I like the AI summary, the closed caption feature, and the transcription at the end of every meeting. On top of all that, I also appreciate that they can’t hear any of my background sounds.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I use Krisp for Zoom meetings with clients and creating meeting minutes. I like that with Krisp, the notes are easily retrievable and you can find out anything needed. It's great because it's always on and fairly accurate. I can also summarize meetings and create meeting notes quickly, which saves me a lot of time. It's definitely a big time saver and super useful.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

Sometimes, you know, you have to assign speakers manually. If there was any way to automate assigning speakers a little bit easier, but generally, it does that pretty well.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Krisp for accurate and easily retrievable meeting notes, which saves me a lot of time and is super useful.

Background noise reduction is what originally drew me to Krisp. No other app I’ve tried can block out my screeching parrot. Krisp keeps me sounding professional.

There's a lot of AI features that I am not finding myself using. Honestly, if all it did was improve audio, I'd keep it. Some of the AI features like transcription are nice but not necessary as a ton of meeting apps now do this.

I really like how Krisp removes background noise automatically. It makes calls sound so much clearer, especially when there's stuff going on around me. It's super helpful for staying professional during meetings. I also like that it's easy to use and just works in the background without needing much setup. I also like how stable it is; it doesn't lag or interrupt calls. Plus, it works smoothly with the tools I already use. The initial setup was very easy and convenient!

Sometimes it can affect audio a bit, and it would be nice if the connection was more consistent. Maybe improving stability and auto-reconnect would help.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I normally use Krisp for noise suppression during one-on-one as well as group calls. I work in a noisy environment with a lot of background noises and echo, and Krisp removes them and isolates my voice. I like its noise suppression abilities and the customizable level of noise suppression to keep immersion on. Customizable levels of noise suppression allow me to completely isolate my voice from background noise for a more immersive call experience. The initial setup was a breeze with just a simple install and plug-and-play.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

Sometimes during noise suppression it overdoes it and makes my own voice muffled. I wish the noise suppression abilities were more sensitive to detect noise more accurately while keeping my voice crisp and clean.

I use Krisp to remove background noises and echo in a noisy environment, isolating my voice for clearer calls. Its customizable noise suppression levels enhance the immersive call experience.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I use Krisp for my work as an interpreter, and I was amazed by how well it deleted the construction background noise in my apartment. Before using it, providers would complain about pounding sounds, but after starting to use it, there were no complaints at all. It's a great tool to ensure a quiet environment, especially when working from home. I like that the installation was very easy, and it is an intuitive software. This is valuable for me because I am not great with technology, so I just needed a few clicks, and it was set up. Overall, it works excellently for me.

I use Krisp for business meetings, and it really helps me by giving me summaries of the meetings, which makes it easier to retain and organize information. I also like that once I manually set name recognition, it is stored and used fairly well. The summaries are concise, and I find it convenient that I can ask AI and chat with the meeting contents.

I would love to be able to add names during the conversation and have a live transcript to refer back to earlier parts of the conversation while it is still ongoing. Also, there is some lag or slowing down, like the mouse lagging, when logging into a meeting.

I use Krisp when I record my courses videos, it cancels the surrounding noice perfectly. Also, I use it during my online meetings, so when any background noice happens during the meeting I don't care, I know the other end won't hear anything.

I use Krisp for meeting minutes and action items. I like how it takes notes and summarizes, and how it collects action items. It consolidates my minutes with very little effort from me and helps me remember certain talking points that I need to utilize later. The initial setup was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

The mobile version doesn’t work well at all. I want it to work exactly the same as the desktop version. For example, when I take a call on my mobile phone via Teams, I want Krisp to work behind the scenes to record and take minutes of my call on mobile. This would be a big differentiator in the market as no one does this seamlessly.

I use Krisp to consolidate meeting minutes with little effort and remember key talking points. It efficiently takes notes, summarizes, and collects action items.

Summaries and the newer integration with LLMs. So nice to be able to load up prompts to then quickly create meeting recaps - formatting for each use case. The app loads quickly, doesn't eat up too much RAM, super snappy performance and quick recaps. The pricing is sustainable to pay out of pocket as opposed to awaiting tech stack funding.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

I haven't come accross something I disliked. The support has been quick (have used them 1x over 2yrs), and onboarding was wizard driven and streamlined to start working, no tinkering to get it to work.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meeting summaries and not having to be at the keyboard or feaverishly writing out notes when on video calls.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I like Krisp because I can use it for audio recording, transcript, or audio and video recording, which helps me with meetings and phone calls by providing a summary of the call I had with a customer. This allows me to focus on the customer's needs instead of worrying about call details. Even if I get distracted during calls, I can revisit the transcript months later to see what happened if I forgot to jot it down. It's pretty helpful for me in this regard. It also helps me work comfortably in noisy environments, ensuring my microphone captures clear voice quality even in a concert-like setting. I don't have to constantly check if my microphone is muted, keeping a professional setting, especially when working with customers. Krisp is pretty helpful, and I recommend it to friends who struggle with noisy environments. So far, its features have been improving, and the setup was really straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

Really, the AI prompts, I wish that I could set a favorite AI prompt so this way I wouldn't have to write it every time or it could automatically run. Most of the time, I have to write it from scratch, what I want, how the format should be, everything. So there's a way to add a favorite or predetermined AI prompt, the transfer automatically each time, that would be helpful.

