What do you like best about YouScan?

We have been using YouScan for our research on consumer trends and we have liked the data collection it offers and its ability to filter them, analyze user sentiment, highlight topics, and visualize key insights, it has been of great value to our team. The interface is intuitive and allows optimizing the search for relevant information on social networks and other platforms.

Additionally, customer support has been excellent, they are always willing to help and resolve concerns. Highly recommended for a team that needs a social media monitoring and analysis solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about YouScan?

Although automatic sentiment analysis is quite accurate, in some cases it requires manual review to adjust certain interpretations. Also, occasionally, there are posts that do not perfectly match the search intent, although the margin of error is low and the available filters help optimize the results. What do you like best about YouScan?

YouScan has completely transformed the way our team approaches social media monitoring. It’s not just another listening tool—it’s a platform that actually delivers intelligence we can act on. The biggest game-changer for us has been the logo recognition feature. We’re now uncovering brand mentions in user-generated content that would’ve flown completely under the radar before. This has helped us surface valuable insights and even detect high-profile mentions that were previously invisible to traditional text-based tools.
