## CoRecruit (formerly Quil) Reviews
 ### 1. Director of Business Development

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valeria F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

What I like most is how efficient and intuitive the platform is. It streamlines workflows, keeps information well organized, and makes collaboration across the team easy.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

One limitation is that it doesn't automatically filter calls based on the title of the meeting invite.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit helps me quickly create accurate follow-ups and call summaries in seconds, so I don’t have to replay recordings or take extensive notes during meetings. It saves me a significant amount of time, boosts my productivity, and lets me stay focused on the conversation and the next steps instead of getting stuck on administrative work.

 ### 2. Great Concept and Integrations, but Call Connectivity and Note Sync Need Work

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristen G. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I like the concept of CoRecruit and its features. It makes it easy to conduct calls and meetings without having to worry about taking notes. I also appreciate that it integrates with Outlook and Invenias, so there’s no need to enter additional notes in either system.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

We’ve been using CoRecruit for several months and have experienced ongoing issues. Users frequently run into problems with calls not connecting, and at times the notes don’t transfer to our database as intended. This has been a significant drawback to the product.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit (formerly Quil) is solving the challenge of capturing and organizing candidate and client conversations in a seamless, centralized way. Instead of manually taking notes during calls and then entering them into our CRM afterward, the platform records, summarizes, and syncs notes directly into our system.

This benefits us by saving time, improving accuracy, and allowing us to stay fully engaged in conversations rather than multitasking. The Outlook and Invenias integrations also reduce administrative work and help ensure our database remains up to date without duplicate data entry.

 ### 3. AI Database Notes Makes Meeting Summaries Effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The AI/Intelligence Database Notes feature has been extremely helpful for summarizing meetings, making it much easier to capture key discussion points and outcomes.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The only downside is that it can take some time to process meetings, so the summaries aren't available immediately.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit saves time and reduces mental load by automating meeting summaries and making important information easy to access. It also keeps a history of meetings, making it easy to refer back to previous discussions without having to rely on memory or personal notes.

 ### 4. Seamless Interview Note Keeping with CoRecruit

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruce M. | Director (owner), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I like CoRecruit because it saves me so much time in administration while working in my business. It's fantastic at tracking and providing detailed and summary notes, which are directly transferred into my database, saving me hours not only in writing and typing but also in producing relevant candidate and client data. I mainly use the record functionality through mobile and MS Teams. It's very easy to set up as it's a plug and play SaaS product and integrates seamlessly with my Clockwerk executive search database.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The only other thing was SMS tracking. If that can be enabled, which I believe is in the pipeline. But apart from that, they're always coming up with new ways of improving the already excellent service.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find CoRecruit great for tracking and providing notes, saving me hours in writing and data production.

 ### 5. Effortless Notetaking, Needs Better Call Quality

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikki B. | Founder & President

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I use CoRecruit (formerly Quil) for candidate call summaries and notetaking. I appreciate that it allows me to focus on the call and the information given, instead of frantically typing everything. It also provides a decent start for a candidate summary. The ability to customize call types is nice, as it picks up the right information. I really like that it automatically pulls the notes over into my ATS for me, which is super convenient. The initial setup was very easy too.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The quality of the calls isn't great. Slight delay and the clarity isn't nearly as good as a regular phone call.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit allows me to focus on calls without frantically typing, effectively starts candidate summaries, customizes call types accurately, and conveniently transfers notes into my ATS.

 ### 6. Highly Accurate Translations with Naturally Organized Summaries

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt L. | VP of Talent Acquisition, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The translation is highly accurate unlike other tools we've tried. It aggregates the information in a natural order and not a stream of consciousness. E.g. if you reference salary requirements multiple times in a call, all references are bundled together in the outputs.

