Quil's ability to compress a thorough conversation into comprehensive, logical and summarised notes is super impressive. It easily outlines both important and unimportant infornation - just ensure you give it a good prompt and it wil ldo the rest!

At first, Quil excluded some information, but we were able to fix that by improving the prompt we gave it.

Previously, we had to rely on calling candidates again to verify information that may not have been entered into our system properly. Now, we just refer back to our notes that have been summarized by the AI. With all of its features, Quil also makes it easy ot keep a conversation going with clients/candidates by providing a script to keep to and refer to throughout a conversation.

I find it challenging to add information in Quil once I'm already on a call. Additionally, I wish there were a way to provide details for the Quil bot to include in the summary, alongside the call transcript.

The product is very good and all the team are very impressed - it has reduce admin time dramatically

The onboarding in terms of connecting Quil was a little complicated but the team at Quil were very helpful and we had everything sorted.

I also appreciate that Quil works seamlessly with our phone system.

I would like it if Quil could offer their own phone-based system so we don't have to use separate apps, but even so, Quil works seamlessly with our phone system.

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

Quil has been a gamechanger for us, we use a lot of AI products in our tech stack but this for the ROI and value for money is in our top 3. We use it daily for both clients and candidates, it links to our CRM which means less manual work, more accurate candidate registrations or client job calls that you can not only be more present for but review easily and even have AI generated documents made on the back of them. 
The support team are always available and they actually implement the feedback given too, they will set everything up and implement best practices with you and your team too. You also get your own branded logo on the notetaker in video meetings which adds an extra touch of authenticity in meetings.

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

There has been the odd issue with downtime on occasion and we had a bit of delay on support with them being Canadian and us in the UK, but they have since hired UK support. We have found that sometimes the AI documents could be better but this is usually down to our own prompts needing to be improved and not Quil.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It means we don't need to manually type, we don't miss important information, we are also more present in calls and more engaging. It also makes cross checking and training easier as can review things easily going back over long periods. It saves a lot of time and increases accuracy and consistency above all else.

Quil does an excellent job of capturing notes, and I really appreciate that it includes both video and audio recordings from meetings. Additionally, the AI tool is very useful, allowing you to ask questions about the meeting or request a brief summary.

Quil cannot automatically transfer notes to our Applicant Tracking System, Bullhorn, if the candidate has been marked as "Private".

Quil captures conversations that I might want to review later for better understanding or clarification. I also value how it records these discussions, allowing me to concentrate more fully on our candidates. Afterwards, I can easily provide a concise summary for our ATS.

Quil's platform is like a personal assistant that's been working with you for 10+ years. They understand the need to remove redundancies and reduce manual processes surrounding the recruiting process. The integrations are seamless. It integrates with our calendar from the time a meeting is scheduled, Zoom to transcribe the conversation, and our ATS (Loxo) to automatically log the activity and bring in interview notes automatically. One of my favorite features is the bespoke summary designed to our style of writing so we can submit our candidates to hiring teams quickly. It has saved our team hours a day which allows us to spend time on identifying top talent.

From implementation to support, the team keeps things simple and resolves needs within a couple of hours (if not minutes).

Quil does a great job keeping its users up to date on new product rollouts that will enhance the experience. I'm confident the solution will continue to evolve to keep up with the speed of the market.

You are not able to add and drop seats/users monthly and have to pay for seats you are no longer using until subscription comes due.

I love how Quil can take a simple call and, within seconds, generate all necessary follow-up materials that would typically take me fifteen to forty-five minutes. The AI functionality is impressive, allowing me to create custom prompts tailored for my team. The setup was extremely simple, with excellent onboarding support. Also, the integration with Crelate and Outlook is seamless. Their customer service, especially Wahab, was exceptional, and the product development team is highly commendable.

I dislike how every piece of AI-powered material is generated from just one call. It would be much more efficient if I could go back and have each candidate with their own specific memory.

The amount of time is saves me not having to write or remember notes after a call. Also being able to go back and review my ttranscript and voice call or video etc.

