CoRecruit is an AI recruiting platform designed to eliminate the "admin tax" for high-performing agencies. Built for mid-market and enterprise search firms, CoRecruit automatically transforms every interview into fully updated ATS records and polished, client-ready candidate submissions. Recruiting at scale fails when critical information lives only in a recruiter’s head. CoRecruit captures the nuance of every conversation—whether it happens over a cell phone call, VoIP, video conference, or in-person—and turns it into structured, actionable data. By automating the transition from "interview" to "submission," CoRecruit allows teams to move candidates faster and increase placement volume without adding headcount. On average, recruiting teams using CoRecruit reclaim 8+ hours per week per recruiter, ensuring that data stays consistent and high-value talent never falls through the cracks. Key Features and Functionality Omnichannel Interview Capture: The only platform that supports the full recruiter workflow: mobile calls, VoIP (RingCentral, Aircall), video (Zoom, Teams, Meet), and even in-person meetings. Deep ATS/CRM Synchronization: Bi-directional integration with Bullhorn, JobAdder, Loxo, Crelate, and more. Notes, candidate attributes, and statuses update automatically—no manual data entry required. Automated Candidate Submittals: Generate "client-ready" candidate summaries and branded write-ups instantly. Reduce client pushback by delivering consistent, professional submissions every time. Structured Team Data: Standardize interviews, intake calls, and BD meetings with reusable templates. Ensure every recruiter on the team captures the exact data points required for your specific vertical. CoRecruit Intelligence: A powerful search layer across your entire firm’s conversations. Instantly surface candidate insights or specific interview details across thousands of past meetings. Leadership Coaching Tools: Gain visibility into the "black box" of interviews. Leaders can review call context to provide targeted coaching and improve team-wide closing rates.

"Designed for recruiters - Responsive, Transparent Automation That Delivers"

4.5/5

What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

Three things stand out. First, the team's engagement. They talk to actual recruiters and agency owners, take complaints seriously, and give you honest answers on what caused the issue and how they're fixing it. I've had use case needs land in their roadmap.

Second, the recording is unobtrusive. There's no bot joining the call and no announcement to the candidate, which keeps early conversations light and collaborative instead of formal.

Third, the email integration and automation setup. Scheduling back-to-back screening calls is usually where the admin load piles up, and CoRecruit takes that off my plate. Leadership, product, and support all understand recruiting, which you can feel in how the product is built. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

Honestly, the team has been hyper engaged with their customers and have a solid roadmap with feature enhancements that continue to fill gaps.

Maybe their UX/UI, but honestly their development team is working on a few feature enhancements that are arguably more important than making UX/UI tweaks.

Not a lot to complain about and if so, the team is actively working on these. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a solo operator, admin work is the thing that eats my day. CoRecruit removes most of it. I'm not taking notes mid-call, so I can actually be present with the candidate. Afterward I have a clean record to build client summaries from instead of digging through scratch notes. Scheduling and email coordination is handled. The result is faster submittals and more time on sourcing and client relationships. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless TE Recruit Integration and AI Notes That Elevate Every Interview"

5/5

What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

CoRecruit has become an essential part of my recruiting workflow, and it pairs perfectly with my Applicant Tracking System, TE Recruit. The integration is seamless, so I spend less time managing tools and more time connecting with candidates.

What really sets CoRecruit apart is its AI-powered note-taking. After every interview, it delivers a polished, ready-to-present summary of the candidates' responses, clear, professional, and organized in a way I can hand off immediately. It captures the details I need without the manual effort I used to dread, although it does allow me to edit the report if I feel it necessary.

The value doesn't stop at hiring. I also rely on CoRecruit for inbound client meetings and marketing calls, providing accurate records and actionable insights from every conversation that matters.

And the support team? Simply the best of the best. Whenever I have a question, they respond almost instantly. That kind of responsiveness gives me real confidence in the product and the people behind it.

If you're looking for a smart, reliable tool that elevates both recruiting and client engagement, CoRecruit delivers on every front. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

Nothing, it works like a charm. They have thought of everything in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Putting together a meaningful presentation at the conclusion of a discussion or meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CoRecruit Is a Game-Changer for Hands-Free Interviews and ATS Integration"

5/5

What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

CoRecruit has been a real game changer for me when it comes to interviews and job order intakes. It lets me stay hands-free while still capturing all the important details. It also connects seamlessly with my ATS, which has eliminated a lot of the manual steps and upfront work I used to have to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

The only thing I dislike about CoRecruit is that I can’t integrate a phone call from my cell phone directly into CoRecruit. As a result, I always have to open the app and dial out from within CoRecruit for the call to be captured and integrated with the tool. If there were a way to bring an existing phone call on my network into CoRecruit while the call is already in progress, it would be a perfect tool—though I realize I’m probably nitpicking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?

I don’t have to take diligent notes anymore during interviews or job order intakes. Now I can actually listen to the talent or the client, stay present, interact, and fully engage, instead of trying to remember everything or constantly jotting things down and looking away from them. "CoRecruit Totally Transformed My Note-Taking."