Manoel Lino our CSM has been stellar

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

No downsides yet. We started trialing this week across the team and while we are still getting used to it's full capabilities there are no downsides to speak of.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to pay more attention during calls and worry less about capturing notes. It streamlines our process across the team by documenting conversations for later reference, and it helps ensure candidate submittals to clients are consistently stamped out, among other related tasks.

 ### 7. CoRecruit Delivers Multiple Benefits with Seamless CRM Upload and Easy Virtual Call Study

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donald E. | CEO - Physician Search, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Multiple benefits, including the various ways the information is crafted, the ability to study a virtual call, and the ability to upload everything into my CRM. Ease of use, as well.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

There isn't anything about CoRecruit I dislike.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Biggest - it saves me invaluable time. Everything is formatted, uploaded into the record, and has allowed me to listen and watch my virtual meetings, as it captures the video. It helps me remain hyper-focused on what matters most. Everything is done for me.

 ### 8. A Game-Changer for Staying Present in Recruiting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oscar S. | Manager, Client Delivery, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

CoRecruit lets me stay fully present in conversations as an active listener, with confidence that every detail is captured and documented accurately. It removes the distraction of note-taking and ensures nothing important is missed.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

As an early-stage product, there are still occasional kinks and areas being refined. That said, the team is incredibly responsive—issues are addressed quickly, and their support during implementation and ongoing use has been outstanding.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit is solving the administrative burden that comes with recruiting—things like note-taking, documentation, and keeping systems updated. By automating those tasks, it allows me to focus more on meaningful conversations with candidates and clients, improve accuracy of our data, and move faster without sacrificing quality.

 ### 9. Effortless Setup and Significant Time Saver

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

CoRecruit saves me a lot of time. It significantly reduces the amount of typing I have to do, which is so painful for me especially when you are doing back to back phone interviews. Additionally, I can reflect back on notes very quickly, and I really like the intelligence part of CoRecruit because that means I can reflect on conversations very quickly at any time. The initial setup was also very easy and didn't take much time at all.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Nothing that stands out.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit saves me a lot of time and typing, which is a big deal since I don't like typing. It also lets me quickly reflect back on notes and conversations anytime with its intelligence feature.

 ### 10. User-Friendly, Versatile, and Seamlessly Integrated with Our ATS

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gregory Z. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I've been using CoRecruit now for approximately six months, and I can't imagine myself to agency IT recruiting without it. The tool is incredibly user-friendly. It's extremely versatile. The customizations are endless, and it integrates seamlessly with our ATS.

I've saved so much time and effort by using this tool, and their support team is amazing, especially Karolina. She answers my questions quickly and with detail, and I can't say enough good things about the entire support team.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

No downside. It is an essential tool for me now and I can't work without it.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Administrative work, efficiency, speed, redundancy, the list goes on and on.

 ### 11. Transcripts and Summary Notes That Keep Meetings Organized

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Transcripts and summary notes are paramount.
Saves me ages!
Can refer back to notes.
Not taking notes myself allows me to be more present on calls.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I'd like there to be a feature to use AI to edit notes.
For example, when there is an error in the notes (today I called someone at PharmaEssentia and the notes showed Pharma Ascentia) to mention a quick correction and then this updates the notes and all mentions of the error are corrected.

Also, if I book in a meeting on Teams for tomorrow, it will be on there. If I book it in and jump on immediately, it won't. I'd like it to be on for ALL meetings, however far away they may be.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time - that's basically it, but it's a big one!

 ### 12. Seamless Setup, Time-Saving Notes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dylan B. | IT Recruiter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I am impressed with how Quil significantly reduces the time I spend on administrative tasks by eliminating the need to take handwritten notes and then manually enter them into our ATS profiles. The feature I like the most is Quil’s ability to take detailed notes during calls and then summarize them according to my preferences, which enhances efficiency and saves a great deal of time. Moreover, I appreciate the seamless integration Quil offers with my Outlook calendar and our ATS, which ensures a smooth workflow without any disruptions. The initial setup of Quil was also quite seamless, which made the transition easy for my team. Overall, Quil’s powerful functionalities, particularly in note-taking and integration capabilities, have made it an invaluable tool for our recruitment processes.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

nothing to share

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Quil to eliminate time spent on administrative tasks, as it efficiently handles note-taking during calls and integrates with my Outlook calendar and ATS, saving time and improving workflow.