I use Krisp in noisy environments to maintain a professional setting during meetings. It cancels background noise, letting me work from cafes or even concerts without worrying about my microphone quality. It's especially helpful when working with customers.

I like that Krisp transcribes my virtual calls and some in-person meetings without needing to let a bot into the conversation. It sits behind my computer screen, which means participants get the experience of just me and them on the call, without a bot in the window. The fact that I don't have to invite a bot, yet still get the transcription, is beneficial. The setup was super simple as well.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

It sometimes freezes. And I've caught it, but there's been one or two meetings that I've not been able to get a transcription for because there's just a little red x in the top corner. It somehow wasn't connected.

Krisp provides a reliable backup for note-taking during calls, acting as a fail-safe. It reduces reliance on slow Zoom downloads for transcripts and serves as a useful repository.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I use Krisp to take notes in my university classes, and it helps me have my notes in real time. This is super useful if I have to get up to do another activity or take a call because that way I don't miss anything from the class. I like that it is very easy to use, I don't have any trouble when making a recording. Also, Krisp already has my classes scheduled through the calendar, so it notifies me of the class and starts recording immediately upon entering. The initial setup of Krisp was super easy, I didn't have any trouble with the process at all. I recommend it to all my classmates and friends because it makes their work easier.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

It is a very useful tool as it is now, maybe in the future they can add other interesting features, perhaps the suggestion is to create more affordable payment plans for students. I can afford this tool because I have a job, but there might be people who cannot pay this amount, but maybe they can pay less.

I like that Krisp can automatically handle tasks like summarizing without needing me to actively think about it. It also creates a transcript of the meeting, which is super helpful when I don't understand something during the meeting or don't remember it afterward. The ability to return to the transcript is definitely valuable. Plus, setting up Krisp was easy.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

One thing is that when I'm also using my voice, Krisp starts recording, and that's something I'm struggling to disable. I know there are some options, but it's not very user-friendly.

I use Krisp for meeting voice clarity. The automatic summarization without any effort and access to meeting transcripts help when I don't understand or remember parts of the meeting.

The noise cancellation and ease-of-use (specifically with setting up the noise cancellation, can't comment on the rest) is unmatched.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

I wish I could have a lightweight variant of Krisp that just has the noise cancellation features, it is the one and only thing I care about. I don't want a calendar, I don't need AI summaries of my meetings, I don't need to convert my accent to another accent (???), I just want to cancel out background noise. Which is a pretty ludicrous thing to charge a subscription fee for to begin with, given that 100% of the processing happens on my own machine.

Noise cancellation. Helps me not have to worry about noisy surroundings when I'm on calls.

I use Krisp for transcribing work meetings, and it saves me time on having to manually write everything so I can focus on the calls as they're happening. I like that it's always in the background and works well. I use it as a backup if my other note taker doesn't work, and I like the quality of the audio it helps with. The initial setup was really simple, I just downloaded it, followed the instructions, and was all set. I still use it daily for work calls.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I use Krisp for recording my meetings and for noise cancellation. Whenever I have calls, it makes sure to cancel both my noise and the noise of the person I'm talking to. It records all the meetings, and the great thing is it not only transcribes but also keeps the full recording. It acts as storage and as a memory of all the recordings I've done in the past, so whenever I need to get back to them, I just search in the database, find the recording, and refresh my memory. It has really diverse functionality, a really good transcription service, and the noise cancellation is state of the art. The high quality transcriptions help because the nuance is in them — when the transcription is of high quality, you can export the transcripts, analyze them, store them, and get back to them whenever there is a need, so that's a really helpful feature. I'm an old user, so I've been using Krisp for quite a long time, and they have improved it a lot. The initial setup was very smooth.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

I think they could have better segmentation for the data they record. I'd like the segmentation to work according to the topics that were discussed, like personal topics, work topics, and so on. And then you could classify them as important or not very important. They could also provide better action items and better reminders on some of the activities that get mentioned during the calls.

I use Krisp to cancel both my noise and the other person's noise on calls, and to record my meetings. It transcribes and keeps the full recording, acting as storage and memory. When I need to get back to someone, I search the database, find the recording, and refresh my memory.

