What do you like best about Tracker?

Honestly, nothing. I’ve tried to find a redeeming feature, and there isn’t one that actually helps me as a working recruiter.

Anything they claim as a “best feature” is either outdated, clunky, or buried under so many rules and clicks that it becomes useless in real workflow.

The system doesn’t make me faster, it doesn’t make me more accurate, and it definitely doesn’t help me make money.

If anything, the best thing about Tracker is when I’m not logged into it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tracker?

Pretty much everything. The system is clunky, slow, and overloaded with pointless steps. Nothing flows.

Sequencing feels like doing Newton physics just to send a simple follow-up.

Their LinkedIn tool is terrible, even though they brag about being compliant.

Uploading data is almost impossible because their mapping rules make a basic spreadsheet import feel like a full-time project.

Integrations are weak or flat-out missing — RingCentral AI notes being the best example.

Anytime you bring up an issue, you get gaslighting, red herrings, or “we’re working on it” with no actual progress.

Tracker doesn’t help me make money.

It costs me money by slowing down sourcing, BD, and placements. It’s a burden, not a tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tracker?

I really appreciate Tracker for seamlessly integrating all our information workflows into one place, which enhances efficiency and streamlines our operations. The automation capabilities of Tracker are incredibly beneficial, allowing us to automate various processes, which in turn optimizes our team's time and improves documentation. This all-in-one CRM and ATS solution is user-friendly and easy to adopt. I also love the robust customer service experience provided by the Tracker RMS team, as they are open to our feedback and actively engage with us to discuss potential solutions and challenges, making them a great partner. Additionally, the ability to communicate with our talent or clients via sequences and the comprehensive reporting features, which allow us to analyze metrics driving our business, are integral advantages. What do you like best about Tracker?

Really like how responsive and helpful the Customer Support team is. Whenever our team has questions or runs into potential issues, the Tracker team is always available to assist and does so in a professional and friendly manner. What do you like best about Tracker?

- decent feature-to-cost ratio, appropriately priced.

- generally works well - stable, very little downtime experienced.

- responsive, well-intentioned customer support.

- CRM tool helps manage BD efforts.

What do you dislike about Tracker?

- It feels like the system is trying to do too much, with too many features that aren't fully developed.

- The development team doesn't seem as focused or responsive as we'd like, and their roadmap is unclear and poorly communicated.

- Most of the new features since 2020 are geared towards contract, temporary, and bulk recruitment, rather than full-time, permanent, and professional search. If your business is focused on permanent executive recruitment, there might be better systems out there.

- The priority seems to be on adding big, flashy features, but the important details for day-to-day use are being overlooked.

Tracker comes as an all-in-one solution, removing the need for our team to use multiple platforms (I'm sure you can understand that asking a recruiter to use one piece of tech is a challenge in itself), Tracker is constantly evolving and keeping up to date with the latest tools reducing the need for us to look elsewhere. What do you like best about Tracker?

First, the customer service. The fact that you can type in the message help ticker at the bottom and actually get a live person, instead of AI, is EXTREMELY useful!

I also love that you can click/drag a resume to their drop box and it automatically will create a candidate's profile for you, which saves tons of times.