 ### 13. Real-Time Organization and Efficient Outputs in One Place

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley P. | Director of Client Service, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I love being able to gather and process information in one place, then turn it into efficient outputs in real time. It’s an awesome fit for time management and helps me stay organized.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I feel like the “voice” is a bit stiff. I’d prefer a more casual, more natural-sounding output that feels real. Additionally the app on phone seems to have a hiccup in service, some candidates cannot hear me well - But it's only when using the app.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transcript recording—being able to capture live information as a note-taking agent is amazing. The turnaround is quick, and the outputs and follow-up are really helpful.

 ### 14. Seamless Integration, Minor Populating Issues

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carly W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I appreciate how CoRecruit seamlessly integrates with our CRM/ATS, BigBiller, and automatically populates notes into the system as long as the contact profile is properly uploaded. This feature saves us a lot of time from hand-writing notes and captures far more detail than we could without it. I also find the initial setup of CoRecruit to be very easy.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Sometimes it doesn't auto populate the notes and you have to manually assign them to the correct profile which can slow us down a bit. It just doesn't assign it sometimes, so it sounds like a back end tech issue.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CoRecruit to save time on hand-writing notes, capturing more detail from calls, and auto-populating notes into our ATS/CRM.

 ### 15. Essential Tool That Transformed Our Recruitment Workflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Debbie C. | Senior Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2025

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Using Quil has been a game-changer for our recruitment workflow. It’s incredibly easy to use, and its ability to accurately record in-depth conversations with both clients and candidates means we never miss important details. This ensures we consistently capture the information we need to make informed decisions throughout the recruitment process.

I also really appreciate the flexibility Quil offers, being able to create our own scripts and tailor them to different roles or conversations is invaluable. The platform makes generating summaries effortless, saving us time while improving the quality and consistency of our notes.

Overall, Quil has become an essential tool for our team, enhancing both efficiency and accuracy in how we work.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

So far, I’ve found no issues with Quil at all. It has been reliable, intuitive, and genuinely helpful from day one.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Quil has been a game-changer for our recruitment workflow. It’s incredibly easy to use, and its ability to accurately record in-depth conversations with both clients and candidates means we never miss important details. This ensures we consistently capture the information we need to make informed decisions throughout the recruitment process.

 ### 16. Quil has been a game changer for our recruiting firm.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiffany L. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2025

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Quil has been incredibly easy to adopt—its seamless integration with our phone calls and virtual meetings makes it feel like a natural extension of our workflow. The real game-changer, however, is the automated follow-up documents Quil generates from our conversations. This feature enables us to deliver the same high-quality work in a fraction of the time.

Quil’s customer support has also been exceptional. Anytime we have a question or need a more detailed follow-up document, their team is immediately available to help. They took the time to understand our business and our deliverables, allowing them to tailor the follow-up documents precisely to our needs. They are always willing to have a call and demonstrate their solutions.

We’ve had an outstanding experience with Quil, and I truly can’t recommend it highly enough.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The only negative is that we need to remember to log into Quil to terminate a call when it is over. If we forget, then it just takes a little longer to generate the final work products.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quil is creating a final report for us after a phone or virtual interview. This saves a tremendous amount of time which allows us to be even more productive. We also use Quil to record our intake and business development calls - this frees us up from note taking and ensures we have excellent notes in our tracking system.

