of the same document. The version history also gives you peace of mind since you can roll back any changes that you or someone else made. It's useful to be able to link documents with accounts, projects and products as needed. Sharing documents internally is easy and avoids copies being made or sent by email. Sharing a public download link is useful when we need to send very large documents to customers that would otherwise exceed their inbox size limit.
