"Simple Desktop App for taking Accurate Notes"
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

I like the desktop app. I can just hit “new meeting” and record, and it captures the call. It’s very simple to use. The notes are mostly accurate, though there was one time it summarized the conversation as if I were the candidate, which was confusing. On the other hand, it did a really good job transcribing a candidate who wasn’t very clear in their speech. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

1- I’d like to be able to organize each candidate by project, so I can simply go back to that project if we get another role that’s the same. 2- It would also help to review everyone I’ve spoken with, so I can see whether I missed any good candidates. 3- When I set up a meeting for a candidate and the client manager here at our firm, it records that meeting. I turned off my bot so I don’t have that issue, but now if I forget to record a meeting, it becomes a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CoRecruit: Quick Setup, Natural Fit, and Immediate Benefits"
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

In recruitment, we're contacted daily by AI-driven software solutions promising to "transform" our billings — most of it is snake oil. CoRecruit is a genuine exception. It's quick to set up, easy to use, and you see the benefits almost immediately. Unlike so many platforms we've demo'd that require enormous time and effort to configure and force you to work around their methods, CoRecruit just fits naturally into how you already work. We use it every day and we love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

Nothing significant to report after a year of use. It's refreshing to be able to say that honestly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceeded Expectations: Easy Implementation, Powerful Features, and Stellar Support"
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

We’ve been incredibly impressed with the entire team. From the initial demonstration through onboarding and ongoing support, there hasn’t been a weak link. The product has exceeded our expectations in terms of ease of use and implementation. In day-to-day use, it delivers even more functionality than we had anticipated, with a fantastic range of features. It’s clearly a product that will continue to evolve and become even more intuitive over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

The limiting factor is the user, especially when it comes to the initial setup and understanding how the prompts really work in the background. If you are tech/AI savvy it can probably produce better results in a faster turnaround rather than trial and error of amending/changing prompts to get the desired form and content of notes. But very much user led issue and still been really positive experience of seeing the calibre of notes completely improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Co Recruit Makes Calls, Notes, and Transcripts Effortless—and Saves Huge Time"
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

I’ve worked in various agencies and have never come across a platform this useful and beneficial. Having calls recorded, along with a note-taker and transcript notes, saves a huge amount of time and lets me have more natural conversations with candidates, rather than stressing about writing down everything they say. It also speeds up the process of creating their CV and supports my own interpretation when identifying suitable candidates. I would recommend Co Recruit to any agency. The ability to choose the transcript option that best matches what I’m looking for really helps me pinpoint the most relevant information from each call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

I have noticed there has been some changes to the process. When making a call you can't select the template or insert the caller name before making the call which at times as been frustrating during back to back calls as it is easy to forget editing the name after the call. The old set up was much preferred. With certain numbers, (every now and again) the won't dial through Quil, therefore I will have to call them on Zoom and miss out on the benefits of this platform. "Effortless Note Organization with Outstanding Onboarding Support"
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

I really like how it organizes my notes, its easy for me to read over them and not feel like it is a script. Extremely impressive that it is able to categorize notes so well. Getting used to using and implementing it into my calls was extremely easy. I thought I would struggle to get used to it, to the point that I thought I would have to continue taking my own notes alongside the CoRecruit notes. This has not been the case, since downloading it I have used it for every single one of my calls on a daily basis. From a customer support perspective I could not say enough. The call to onboard be into using the tool was so useful, Husnain was extremely patient and listened to all my questions. Being able to have someone take me through all the features was also amazing. I think the customer support was the best part of it, adding CoRecruit to my everyday use was easy because of Husnain. He made the implementation of it seems easy and smooth, which it was. "I love Quil!"
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

I love being able to listen back to how a conversation went either to double check my understanding of what a candidate has done or to relive the vibes of the call (i.e. to remind myself of a candidate's enthusiasm etc). Really easy to use, i use it daily and rarely have any problems. I wasn't involved in the implementation process as much as my boss was, but it never felt bulky or hard to tie in with Outlook/Zoom/ATS/etc. The customer support we have had has been great- accessible and quick response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

Honestly (sorry) I much prefer the name Quil!!!

Also, with the newer update, the title of the calls. I liked when I started a new call and it made me title the call first rather then starting as 'CoRecruit Meeting... date' Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seriously impressed"
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

I love the fact that I no longer have to scribble notes whilst on a call to my clients and candidates.

The follow up material is also super useful - although I often need to amend it slightly it saves me so much time.

The fact that so much time is saved as I don't have to type up my notes from all my calls manually. I used Quil every day and love it.

The customer service is also excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

The only issue I have here is the incoming calls. Our mobile phone provider doesn't offer conference calling which means that we can't use the incoming call feature. This is a real shame as I do receive quite a few incoming calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CoRecruit Keeps Candidate Communication Organized, Transparent, and Timely"
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

What I like most about CoRecruit is how it strengthens the connection between me and my candidates. It keeps communication organized, transparent, and timely, which helps build trust throughout the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

If I had to pick one area for improvement, I’d say there’s always room to make candidate-facing communication feel even more personal. As candidate volume increases, deeper customization options for messaging and workflows would help keep outreach tailored and make the overall experience even more impactful. "Quil/CoRecruit Saves Us Time with Comprehensive Notes"
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

Quil/CoRecruit saves so much time in writing up notes for our ATS and in writing up candidate submissions for clients. The integration with Loxo and Zoom works well for us. It was easy to set up and use and new features have been pretty intuitive to use as they are rolled out. Customer support has been really good although we haven't really had any issues. They have always been prompt and helpful with any questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

The only downside that I can see is more for myself personally - I like being engaged on my calls but I'm not as good at remembering info compared to when I used to write my own notes. On balance, I think the tradeoff is worth it but I do have to go back and reread info and remind myself of details of a conversation. That's not a Quil/CoRecruit issue though, that is just using AI! "Excellent Overall Experience"
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

In executive search, precision matters... but so does time.

For years, our team managed candidate notes across three rounds of interviews. Some of us typed directly into reports. Others took detailed notes by hand, then retyped them later. Then we manually uploaded into our ATS system, or shared via email.

It worked… but it wasn’t working well.

Too many versions. Too much double entry. Too much time lost in translation.

Then we started using CoRecruit (formerly Quil) and it changed everything.

Now, our interview notes automatically flow into the right place and are instantly accessible to the full team. No duplicate work. No chasing updates. Just clear, consistent information at our fingertips.

Even better, Quil.AI allows every recruiter to capture notes from phone calls (!!!) something our prior tools couldn’t do because they only worked on Zoom.

And since it integrates directly with our ATS, all the Zoom and phone notes post automatically for the entire team to access in real time. We can even create formatted note templates for the tool to give us what we need in a standard, unified format.

What I love most is how Quil bridged generations on our team, uniting our pen-and-paper veterans and our digital-first recruiters in one seamless system.

It’s more than efficiency. It’s alignment.

And in our world, that’s gold. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

I have to manually add dispositions for each item on my calendar, and manually delete every non-recorded session to minimize the clutter in my recordings. For example, if I have a "do not schedule" block on my calendar, it appears in my recordings. I wish there was a toggle button to select "do not save with recordings" for all items that appear, so could set that status and not see these items under my recordings.