 ### 17. Quil Saves Time and Delivers Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa D. | Specialist Recruitment Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2025

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Quil is a fabulous time-saving tool. We no longer need to do the lengthy CV formatting process, as Quil provides all the information we need, directly from a phone call, ready to send out to prospective clients.
After training, Quil has been relatively easy to use, like anything it takes some getting used to.
The customer support element has been seond to none, the guys are ready to answer my emails whatever time I send them. Their technical support dept has also been great, especially during a global cloudflare outage, working behind the scenes to recover our data.
I'd definitely recommend Quil to anyone considering using a notetaker.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

It presently doesn't register the 'type' of call made, and put this information into our CRM - it just states 'Quil' - trying to get this resolved, as it's costing us time to keep manually changing the record type.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quil is taking away the time consuming process of formatting CVs after candidates have been interviewed - it takes all relevant information and produces an almost perfect profile, ready to be sent to a prospective client. This has given us a tremendous amount of time back to concentrate on more BD calls.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

For the me the most stand out feature of CoRecruit is how seamlessly it integrated into our current systems.

There was no complicated implementation roadmap, induction or extensive training required for our staff. We had planned a roll-out session but we didn't need to bother in the end, simply because it was so user-friendly and the benefits so evident from the outset. It just works!

Access to support has been quick and helpful when requested and it's quickly became part of our daily working practice.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

There are some minor transcription errors we have noticed, particularly in more technical terms or names of companies. However, these can be edited afterwards and it's a small price to pay for the convenience.

 ### 22. Fast, Accurate Call Insights—Co Recruit Has Become a Must-Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I’ve been working with this for a few weeks now, mostly through the phone app. It’s very quick to process and accurate in the information it pulls from a call. I’m at the point where, if I forget to make a phone call through the app and a candidate starts reeling off important information about their search, I’m back to scribbling notes and getting frustrated that I didn’t use Co Recruit for the call.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Had a few calls through the laptop and the calls were reported as muffled, where as the phone app the calls are very clear, but that could be my end/headset

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's definitely catching more details that are quickly mentioned by a candidate as well as taking all the extra details in a job brief that may be missed during a long call.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I've seen very rare loading issues with the app, but those have since been resolved. Nothing i dont like about this product!

helping make more attentive notes for later checking

Sometimes kicks me out of app for no reason

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time saver, big time saver. Plus detailed notes, allowing us to have better quality calls

**Official Response from Brigitte Dreger:**

> Thanks for the honest feedback—we really appreciate it.

WhatsApp doesn’t offer an API today, so we can’t connect directly yet. For now, you can still capture WhatsApp calls with Quil’s Local Recording (support article here: https://help.quil.ai/en/how-do-use-quil-for-a-local-conversation), and our upcoming desktop app will make this even smoother. We know Whatsapp matters to a lot of teams.

We also hear you on the extra steps before a call. Naming helps you find recordings later, but we’re looking at ways to make this faster. We’ll reach out by email to set up a quick call and make sure you’re getting the best experience with Quil.

Thanks again,

Brigitte

 ### 29. Effortless Hiring Solution with Outstanding Ease of Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claude B. | Associé, Secteur Ingénierie, production et logistique, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I like CoRecruit's ease of use; it's really simple to understand, which is great even for my less tech-savvy recruiters. It saves me so much time because I don't have to retype my handwritten notes, and that time-saving aspect is a huge plus. The uniformity in document presentation is another feature I appreciate, and the initial setup was very easy. We had a brief but very efficient training session from our Senior Account Executive, Ali Sabir, and everyone could efficiently use the application right after.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The possibility to cross matching Job Description with database candidates meetings.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I save so much time not having to retype handwritten notes. It's easy to use even for less tech-savvy recruiters, ensuring uniformity in document presentation.

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

This app is really helpful for keeping concise notes from my conversations, and it saves me a lot of time too—a win-win. I’d recommend it if you need an easy way to capture information during a call for your CRM.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I don't have any negative comments at all.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can now have a hands free call without having to type throughout the call or remember the details after the call.