I would like to be able to search key words from the meetings area. So incase I can't remember which call mentioned something specific, I could search a key word or two and it'll pull from transcripts from every call.

I like that I can speak with candidates while I'm driving and not have to remember what I'm speaking with them about and logging it into their profile when I get home.

I find that the notes are not quite as detailed as I would like. However I am quickly learning that it can be more detailed... it's just knowing the exact prompts to use.

I love Quil because it is designed specifically for recruiters in mind! I love how user friendly everything is and how efficient it has truly made my day. It connects with our ATS so that our notes automatically parse. I also love the option to call via the chrome extension instead of the phone app but both area equally awesome. 
We have had a few snags and the customer service is always top tier.

I don't have any dislikes, but I wish resume parsing was available. however, I was told that this is currently being worked on! No complaints here

before Quil we wasted a lot of time on administrative tasks like adding notes to the ATS and sometimes intakes would take long because of writers block. Also intakes are more through since the candidate's works are transcribed perfectly.

Quil is the best note-taking tool I’ve used. I’m a recruiter, and my meetings have become much easier with Quil because I don’t have to worry about taking notes—I can stay focused on the person I’m speaking with.

For example, you do need to remember to log in and manually terminate calls when they end, which can be easy to forget in a busy day. Occasionally, there are minor transcription errors or brief hiccups if your ATS or CRM updates and temporarily loses sync with Quil. There’s also a small learning curve when first getting started, but the onboarding support helps smooth things out. Some features, like easier merging of incoming calls or displaying phone numbers after calls, are on my wish list, but these are minor annoyances rather than real obstacles.

Like any technology, there are occasional bumps, but the Quil team is consistently responsive and always working to address issues and add improvements. These minor flaws are far outweighed by the productivity and efficiency gains Quil delivers.

I was hesitant to get Quil at first with my already locked in tech stack I didn't want yet another tool. Especially in the world of AI I thought I this was the same as other meeting AI bots.
Thankfully I was wrong! 
The seamless integration into my ATS( Zoho) is a huge time saver!!
I can just focus on asking the right interview questions (pre programmed in Quil) and Quil records it all and transcribed it in the way a hiring manager will want to see the summary of each candidate. 
I also love that I can easily grab a snip it of the audio of the interview to share with my clients.

The only reason it's 9/10 and not 10 is just the cost per user is almost the same as my ATS per month.

I've been using Quil for almost 2 years now. The interface is fairly easy to navigate, and when I've had issues, tech support is excellent. Their response time is fast and they are willing to help with emails or video meetings. The best feature for me is the integration with my CRM. Now with the recordings and AI summaries, I no longer take manual notes and am fully engaged in a meeting. I love how all the notes move seamlessly to the CRM profile.

The downsides are more due to my technical abilities. I'm sure there are features that I haven't used yet. I'm a sole recruiter and don't always take the time to see all the updates. My bad, though.

**What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

The note taking has been a game changer, it has allowed me to be fully vested in the conversation with my clients and candidates and after using quil.ai I fully trust it to not only take notes, but do a better job than I even did when I would manually take notes myself. This is a time saver for sure, but allows me to feel like I have the most accurate notes ever!

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

So far a few little things I would like to see it do with our ats, but I see it doing those things with other ats systems in the market and have been told it’s on the pipeline.

It has completely revolutionized how I work. Easy to use and integrates with our ATS (and integrates with a lot of them)

**What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?**

It's definitely a younger company, so doesn't have that clean enterprise feel to it (yet) but I have had very limited and minor problems so far.

**What problems is CoRecruit (formerly Quil) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Handling interviews as a recruiter is tough as you are trying to capture all the pertinent information in real time, typically writing in shorthand to keep up, which then you have to go back and resummarize everything. Not to mention trying to type a candidate's responses leads to you more listening to record vs listening to respond. Implementing this has not only allowed me to take better notes, but also have better conversations leading me to uncovering even better information and conducting a better interview overall.

Had an issue with some calls dropping off but that was resolved by tech support quickly

Minimizing admin time spent creating reports, references, etc so speeds up work flow.
