Programme that can be used everyday with next to no issues of gathering information, even understanding calls that sometimes aren't as clear over the phone- sometimes I struggle understanding peoples speech/ language but CoRecruit picks it up. **What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?** Next to no issues, the only thing I find an issue sometimes is that the transcript can be totally off and incorrect, making it non reliable. Giving me a chunk of information in different ways of understanding - in a range of formats that I can use straight into Bullhorn. Today I'm using custom GPTs to give me the notes outputs I want. I've found these to be far more customized and allow me to speak more naturally when presenting candidates to clients. It’s very simple to use. The notes are mostly accurate, though there was one time it summarized the conversation as if I were the candidate, which was confusing. On the other hand, it did a really good job transcribing a candidate who wasn’t very clear in their speech. **What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?** 1- I’d like to be able to organize each candidate by project, so I can simply go back to that project if we get another role that’s the same. 2- It would also help to review everyone I’ve spoken with, so I can see whether I missed any good candidates. 3- When I set up a meeting for a candidate and the client manager here at our firm, it records that meeting.
