Time Saving System, Fantastic Demo **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Sandra K. | Recruitment Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2024 **What do you like best about Clockwork Recruiting?** Managing your whole process for search work in one place saves hours of spreadsheet time, you can cross candidates over to other projects, there are so many features it's hard to find fault. **What do you dislike about Clockwork Recruiting?** No start date filter for candidates you place **What problems is Clockwork Recruiting solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1000 times easier to manage data and having everything mapped in using the chrome extension - used Excel before and it was a big time drain ### 2. Decent concept, pretty basic software, and deceptive sales practices. I asked to cancel my account before my new contract date, and they showed me some fine print that said my contract automatically renew for two years when I renew the previous year. And then tried giving me flack for not giving them 90 days notice even though I logged into the platform once in the last year. None of this was ever mentioned in the sales call. All they said it would require a two-year contract but nothing about being committed to two more years every time 365 days passes. Technically, I am in the wrong, but they made it clear they could care less about me and the fact that they slip the auto-renewal into the contract while making it seem like there is no commitment after a year is just really shady and not the way I conduct business or the way anyone i know conducts business. I cannot recommend this company, because even though their product is okay they do not operate with any integrity. It is unfortunate. It's probably the reason why they aren't registered with google my business. They want to have more control over all their bad reviews from customers that have been misled. Like me! **Recommendations to others considering Clockwork Recruiting:** Check out Bullhorn and PCRecruiter first. **What problems is Clockwork Recruiting solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. There are better choices out there. I have used both bullhorn, PC Recruiter, and Big Biller. It's better then Big Biller, but definitely not as good as the other two. ### 3. Lots of capability to customize as well. **What do you dislike about Clockwork Recruiting?** Resume Parse tool is very inaccurate - more trouble than manual entry. Additionally, some of the preformulated status options don't make a lot of sense. No easy ATS capability either **Recommendations to others considering Clockwork Recruiting:** Best if you are actively sourcing candidates rather than having them apply via job postings **What problems is Clockwork Recruiting solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is a great platform to keep all candidate and search data organized. Lots of options to customize for your company or search firm's needs. Additionally, the support staff are very helpful if you are interested in building an API with a CRM ### 5. Clockwork Recruiting Review **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2018 **What do you like best about Clockwork Recruiting?** I love that Clockwork effectively serves two major purposes: giving a place where recruiters can organize all of their candidates and progress on various searches, as well as making clients happy that they have full visibility to what's going on with the search. **What do you dislike about Clockwork Recruiting?** I dislike that there aren't more features to expedite certain processes. For example, a "log a call button" that simply logs a call automatically would be helpful (when chasing candidates, it's helpful to keep track of how many times / when you called someone). **What problems is Clockwork Recruiting solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solving the issue of non-transparent search processes. I've realized that I've been a lot more detailed and consistent about my process and also that my reporting and client status calls / emails have been a lot more thorough and frankly, impressive. ### 6. Nothing wrong with WYSIWYG. **Recommendations to others considering Clockwork Recruiting:** I hear a new UI is coming soon in 2018(?)... **What problems is Clockwork Recruiting solving and how is that benefiting you?** A simple no-frills ATS that's easy to pick up and figure out (for the most part).
