"Keeps our outbound organized and our team aligned"
What do you like best about lemlist?

I really appreciate how easy it is to iterate on campaigns. We clone a sequence, tweak the steps, swap a few messages, and immediately see how it performs compared to the original. The built-in enrichment and B2B database make list building much faster, and the deliverability features mean we aren’t constantly worrying about ending up in spam.

On top of the product itself, the support has been genuinely helpful. The times I’ve interacted with Miona from Customer Support, she’s been clear, patient, and very pragmatic in her advice, which makes a big difference when you’re moving fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

There isn’t anything major I’d call a deal-breaker, but there are a couple of things I’d love to see improved as we keep scaling. When you manage a lot of sequences at once, the dashboard can feel a bit dense, and having more layout options or filters to quickly isolate what matters most for the day would be great.

I’d also welcome some extra “quality of life” features for power users, like more keyboard shortcuts or slightly deeper customization in reporting. None of this stops us from getting value out of the platform, though — for our use case, lemlist absolutely deserves a 5/5. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The first outbound platform that feels built for real conversations, not just volume"
What do you like best about lemlist?

lemlist helps us stay human while scaling. Most outreach tools we tried before pushed us toward sending more and more emails; with lemlist, we focus on sending better ones. The multichannel sequences are easy to build, so we can mix email, LinkedIn steps and manual tasks in a way that actually matches how our prospects like to be approached.

The personalization is where it really stands out. We use custom variables, conditions, and images to adapt the message to each segment without spending hours rewriting every email. The intent-based logic (opens, clicks, replies) lets us react to what people actually do instead of pushing them through a fixed script. On top of that, the deliverability features have made a clear difference: after setting up warm-up and following their guidelines, our open and reply rates became much more consistent.

I also want to highlight the human support. Every interaction I’ve had with Arijana from Customer Support has been smooth and genuinely helpful. She answers quickly, explains the “why” behind the product behavior, and often shares small tips that make our daily use easier. It feels like we’re working with a team that actually cares about our results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

Even though I’m giving 5/5, there are still a couple of things that could be improved. The reporting covers most of what we need, but sometimes I’d love even more flexibility to build custom views without exporting data. A very lightweight mobile experience or app focused on handling replies on the go would also be a nice bonus.

That said, these are more “wish list” items than real pain points. For our team, lemlist already delivers what we need most: a clear outbound framework, consistent results, and a tool that our reps actually like using. That’s why it deserves a full 5/5 from us. "A strong outbound system"
What do you like best about lemlist?

Lemlist is that it gives us a clear, repeatable structure for outbound, instead of everyone improvising their own way. We build multichannel sequences with emails, LinkedIn steps and manual tasks, and lemlist keeps everything in one place. When we plug this into MirrorProfiles to manage multiple LinkedIn identities, it becomes very powerful: we can scale social touches without losing control over who contacted whom and when.

The interface is intuitive enough that SDRs can be productive quickly, and the personalization features let us keep a human tone at scale. We use attributes, custom images and conditions to adapt the messaging to each segment. Deliverability has also improved: domain warm-up and sending rules helped us get more consistent inbox placement than with our previous tools.

The relationship with Aleksandra – CSM has been a big plus. She took the time to understand our sales process, reviewed our key sequences, and suggested concrete changes instead of generic “best practices”. It feels like having a sparring partner for outbound strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

The reporting is good for day-to-day monitoring, but when you want to compare multiple markets, personas and LinkedIn identities (via MirrorProfiles) in one place, it can feel a bit limited. We sometimes have to export data and rebuild views elsewhere for deeper analysis.

There is also a slight learning curve for new joiners when they arrive in a setup that includes several mailboxes, advanced sequences and MirrorProfiles in the mix. It’s manageable, but it does require some internal onboarding.

Overall, lemlist gives us a solid, scalable base for outbound, and combined with MirrorProfiles and the guidance from Aleksandra on the CSM side, it’s easily a 4/5 tool in our sales stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A very good tool to industrialize outbound without losing the human touch"
What do you like best about lemlist?

What I appreciate most about lemlist is the way the tool allows us to move from "artisanal" prospecting to a much more industrialized approach, while maintaining a human tone. We create sequences that mix emails, LinkedIn, manual tasks, and calls, and everything is clearly visualized. For a manager, it's very comfortable: you can see who is doing what, where each lead stands, and which sequences perform best.

The integrated contact database and enrichment also save us a lot of time: no more juggling between multiple data tools. The AI-assisted writing part is helpful for starting new messages without starting from scratch, and then we adjust to keep our style. Finally, special mention to Aleksandra on the CSM side, who really helped us structure our playbooks instead of just "showing us the buttons." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

The learning curve for more advanced features (conditional logic, more complex scenarios, advanced reporting) can be a bit steep for newcomers. Nothing insurmountable, but one must accept a little time to ramp up skills.

I would also like to see more ready-to-use templates by sector (SaaS, industry, recruitment, etc.). The existing templates are useful, but we would save even more time with slightly more specific sequences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A great ally for outbound, still improvable on a few points"
What do you like best about lemlist?

What I like most about lemlist is the way the tool finally structures our prospecting. We can create complete sequences with emails, LinkedIn actions, manual tasks, calls... and everything is centralized. We can clearly see where each prospect stands, who needs to follow up, and we no longer have 3 different Excel files to track conversations.

