I was initially trained in PCR when I started my recruiting business, so it was all I knew. I think what I like best was the integration of dialing people with the platform and the tracking of this Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer service was dismal and that would be too kind without using expletives and how I felt treated. I am fairly computer savvy and I felt that PCR made an owner have to rely on having their own internal expert to fully get the features out of it or they would have to pay PCR to consult with them to get the most out of it. The way I described it to the owner once is that it was like instead of having a modern Windows or iOS interface is having to hard code writing a document or program pre PC invention.
