What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?
In executive search, precision matters... but so does time.
For years, our team managed candidate notes across three rounds of interviews. Some of us typed directly into reports. Others took detailed notes by hand, then retyped them later. Then we manually uploaded into our ATS system, or shared via email.
It worked… but it wasn’t working well.
Too many versions. Too much double entry. Too much time lost in translation.
Then we started using CoRecruit (formerly Quil) and it changed everything.
Now, our interview notes automatically flow into the right place and are instantly accessible to the full team. No duplicate work. No chasing updates. Just clear, consistent information at our fingertips.
Even better, Quil.AI allows every recruiter to capture notes from phone calls (!!!) something our prior tools couldn’t do because they only worked on Zoom.
And since it integrates directly with our ATS, all the Zoom and phone notes post automatically for the entire team to access in real time. We can even create formatted note templates for the tool to give us what we need in a standard, unified format.
What I love most is how Quil bridged generations on our team, uniting our pen-and-paper veterans and our digital-first recruiters in one seamless system.
It’s more than efficiency. It’s alignment.
And in our world, that’s gold. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?
I have to manually add dispositions for each item on my calendar, and manually delete every non-recorded session to minimize the clutter in my recordings. For example, if I have a "do not schedule" block on my calendar, it appears in my recordings. I wish there was a toggle button to select "do not save with recordings" for all items that appear, so could set that status and not see these items under my recordings.
