"Social Media Coordinator's review"

What do you like best?

The hashtag trackers are very helpful, especially seeing related hashtags that are popular with your user base. The visuals are really helpful for our clients, so a lot of the time we will send screenshots for them.

What do you dislike?

I would like to know the best time to post for all hashtags and accounts. I also would like to see a comparability feature where you can tracker your accounts visually side by side. You would be able to see how much better Twitter performed during an event than Instagram, for example.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would recommend jumping on a call with a Union Metrics representative, they are really helpful and knowledgable.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our clients like knowing the WHY to the WHAT. Union Metrics helps us find the story in the numbers. It has been extremely helpful when tracking specific hashtag performance for our campaigns. For our last project every tweet and retweet using a certain hashtag earned a charity $10. It was imperative to have an accurate count, and Union Metrics was our go-to hashtag tracker.

"Perfect for big picture listening and analytics "

What do you like best?

As part of a team that manages 20+ social media accounts, I appreciate how easy it is to track performance across platforms—and how certain topics/areas of interest can also be tracked with a really easy set up (in the Trackers section). Because I manage multiple subbrands, I use the Dashboard less, but I appreciate how easy it is to go from big picture to granular data there.

What do you dislike?

I haven't found anything that I truly dislike about UnionMetrics

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Social listening and tracking is essential to our institution (large museum), so the ability to drill down into topic-specific content tracking is invaluable. It allows us to prove value in certain initiatives and make decisions around the overall effectiveness of our social strategy.

"A great social media resource"

What do you like best?

As anyone who's had to monitor an active hashtag or a popular keyword on Twitter knows, it's impossible to do it by simply using Twitter's search function. You can't see the bigger picture and it takes too long to count the number of tweets using that keyword, and the impact/reach of all of those mentions. That's what TweetReach Pro solves. I've used this service to track a hashtag for a client contest, and TweetReach Pro gives me a breakdown of the number of accounts reached, the total number of impressions, total tweets, number of accounts tweeting about the keyword, top contributors, all of the tweets in one place, and more. And it does all of this in just a few seconds, making it quick and easy to research the reach of a client campaign.

What do you dislike?

The cheapest Pro plan is $99 per month, which is a bit pricey for a smaller business during month's when client's aren't running contests that require constant tracking. However, even if you don't have a client's hashtag to track, this service is still a great way to see how many users and who are talking about a specific topic on Twitter.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

TweetReach Pro goes beyond the analytics that many other services provide. For instance, I use Hootsuite Pro to schedule social media posts on Twitter and other platforms, but the analytics do not provide as much detail as TweetReach Pro, because the focus is on the client's own tweets with Hootsuite, rather than surveying the landscape of Twitter for tweets from others.

"Data you can't find elsewhere"

What do you like best?

The information collected is unlike that available on many other analytics platforms. You can get much more information about your twitter hashtags than you can using other software.

What do you dislike?

The cost is a bit high for those with a minimal budget and only moderate reporting needs.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If hashtag reporting is crucial to your campaign, this is the platform to use.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Union Metrics helps to showcase social media ROI when "awareness" is the campaign goal rather than web views or signups.

"Helpful Tool for Twitter Campaign Initiatives"

What do you like best?

I like the ability to create trackers based on campaign hashtags that then aggregate the conversation and show the impact certain influencers made in comparison to the ongoing noise on Twitter.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that you are not able to input Instagram into the platform. This seems to be a very hashtag centric tool and not including a platform that solely relies on a hashtag to spark conversation seems odd.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Necessary in tracking hashtag campaigns - make sure you save monthly reports in the event your campaign is accidentally deleted.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Union Metrics has done wonders in translating the impact of influencer marketing to brands who are unfamiliar in the space. The tool allows us to prove the influence these people have over the broader conversation.

"Best Twitter Analytics for Your Buck"

What do you like best?

For tracking campaigns TweetReach does a fantastic job of pulling together metrics, including top tweets and power users.

What do you dislike?

In my experience it's only good for tracking Twitter usage and not for other social networks.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If Twitter is your primary social tool you use to promote your company TweatReach is a great service to use, especially if you run a lot of campaigns around specific trends or events. If you have hashtags you'd like to track analytics for it provides great tools to do so.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The service helps track analytics for events and trends on Twitter. Very helpful if you're launching a product or tracking the success of our social efforts at an event.

"Union Metrics is a great and easy to use tool for tracking campaign hashtags across IG and TW"

What do you like best?

I have four favorite things about Union Metrics.

1.) Their customer service/account reps are very helpful and quick to respond on any and all questions.

2.) Their interface is very clean and beautiful to read.

3.) Clients/brands can have their own logins to view (not edit) hashtag data for their campaigns.

4.) There is a firehose for Twitter that allows you to go back through historical data from 30 days ago, 1 year ago, or lifetime depending on your account tier.

