Since using Quil, my conversations with candidates have completely transformed. I no longer feel pressure to frantically type notes while trying to stay present. Instead, I can focus fully on the person I'm speaking with. The ability to revisit the transcript after my calls, means every interaction feels more authentic, human, and connected. It's honestly been a game-changer for not only speeding up my admin, but building genuine relationships. Quil relies on strong internet connection to work properly. If my WIFI drops or lags, it can disrupt the call. That said, the team have been incredibly helpful in addressing any issues and offering insight to have seamless calls. Since implementing their advice, I've had no issues! What I like least about quil is that there is not a solid way of adding a notetaker to a call that has started. Sometimes my zoom calls are back to back. and when goes long the bot for the next call pops in the window.

Three things stand out. First, the team's engagement. They talk to actual recruiters and agency owners, take complaints seriously, and give you honest answers on what caused the issue and how they're fixing it. I've had use case needs land in their roadmap.

Second, the recording is unobtrusive. There's no bot joining the call and no announcement to the candidate, which keeps early conversations light and collaborative instead of formal.

Third, the email integration and automation setup. Scheduling back-to-back screening calls is usually where the admin load piles up, and CoRecruit takes that off my plate. Honestly, the team has been hyper engaged with their customers and have a solid roadmap with feature enhancements that continue to fill gaps.

Maybe their UX/UI, but honestly their development team is working on a few feature enhancements that are arguably more important than making UX/UI tweaks.

I love the fact that I no longer have to scribble notes whilst on a call to my clients and candidates.

The follow up material is also super useful - although I often need to amend it slightly it saves me so much time.

The only issue I have here is the incoming calls. Our mobile phone provider doesn't offer conference calling which means that we can't use the incoming call feature. This is a real shame as I do receive quite a few incoming calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CoRecruit has been a real game changer for me when it comes to interviews and job order intakes. It lets me stay hands-free while still capturing all the important details. The only thing I dislike about CoRecruit is that I can’t integrate a phone call from my cell phone directly into CoRecruit. As a result, I always have to open the app and dial out from within CoRecruit for the call to be captured and integrated with the tool. If there were a way to bring an existing phone call on my network into CoRecruit while the call is already in progress, it would be a perfect tool—though I realize I’m probably nitpicking. I have been using CoRecruit for over a year now. I absolutely love using it. The notes I am now putting into our ATS are a thousand times better than when I took them myself. It intelligently takes notes for meetings and calls and you can prompt a variety of different summaries to help share details of the meeting with candidates and clients. It's seamless in how in integrates with Aircall and has massively improved the level of data that I'm able to capture in a short space of time and helps free up my time to have detailed conversations with people. I found Ali who trained us on the system was calm and friendly with explaining how to make the system work across colleagues with a variety of experience of using similar systems.