I love the ease and simplicity of Krisp. It seamlessly cancels noise for both myself and the person I'm speaking with, and it also provides conversation summaries in various formats. It has become my digital notetaker, capturing entire conversations in detail—far more than I could with a pen.  I particularly appreciate its multilingual support, which accommodates Dutch, English, and other languages. The generous storage capacity is also essential for my work.  Krisp is constantly improving with regular updates and integrates effortlessly with Zoom, Teams, and StreamYard. It automatically appears whenever I use my microphone, ready to provide a summary or answer questions through the AI chat.  Setting up Krisp was incredibly easy. I used to use Otter, but I find Krisp much more intuitive, as it integrates with different tools automatically without any manual setup. I'm definitely more Krisp-minded now.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I use Krisp for noise cancellation and live captions. It helps me with the noise from my baby and my animals, and when I can't understand something, I just look at the live captions. What I like the most is how accurate it is with the live captions and its AI for summaries. Once, I was helping a person with facial paralysis, and on the other line, there was someone with a very heavy accent that was barely understandable, and the live captions were my salvation. They help me save time and confirm points that stand out in conversations; if I didn't understand something, I can confirm with the summary, and if it's in the moment, I resolve it with the live captions, I love it. **What do you like best about Krisp?**

I like Krisp for the transcription of my meeting notes, which means I don't have to take my own personal notes because the meetings are transcribed for me. I also like the part where it summarizes the meetings at the end and assigns tasks to me or anyone else. This feature helps me communicate better with my teammates.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

Yeah. One of the ideas I think there could be some improvement in is the noise cancellation part. It used to be good, but over time, it doesn't feel as great as it used to be. There is no marginal improvement over the last year or so. The second part, which I would prefer, is it should be able to recognize people once assigned based on their voice so that in the future, I don't need to keep assigning the speaker names post meetings.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Krisp to reduce surrounding noise during noisy office meetings and transcribe meeting notes, which helps me communicate better with my teammates.

I really value the real-time noise cancellation in Krisp. It's not just because it looks impressive, but because it addresses a common problem on every single call. Noise suppression really stands out, especially when I'm joining calls from places like airport lounges, my car, or busy offices. It improves the conversation itself and makes it feel like I'm in a quiet office, even when I'm not. Krisp also enhances call transcription and creates searchable memory, which is helpful when audio quality is poor and reduces a lot of cognitive load. I feel like Krisp fits my tech stack really nicely. The initial setup of Krisp was very easy too.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

The AI and noise cancellation in Krisp are good, but not best in class. Krisp's meeting assistant is competent but struggles with extracting insights, generating follow-ups, and organizing knowledge. It feels more like an audio company that added AI notes. Unlike companies like Knowl, it doesn't truly become a knowledge base.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Krisp removes background noise like keyboard sounds, HVAC, and dog barking, making calls sound like they're from a quiet office. It also improves call transcription and reduces cognitive load, fitting nicely into my workflow.

I honestly couldn't find any downsides — I loved every part of it.

Noise cancellation and the ability to remember everything from a call — including when the call happened and who said what — helped me access information faster, reduce background noise from my living room, and remember all that I needed.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I’ve been using it for six years. Noise cancellation is the main reason I rely on it. I have dogs and kids, and no one could tell. I also appreciated being able to avoid making it obvious that I had a call recorder, which was a real plus.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

- Sometimes clunky and laggy
- The new updates with 'outline' aren't as comprehensive
- Support when dealing with cancelling subscription for personal and signing up with a $1-2k business subscription was giving me hell about their "policies" but not seeing the business opp was a pain. After pushing on it multiple times, they granted an exception... should have applied logic the first time.
- Need a native teams integration
- Would love to see the connectwise integration hurry up
- AI is OK, would love the ability to set up my system prompt better so output works to my liking

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Noise cancellation is #1, originally bought during covid because on desk mic was adding echo in earlier version of teams and people were hearing themselves or myself twice through speakers/mic feedback
- Now I know I can focus on top of mind things during long meetings without taking my own notes and look back and figure out what was discussed and what answers were. 
- Transcripts are nice too because I can take the whole conversation and dump into my own AI subscriptions to analyze

The pricing is competitive compared with other software.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

The 7-day trial feels too short. It should at least offer a monthly option instead, so there are more choices and flexibility about whether we want to subscribe long term or not. Also, if you don’t subscribe, you should still be able to keep using it continuously until you decide to fully use it again. For example, in cases where you have no work or clients that require note-taking, you shouldn’t be forced to pay for a subscription you’re not using.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It lets me stay involved in our meetings without worrying about taking notes.

I like that Krisp seems trained to understand me and can even adjust my accent. When I run into a language barrier, it helps me communicate more clearly. The initial setup was also really easy, which made it simple to start using right away.

One area that could be improved is the note-taking feature during calls. I’d like to be able to see a real-time summary of each conversation as it happens.
