After two years as a Quil member, I can confidently say this platform is revolutionary for recruitment professionals. Quil has completely transformed my workflow by automating all my interview notes directly into my ATS, eliminating the tedious and time-consuming process of manual note-taking and data entry. Now, instead of scrambling to write or type during calls, I can fully focus on engaging with candidates and clients, asking better questions, and building stronger relationships. Quil’s AI meeting assistant seamlessly captures and categorizes notes from interviews, intakes, reference checks, and business development calls. These notes are instantly synced with my ATS—no more double work or worrying about missing important details. The platform’s integration with major ATS providers like Crelate, RecruiterFlow, and Loxo means everything just works, regardless of the system your agency uses. I have used Crelate and Loxo with Quil, and just switched platforms to RecruiterFlow, and have had no issues. The time savings are substantial. What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)? No technology is perfect, and Quil is no exception. There are a few minor drawbacks I’ve encountered, but none that should be considered deal breakers—especially given how proactive the Quil team is about improvements. For example, you do need to remember to log in and manually terminate calls when they end, which can be easy to forget in a busy day. Occasionally, there are minor transcription errors or brief hiccups if your ATS or CRM updates and temporarily loses sync with Quil. There’s also a small learning curve when first getting started, but the onboarding support helps smooth things out. Some features, like easier merging of incoming calls or displaying phone numbers after calls, are on my wish list, but these are minor annoyances rather than real obstacles. Like any technology, there are occasional bumps, but the Quil team is consistently responsive and always working to address issues and add improvements. Before Quil, I spent countless hours on manual note-taking during interviews, intake calls, and reference checks—then even more time updating my ATS. It was tedious, error-prone, and frankly, a drain on my productivity. With Quil, all of that has changed. The AI meeting assistant automatically captures and organizes my notes, syncing them straight to my ATS without me lifting a finger. This means my database is always up-to-date and accurate, and I never have to worry about missing important details. Quil also streamlines other repetitive tasks. It generates candidate submittals, scorecards, and even reformatted resumes using my own templates, saving me at least 30 minutes per candidate. The customizable templates and note categories make it easy to capture exactly the information I need, and the searchable call library is a lifesaver for compliance and follow-up. The biggest benefit? Time. It isn’t always easy to distinguish between candidates and contacts, and the current process for managing incoming calls requires merging the call, which leaves the caller on hold for a few seconds.
