
Honestly, nothing. I’ve tried to find a redeeming feature, and there isn’t one that actually helps me as a working recruiter.
Anything they claim as a “best feature” is either outdated, clunky, or buried under so many rules and clicks that it becomes useless in real workflow.
The system doesn’t make me faster, it doesn’t make me more accurate, and it definitely doesn’t help me make money.

Pretty much everything. The system is clunky, slow, and overloaded with pointless steps. Nothing flows.
Sequencing feels like doing Newton physics just to send a simple follow-up.
Their LinkedIn tool is terrible, even though they brag about being compliant.
Uploading data is almost impossible because their mapping rules make a basic spreadsheet import feel like a full-time project.
Integrations are weak or flat-out missing — RingCentral AI notes being the best example.
Anytime you bring up an issue, you get gaslighting, red herrings, or “we’re working on it” with no actual progress.
Tracker doesn’t help me make money.
It costs me money by slowing down sourcing, BD, and placements. It’s a burden, not a tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
