The Listing Management tool does something I genuinely need as an agency owner, which is giving me one place to push and monitor business listings across multiple clients without jumping between platforms. When a client has inconsistent NAP data across directories, being able to correct it from one dashboard instead of hunting down every citation manually is a real time saver. The concept is solid and for local SEO clients it is a feature I come back to regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
here updates I pushed did not sync correctly across directories and tracking down where the disconnect happened ended up taking more time than just fixing the listings manually would have. For a tool that is supposed to simplify citation management, that is a frustrating experience. The reporting side also needs work. Knowing a listing exists is one thing. Understanding whether it is actually driving visibility or impacting local rankings is what I need to justify the cost to clients. The data it surfaces right now does not go deep enough to be truly actionable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