5/5

What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

I have been using CoRecruit for over a year now. I absolutely love using it. The notes I am now putting into our ATS are a thousand times better than when I took them myself. Co Recruit has freed me up to listen to the person I am meeting with. Now that I am using CoRecruit, I am confident that I will not miss anything in a conversation. I highly recommend this to anyone in the staffing/recruiting business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

Nonestly, nothing. It has totally changed the way I take notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?

it is make me much more efficient when on the phone or on a video call. I can now actually listen to the person on the other side and take in what they are saying without having to be constantly taking notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Aircall Integration and Smart Meeting Notes That Save Time"

5/5

What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

It intelligently takes notes for meetings and calls and you can prompt a variety of different summaries to help share details of the meeting with candidates and clients. It's seamless in how in integrates with Aircall and has massively improved the level of data that I'm able to capture in a short space of time and helps free up my time to have detailed conversations with people. I found Ali who trained us on the system was calm and friendly with explaining how to make the system work across colleagues with a variety of experience of using similar systems. I've found no performance issues so far, everything has worked like clockwork. Thank you! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

Nothing specific, the volume of emails was a bit much at first, but I've filtered them to a different folder, which has been helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Admin time, remembering details of calls that I occasionally forget to make notes. Great for call notes when out and about and not at my desk. Better return on investment on my time as I can listen rather than just type notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The smartest notetaker I’ve used — game-changer for meetings"

5/5

What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

CoRecruit (formerly Quil) has been a game-changer for my recruiting workflow. As a recruiter, my time is spent juggling sourcing, outreach, candidate engagement, and managing multiple priorities — the AI assistant has helped streamline many of those tasks and save a significant amount of time.

What I appreciate most is how it enhances productivity without replacing the human side of recruiting. It helps me work more efficiently, stay organized, and focus more energy on building relationships with candidates and clients.

The platform is intuitive, innovative, and built with recruiters in mind. I’ve seen a real improvement in my day-to-day efficiency and would highly recommend CoRecruit to recruiters and teams looking to leverage AI to improve their hiring process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

The only minor downside is that customization options for formatting output could be expanded a bit — for example, choosing between different summary styles or exporting into different formats natively (like Google Docs vs. PDF). But that’s being nitpicky — overall, it’s incredibly useful as is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Quil, keeping track of meeting action items, summaries, and next steps was chaotic — and often fell through the cracks. Quil automates all of that. It saves hours of post-meeting work, improves team accountability, and ensures nothing important is missed. The clarity it brings to follow-ups and decisions has significantly improved our internal communication and execution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CoRecruit Turns Interviews into Polished Client Bios Fast"

5/5

What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

The best part of Co Recruit so far has been how much faster I can turn an interview into a candidate bio for clients. I recruit for restaurant management and culinary roles, so I'm on the phone with candidates constantly, and writing up a clean, client-ready write-up after every call used to eat a huge chunk of my day. CoRecruit listens to the interview, pulls out the relevant details, and gives me a polished bio I can send to clients with minimal editing. What used to take me 20-30 minutes per candidate now takes a fraction of that. It syncs well with Loxo, so the notes automatically go where they need to be without me re-entering anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

The only negative thing is that every now and then I’m unable to connect and call candidates through Loxo and CoRecruit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?

It closes the gap between finishing an interview and getting a bio in front of a client. Before, write-ups took real time after every call and could get delayed on busy days — and in restaurant recruiting, good candidates don't wait around. Now the bio is basically ready by the time I hang up, so I can move faster and stay consistent, even on packed days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Removes the post call write up, transcription needs a check"

3.5/5

What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

I ran a busy agency desk mostly on Teams and Zoom, and the biggest change was that my records actually stayed current. Quil sits on the call, writes the notes, and the structured summary lands on the candidate record without me typing anything up afterwards. Before it, notes from back to back screens got written from memory at 6pm, or not at all. Now the detail is there the next day when a hiring manager asks why I put someone forward. The post call summary email with action items is also good for keeping track of follow ups across a heavy week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

Transcription accuracy drops off with strong accents and heavy technical vocabulary. Candidates with regional accents, or anything with niche engineering terms and tool names, came back with words mangled, so I had to read the summary and fix it before it was usable. It is a couple of minutes per call rather than a dealbreaker, but you cannot fully trust the notes to go out untouched. It improved over the time I used it, and it was still the thing I noticed most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?

It closes the gap between having a conversation and getting the detail into the system. Before, the write up after every screen either happened late in the day or got skipped, so records were thin and the useful detail lived in my head. Now the notes are captured as the call happens and go onto the record, so the admin tail at the end of the day is gone, a colleague can pick up a candidate without ringing me for context, and I am not relying on memory when a client pushes back on a shortlist. On intake calls it gives me a full record of the brief, which cuts down on wrong fit submittals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceeded Expectations"

5/5

What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

The AI note-taking has transformed our recruitment process by reducing administration and improving ATS data quality. We also value being able to keep our existing work mobile numbers while using AI call recording and VoIP. The customisable prompts, templates, workflows and automatic follow-up material have made the platform fit our processes perfectly, and the support team has been exceptional throughout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

There are still some features we'd like to see developed further, but the pace of product improvements and the responsiveness of the support team have been excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?

CoRecruit has reduced recruiter administration, improved the quality and consistency of our ATS data, automated call notes and follow-up material, and enabled our team to spend more time recruiting instead of completing manual admin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick Note Capture with Easy Access to Detailed Project Conversations"

4.5/5

What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

I like being able to get notes into the system quickly and effectively, and I also appreciate that I can go back to a conversation later and pull up more detailed information about specific projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

We could get more out of the follow-up material, which would help save time, but building it accurately and quickly still takes time. I feel the training on the product could be stronger, and that more support should be provided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?

getting information on to the system more accurately it is saving other consultants and me lots of time and ensuring better data on our CRM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