What do you dislike?

The only dislike my team and I have about Union Metrics if you haven't generated a report for a twitter topic/hashtag yet and someone deletes their tweet their impressions are not counted. However, this is an issue with Twitter. If there was a way to automatically generate a report every 12-24 hours we think this would solve this problem.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Set up a demo with Amar Puri if possible - he really is the best!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Daily client reporting - since clients can create their own logins and see the trackers in their folder they they are able to get any tracking information they need on the spot.

"Tweet reach "

What do you like best?

Tweet reach has been a helpful tool in measuring success of certain twitter campaigns such as our most recently tweet chat. We were able to see who participated and estimated reach, which was great. The interface is also very user friendly and easy to understand. I don't have any complaints about this product!

What do you dislike?

I don't have anything negative to say about my experience with Tweet reach. The user interface is very easy to understand and I think it is a fair price.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would definitely recommend this product. It is affordable and definitely helpful for businesses of all sizing working to gain a stronger understanding of their social media audience.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Tweet reach has been great in measuring success of our efforts, and has been a good learning experience to figure out what works, and what doesn't.

"Union Metrics Review"

What do you like best?

Very user-friendly and intuitive, great for summarizing trends and identifying potential influencers.

What do you dislike?

Data export is a bit messy in the excel file. Instagram's API is restrictive, but it would be nice to have an accurate read on impressions for posts.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We just launched Instagram for a client and are using the tool to monitor performance. It is easy to get numbers on comments, likes, users, and interactions from the tool but the data is not always the most accurate due to restrictions placed by Instagram.

"TweetReach Will Help Show Why Online Conversations Matter"

What do you like best?

TweetReach Pro gives you an opportunity to test hashtags and run multiple reports that can be exported. I use it frequently to measure our reach and impressions from events that we live tweet or from our Twitter chats. Having the data to show to colleagues is a great way to demonstrate ROI. It can also help you shape your online strategy by targeting key influencers that have a broader reach than you.

What do you dislike?

Unlike Hashtracking, TweetReach Pro does not provide information on secondary hashtags used. What this means is if people are using other hashtags in addition to yours, you're unable to see them in the report. Whereas other third party platforms will show this to you and allow you to use that in your planning for the future.

I also don't like how the tweets are arranged on the report. They are listed on the right hand side and it just takes up an obscene amount of paper/space. I wish it were arranged differently in a way that lends itself to the overall design of the report.

Additionally - data is only available for 8 days. If you don't pull the report on time you will lose your data, unless you do it as a tracked campaign.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are considering TweetReach Pro, make sure your company:

-Uses Twitter frequently and has a content strategy in place.

-Make sure you have a campaign - don't just measure random hashtags all the time. Brand yourself by investing time in certain hashtags that describe your brand or the conversation that you want to have.

-Make sure other platforms you invest in don't already have these capabilities. At my previous job, we had TweetReach and Hastracking. Many of the systems aren't completely the same, but it can be redundant.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Again, TweetReach has allowed my company to demonstrate the ROI when doing Twitter campaigns. The major benefit is that we have been able to identify influencers and begin investing in strategic partnerships and relationships with these people by sharing their content and having them share ours as well. TweetReach is a tool that will allow your communications staff to demonstrate the value of using their staff time to cultivate and develop online communities on Twitter. Many people may assume that a Twitter chat or having a "hashtag" for an event or campaign is a waste of time, but with the TweetReach reports you can show that not only are these conversations important for building awareness, but they help to identify and pinpoint people who will be essential to telling your story and spreading the word to new audiences that you may never be able to reach by word of mouth.

"Basic user for large organization "

What do you like best?

The amount of different projects that can be placed on the dashboards is very useful. There are many features, particularly surrounding reporting that I will be interested in using at some point.

What do you dislike?

It could be a bit easier to get historical data that is from more than 365 days ago

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The visual snapshot of certain phrases or hashtags over the course of a year is really useful to get a quick view.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving growth over specific campaigns related to hashtags or events, and using this resource, particularly the echo feature, gives a quick and useful visual snapshot of their success.

"Great tool for Twitter chat analysis"

What do you like best?

I appreciate the simplistic analytics Twitter Reach Pro provides. When I'm evaluating how a Twitter chat performed, I want to know the reach, impressions, influencers, most popular tweets, etc., and that's what Tweet Reach Pro let's me see.

What do you dislike?

In the same vein of liking simplistic analytics, I would like to see a bit of an expansion including the bios of the top contributors, an hour by hour trending line, and insight into which posts performed best.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Take advantage of the free trial, and also the sample hashtag they let you analyze.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I'm using Twitter Reach Pro to see how my Twitter chats are performing and figuring out who I can reach out to for future events. Additionally, I've realized which contributors to reach out to for promotion, which has expended reach and popularity.