The personalization aspect is also a real plus: variables, conditional messages, personalized visuals... We manage to maintain a human tone even when contacting a lot of people. Deliverability has significantly improved since we started following their recommendations (warm-up, sending limits, etc.), and we can see it in the open and response rates.

Finally, I highlight the support: every time I had a question, Miona was very responsive and especially very concrete in her answers, not just copy-pasting from the documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

Statistics and reports are good for day-to-day tracking, but a bit limited when you want a more "commercial direction" view: more advanced comparisons between sequences, long-term vision by segment, etc. You can manage, but it requires exports and some tinkering on the side.

The mobile experience could be improved. You can use the interface from the phone, but to quickly handle responses between two appointments, a dedicated app or a more optimized version would be really appreciated.

Despite this, the overall assessment remains very positive: lemlist saves us time, prevents us from losing leads along the way, and makes our outbound much more predictable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A modern outbound platform that actually drives replies"
What do you like best about lemlist?

What I like best about lemlist is that it feels built for how sales teams really work today. We can design multichannel sequences with emails, LinkedIn steps, and manual tasks in a few minutes, and the flow is easy for the whole team to understand. The interface is clean, so people actually enjoy using it instead of fighting with it.

I also really appreciate the support: Miona has been incredibly proactive, checking in on our performance and giving concrete suggestions instead of generic “best practices”. It feels like we’re not alone with the too Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

If I had to pick something, I’d say the analytics could go one level deeper for strategic reporting, especially when you manage several markets or segments at once. You can see the essentials, but more advanced breakdowns would help with high-level decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The only outreach tool that gave us both structure and flexibility"
What do you like best about lemlist?

On top of that, Aleksa from support has been great at helping us refine campaigns, not just fix issues. It feels like having a small extension of our team.

The intent-based logic is a big advantage: prospects don’t all get the same follow-ups anymore. If someone opens several times, clicks, or replies, the sequence adapts. That makes our outreach feel much more human. The integration with our CRM also means we’re not double-logging activities all day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

At times, I wish the reporting went one step further, especially for comparing “families” of sequences across different markets or personas. The current stats are totally usable, but more strategic views would help for quarterly planning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A simple, powerful platform that keeps our outbound under control"
What do you like best about lemlist?

What I like best about lemlist is how it turns what used to be a messy mix of tools into one clear workflow. We build multichannel sequences with emails, LinkedIn steps, and manual tasks, and everything is easy to follow for the team. The interface is clean, so even new reps feel comfortable after a short onboarding.

I’m also a big fan of the way lemlist handles personalization and deliverability. We can use custom variables, images, and targeting rules without needing a technical person on the team, and the warm-up plus sending recommendations have clearly improved our open and reply rates. On top of that, Arijana from support has been outstanding – very proactive, friendly, and always ready with practical suggestions instead of generic answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

I’d love to see more advanced analytics for long-term management, especially when it comes to comparing multiple sequences over time and by different segments. The reporting is good for day-to-day decisions, but deeper insights would help for strategic planning.

Also, while the web version works fine on mobile, a dedicated mobile app or a more optimized mobile layout would make it easier to quickly handle replies when I’m away from the laptop. These are minor things, though, compared to the overall value we’re getting from the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The first outbound platform that actually fits how we work"
What do you like best about lemlist?

What I like most about lemlist is that it finally brings our whole outbound motion into one place. Instead of jumping between our CRM, LinkedIn, spreadsheets, and random email tools, my team can build one sequence that includes emails, LinkedIn touches, calls, and manual tasks. It’s very easy to see who is where in the process and who needs a follow-up today.

Personalization is also a huge plus. We can add dynamic fields, personalized images, and website screenshots without it becoming a technical nightmare. It still feels like we’re sending real, thoughtful messages, not just blasting a list.

And I have to mention the human side: Aleksandra from the CSM team has been amazing. She helped us review our sequences, shared honest best practices, and didn’t try to push features we don’t need. It feels more like a partner than just another software subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

There are a few things that could be better. The reporting is good for day-to-day decisions, but I’d love more advanced dashboards for long-term management and forecasting. Also, when I’m traveling, I find myself wishing there was a proper mobile app instead of just using the browser on my phone.

These are more “nice-to-have” improvements than real blockers, though. Overall, the impact on our reply rates and the way it structured our outbound easily outweighs these small gaps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Finally a sales engagement tool my team actually enjoys using"
What do you like best about lemlist?

What I like most about lemlist is that it makes outbound feel structured without feeling rigid. I can run email and LinkedIn steps from a single sequence, see exactly where each prospect is, and personalize messages without spending hours on manual work. The deliverability features (warm-up, sending limits, inbox rotation) clearly made a difference in our open and reply rates compared to the tools we used before.

I also really appreciate how “human” the platform feels. The interface is simple, the copy is friendly, and the playbooks give you good ideas without being pushy. And I have to say, support from Miona has been outstanding — super reactive, kind, and always willing to jump on a quick issue instead of sending generic answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lemlist?

The only thing I’d really improve is the depth of reporting for larger teams. You can already see what works and what doesn’t, but more granular breakdowns by rep, segment, or industry would make it even easier to optimize. Also, a dedicated mobile app would be great for quickly checking replies on the go. None of this is a deal-breaker, though — the overall experience and results are more than worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
