The customer support element has been seond to none, the guys are ready to answer my emails whatever time I send them. Their technical support dept has also been great, especially during a global cloudflare outage, working behind the scenes to recover our data. We had planned a roll-out session but we didn't need to bother in the end, simply because it was so user-friendly and the benefits so evident from the outset. It just works!