 ### 31. Automatic CRM Call Notes and Full Transcripts That Save Serious Admin Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meg E. | Recruitment Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Candidate call and BD call notes automatically enter your CRM, meaning you save time on admin, have paper trails, and full transcripts of conversations to help you through your processes

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The update has made the app unusable on older iPhone models

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving me time on admin, keeping a paper trail of what candidates and clients are saying, which helps me stay credible through a process and reference back in difficult situations. It's saving me time on emails too, as I can give AI all of the details of each call to write follow ups/InMails/etc.

 ### 32. Incomparable App with Some Setup Challenges and Formatting Issues

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heather T. | Managing Partner and COO, Human Resources, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I absolutely love how much time this tool is saving me. Depending on the day and the number of calls I have, it can save me one to two hours daily on note taking and administrative tasks, like importing all my notes into Bullhorn. I really appreciate that it integrates directly with Bullhorn, so I don’t have to do any extra steps. The accuracy of the notes it takes is impressive—there’s no way I could take notes that quickly and accurately during conversations. Being able to review these notes in my CRM when I’m looking back on a candidate or client is incredibly valuable as well.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

There are definitely some growing pains when using the app. Setting up your meetings and deciding how you want them to appear in your notes takes a bit of time. You also, will need to adjust and adapt them as you go along and use them more. Additionally, configuring how the after-notes and any extra documents are generated can be a bit tricky. When someone calls and you need to conference them in using quil, the process can feel cumbersome and somewhat frustrating. I’m also not a fan of how the custom-branded additional documents are formatted. While the content inside is usable, the overall appearance of these documents often comes across as unprofessional and, in some cases, unusable.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Taking manual notes during my calls and meetings, then importing them directly into Bullhorn, has made the process much clearer and more concise. This approach saves me a significant amount of time.

 ### 33. Flexible Meeting Templates and Seamless TRM Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Henning S. | Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The best features include ability to define meeting types and outline how the summary is structured, as well as the integration into our TRM.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

It sometimes misspells words and then I have to manually clean up the summary.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Call recording , a call-type-specific summary, and the integration with our TRM.

 ### 34. Clear Call Transcripts and Key Takeaways That Keep Interviews on Track

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sofia Maria S. | Legal Sourcer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I like how it provides a transcript of the call and the main takeaways afterwards. It helps me make sure I understood what candidates are saying.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The only thing that brought some trouble was how it changed the candidate's profile on our CRM based on things it captured from the conversation. The changes made were not always accurate and sometimes made a mess.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making sure I have accurate notes. Sometimes it can be hard to hear candidates through the phone due to connection issues, accents or if someone speaks too fast. CoRecruit has solved that problem with the transcripts and notes it provides.

 ### 35. Easy-to-Use Platform That Streamlines Our Internal Processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

It’s very easy to use, and it lets you build your own internal platform that best supports your business and its internal processes.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

So far, there’s nothing about the platform that I’ve disliked. It’s very user-friendly and has helped a lot with our process.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has streamlined our process from screening and aligning candidates to the job, to building our submittals, and it has eliminated many of the small tasks I previously had to handle when preparing a recruiter submittal.

 ### 36. Effortless Call Management, Needs Better Transcription

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sharon W. | President and COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I really appreciate that Quil records, transcribes, and summarizes my calls fairly accurately, which is a huge plus. It's great that I can collect snippets of interviews to add to client submittals. Using Quil frees up a ton of my time and reduces stress, as I don't have to take handwritten notes and later add them to my ATS/CRM. I love the peace of mind knowing the recordings are there for clarification. It's also fantastic that it works with my Google Voice number, which many other AI bots do not. Plus, it integrates perfectly with my ATS/CRM.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The transcription is about 50-60% accurate and it adds in a lot of things that aren't said, mostly like 'alright', and 'Um' and such. I'm still trying to learn how to better get it to pick up on my questions and 100% accurately collect that information. Also, the initial setup wasn't that bad, but I can't say it was easy and painless.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quil frees me from taking handwritten notes and reduces my stress by recording, transcribing, and summarizing calls. It saves time and provides peace of mind knowing I can always refer back to recordings for clarification. Plus, it integrates with my Google Voice.

