I like having a quick way to see where the brand is being mentioned and what people are talking about. The search tools make it easier to follow relevant coverage without having to check different sources individually.

What I find most useful is having a single place to follow conversations and coverage that could affect the brand. For a fashion business, trends and mentions can move quickly, so being able to search beyond our own channels is helpful. I also like the flexibility of the reporting side, although it took some time to work out the best way to organise the information for our needs.
