
Square9 also has many more training opportunities as part of your subscription including Square9 University and live training sessions for both administrators and general users of the system. They have also increased regular communications and tech newsletters showcasing new features and opportunities to expand the system and of course, the free training sessions. Although their tech support is among the best I've ever experienced, recently, I've found their response times are a little slower and it can take a couple of days for a response depending on the issue. I attribute this to the growth of the platform that is always including new features which of course, means more things to support.