 ### 37. Effortless Interview Recording with Seamless ATS Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lacey C. | Principal

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I like how CoRecruit integrates well with our ATS and seems to work well for recording our interviews and transcribing them. It really helps us quickly write interview notes that we can share with clients, saving us time. The initial setup was fairly easy, and the tech support at CoRecruit helped us get things set up.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

There's been a little bit of a learning curve, but I'm not sure that has anything to do with Quil.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit helps us quickly write interview notes that we can share with clients, integrates well with our ATS, and efficiently records and transcribes interviews, saving us time.

 ### 38. Saves Time and Enhances Candidate Focus

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bri C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I love that CoRecruit helps with note taking while speaking to candidates, allowing me to give all my attention to them. It provides accurate note taking and time management. The biggest advantage is the time saved by not typing up endless notes. Everything is great with it, and it's a big help that solves and saves a lot of time. The initial setup was very easy, especially with support from the CoRecruit team throughout.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Nothing its a big help to me

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit helps with accurate note taking and time management. It saves me time by not typing endless notes, allowing me to focus entirely on the candidate.

 ### 39. Stay Focused on Interviews Without Stopping to Take Notes

**Reviewed by:** denver b. | Recruitment Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I like being able to interview people and stay focused on the interaction, without having to stop and write notes.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

It’s difficult to add it to an ongoing conversation when a client or candidate calls me first.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Note taking during interviews and phone calls when taking a job brief

 ### 40. Effortless Note-Taking for Recruiters

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariela I.

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I love how easy Quil is to use, and it doesn't distract my clients or candidates. It has saved me so much time and allowed me to take my job to the next level. It takes the worry out of trying to note down important information, and I can ask all the questions I want knowing Quil will save everything. The initial setup was very easy, and it integrates well with tools like Microsoft and Teams.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I find the app lacking because it doesn't show more details of my calls. It's frustrating that I can only call out from it. Also, it's inconvenient that if someone calls me back on my phone, I can't add Quil to my call.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quil takes the worry out of capturing important information during meetings, allowing me to focus on asking the right questions, knowing that everything will be saved. It's easy to use, non-distracting, saves me time, and enhances my productivity.

 ### 41. Facilitate Note-Taking in Interviews

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I love the fact that we can create and use templates for our interviews, reference checks, and client meetings. It makes CoRecruit really easy to use. So far, I haven't encountered any problems: everything has gone smoothly. I'm still learning to use it, but what I like most is that it reduces the time spent taking notes and allows me to stay focused on the discussion.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I would say that it is mainly at the level of company names that I have to make modifications at times, after the meeting. It happens that the transcription from CoRecruit does not exactly match the actual name of the company; I therefore have to correct it so that the history in my Talent file is accurate.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool then helps me obtain a clear summary of the points discussed, which greatly facilitates note management in my files. The training with Ali Sabir went very well too.

 ### 42. Simple to use, nice interface, and very successful post-call overviews

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon V. | RECRUTEUR, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

It's very easy to use, the interface is really nice, and the post-call Overviews are really well done!

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Not really anything that I like less. Maybe the fact that my entire Outlook calendar appears in the menu, I don't need to put everything forward. Sometimes also the AI mistakes the interlocutor in the transcript.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's perfect for automatic note-taking during my mandate assignments or my candidate interviews.

 ### 43. Accurate Transcriptions, Efficient Call Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlie T. | Research Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I find the transcription feature very accurate and the summaries it generates always capture the conversation really well. It means I don't have to do any post-call admin work because I trust it to have recorded the call, summarized it well, and uploaded it to our database. The ability to record phone calls is most important as we do a lot of them and could lose important information if calls are not recorded and saved in the database. The initial setup was pretty easy and our Account Manager, Ali, walked us through it very well.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The follow-up materials sometimes aren't the best and are not how we usually would write up candidates.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

n/a

 ### 44. Saves Time on Meeting Notes, but Zoom Auto-Setup Needs Clearer Guidance

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

It removes the task of writing notes which saves time but also means that for longer meetings, you don't miss any information that you may have forgotten.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Onboarding was pretty simple but didnt explain the way to set up Zoom calls automatically which is the main reason we use it

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Admin time is hugely down due to how well it writes notes

 ### 45. Seamless Integration, Effective Call Summaries

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stella M. | Healthtech Recruitment Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I like how CoRecruit (formerly Quil) integrates easily with Teams and sends me an email after a conversation with all the action items I need to follow up on. It also integrates with our Microsoft Outlook and Bullhorn ATS, which makes it very convenient for our workflow.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I was having some integration issues with some of my calendar calls, but they have been resolved. Ensuring people's names are spelt correctly when they are listed in the calendar invite.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit helps me quickly summarize calls with candidates, reducing the need for manual form completion.

 ### 46. President

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laurie P. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

It will automate things that are manual saving us time. It improves quality of candidate knowledge because we capture full discussions. It allows us to do things we were not doing but want to.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I Would love to see them add a power dialer and text

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating document prep so that it just needs to be tweaked and sent out. Eliminates lost notes from conversations that never get entered!

 ### 47. Stay Fully Present on Calls with CoRecruit’s Effortless Note-Taking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

CoRecruit enables me to be fully present in the telephone call, rather than having to think about also taking notes and potentially missing information.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I am relatively new to using CoRecruit so at present, there isn't anything that's flagging up as a dislike. Occasionally it does take a little longer to process the telephone call, but that's not a huge issue.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to be fully present in the call and the recording ensures I don't miss any information. Not having to type out notes when I'm speaking to people and the overall time saving on admin tasks.

 ### 48. Time Saver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Regan S. | Director/Shareholder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

I’ve been using Corecruit and it’s been a total game changer for me. The note-taking alone has saved me so much time — no more scrabbling around trying to remember what was said on calls. It keeps everything organised, clear and easy to refer back to, which has massively improved my efficiency. Genuinely one of the most useful tools I’ve added to my recruitment process.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

It doesnt record all my calls as I use a different voip system

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoRecruit is a fantastic tool that has completely streamlined my workflow. It saves me a lot of time by automatically taking accurate notes during interviews and updating my ATS without any manual input. The customisable templates are a great bonus, and it's helped me stay more focused on candidates instead of admin tasks. Highly recommended for recruiters!

 ### 49. Huge Time-Saver for Recruiters with Easy-to-Share, Role-Tailored Forms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittney D. | Client Delivery Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Super easy to implement. Amazing customer support. It has saved our company so much time! Our recruiters no longer have to take notes and multi-task during conversations with candidates or hiring managers. The forms also make it very easy to format to send over to the client for submittals tailored to the specific roles they are working on which is great!

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The only 'dislike' I can think of is it has not been easy to connect to inbound calls from candidates or clients who call directly, or candidates who missed your call and call back. I do believe they are changing this up and making this feature available for the future which will be great.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are solving the problems of time management, formatting notes to be more professional and concise, and streamlining communication.

 ### 50. Extremely Helpful Time Management That Speeds Up Recruiting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren C. | Talent Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Extremely beneficial for time management in Recruiting if you use Bull Horn. Time frame for recruiting has gotten at least 50% more efficient, if not more. Customer Support is very prompt and helpful and onboarding was super easy.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

When putting in a new call - sometimes there is a delay or lag when an older meeting is still processing.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The backend work of keeping candidates information in track has always been the most time consuming of the recruiting process. This completely eliminates the back end work and allows myself and my team to work more efficiently.
