"Lifesaver for Interpreters & ESL Teachers — Professional, Crystal-Clear Audio"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

As an interpreter and ESL teacher, Krisp is a lifesaver. It removes background noise completely, allowing my students and clients to focus on my voice rather than distractions. I appreciate how it keeps my audio clear even when I’m working from home or in busy environments. It makes every class and interpretation session sound professional and calm — exactly what I need to communicate clearly and confidently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

I use the paid plan, and overall it’s excellent. The noise cancellation is top-tier and consistently reliable for my interpreting and teaching work. The only minor drawback is that, in very loud background noise, voices can sometimes sound slightly compressed. That happens rarely, and Krisp still outperforms any other tool I’ve tried. Overall, it’s a solid investment for clear, dependable communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential for Clinicians Needing Noise Cancellation and Transcription"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I love that Krisp can integrate into Zoom, which really helps with the transcript. I particularly like the noise cancellation feature. It's great for cutting out all the crazy background noise, like my dog barking or my son making loud noises, which ensures privacy during my dietitian meetings. It's very helpful since I work from home, and outside distractions are inevitable. The transcription feature is also helpful because AI assists in writing summary messages to patients and clinical documentation. The initial setup of Krisp was very easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

There's a chat box that sometimes I don't find very helpful. It'll be taking transcript from other meetings that I'm not working on. But, honestly, it's easily solved with categorizing and making my own kind of default templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Krisp Delivers Crystal-Clear Calls by Eliminating Background Noise"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

The most helpful thing about Krisp is its ability to eliminate background noise without affecting my voice too much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

The main downside for me is the subscription price. While I believe Krisp is worth it because it significantly improves my online classes, the monthly fee can be a bit expensive, especially for freelancers and online teachers. I would appreciate more affordable pricing or loyalty discounts for long-term subscribers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anahit Hovelyan of Krisp

Thank you for the thoughtful review. Teaching from home with three kids is no small feat, and we are glad Krisp helps keep the household out of your lessons while the transcripts let you go back over what your students said. On the cost, your point about freelancers and online teachers is one we take seriously, and it is good for us to hear it directly. Reach out to us at support@krisp.ai and we can check whether a different plan would work better for you.

"Super Easy, Accurate Notes—and Amazing Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

Krisp has been super easy, and very accurate compared to other note-taking services I've used (Fireflies & Otter). Moreover, support has been amazing! Otter was particularly hard to get compete help. Pricing for an annual sub was great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

My only gripe isn't specific to Krisp - I have a Windows 11 ARM laptop (Surface Pro) and although I can install the Krisp x86-64 package it really maxes out the cpu when running to record a Zoom. I haven't tested Teams, maybe that's better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Elen Avanesyan of Krisp

Thank you so much for the wonderful review — it means a lot to hear Krisp came out ahead on both accuracy and support! We’re especially glad our team could get you the help you needed quickly.

It’s also great to hear Krisp is helping you reflect on calls, sharpen how you communicate with customers, and stay on top of follow-ups by priority — that’s exactly the impact we aim for.

Thanks again for taking the time to share this!

"Effortless Noise Cancellation, Perfect for Meetings"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I use Krisp to block noise in my background, which helps me hear my clients clearly. It's great at eliminating background noise, and that's a really great feature. The transcription feature helps me remember my daily tasks and keep detailed notes. The AI is very efficient, and I like that it's easy to use and very easy to set up. The noise cancellation feature is something I really like the most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

The only thing that I wish for Krisp is there's some way to just use it everywhere and anywhere because if the administrator blocks you from installing Krisp, then you can't use the noise canceling feature. I wish there was a way that if you have it on your base, it still works on the virtual system. Or if you could probably do an extension that could block the noise. "Outstanding Noise Cancelling and Note Taking Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

As someone who spends a lot of time in meetings, noise cancelling is what I like the most, but the AI note taking assistant is equally valuable when it was launched, as I am a PM/Coordinator so i need to align business with technical teams, finance etc. The interface helps me as we just happen to use ''key points'' and ''action items'' and I use the slack integration to send notes automatically to my team's channels after we are done with the call. Pricing is a bit expensive but my company helps with half of the yearly subscription. I was onboarded a long time ago so I cannot tell what the current OB experience is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

Sometimes the sessions are not properly recorded. I have resorted to let the bot join every session as that is the most reliable way. But other than letting the bot in, the natural recording and note taking works 3 out of 10 times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Meeting Recording, Noise Removal, and Audio Storage That Fit My Workflow"
4/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I really like the meeting recording feature, as having a history of my calls is very useful for my workflow. Even though some of the other AI functionalities still feel a bit unpolished and the interface can be a little confusing at times, the core ability to capture and keep my meetings recorded is what I value the most right now.

The core functionality of noise removal and audio storage works well and does the job. However, considering the price, the ROI is starting to push the limits of being good value for money. The AI features aren't adding much value for me, and there are other tools on the market that handle those specific functions better. I haven't needed to use customer support yet, and the onboarding experience was just okay. It's a solid tool for audio, but the current pricing is becoming hard to justify given the competition.

The core noise removal and audio storage work fine, but the AI features lack relevant intelligence for daily use. Instead of interacting with the AI inside a specific recording screen to ask about that single meeting, it would be much more useful to have a high-level overview. I need to know which meetings discussed a specific topic or ask the AI directly about pending actions across the board, rather than checking checklists or visiting conversations one by one. Additionally, the option to rename meeting titles based on content is too primitive today and needs to be automated. Right now, the AI doesn't offer the practical support it should. The pricing is starting to push the limits of good value for money, especially because the AI features lack relevant intelligence for daily use. Interactive AI inside a single recording screen isn't useful for me. "Excellent Voice Isolation and Easy Setup for Meetings and Gaming"
4/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I think the voice isolation is very good. It's beyond any default voice isolation like Zoom, and it cuts out my fan noises which used to be so loud that people weren't able to hear my voice.

In addition to meetings, the UI made it really easy and intuitive to connect to games like Valorant, allowing me to give clear voice comms. It integrated well with both my built in as well as dedicated microphones.

Setting up was easy, and the pricing was fine.

I didn't use the AI features since I didn't see any. However, if the AI feature was the voice isolation itself, it did well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

The UI popping up every time I started my computer was slightly annoying. Also, it was kind of a clutter when selecting mics in my menus for Zoom and games since my original, non filtered mic was still being detected.

Also, I sometimes sounded like a robot due to the amount of noise reduction Krisp was doing (i had loud background noises though). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong Performance and Intuitive UI, But Pricing and Transcription Accuracy Need Work"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

It has really strong performance overall. I like how it integrates with the call software automatically, without prompting me to set it up each time. I also appreciate the automatic start and the fact that I don’t need to give specific instructions every time I use it. On top of that, the interface is great and feels very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

For me, the main issue is the pricing. They used to offer a great free tier, but it’s no longer available, and it felt like a really good deal even if you only got an hour out of it. The AI transcription rarely got everything exactly right, but I think it’s fair to say that would be difficult for any system to do consistently. I also never needed support, so I can’t really speak to that side of the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anahit Hovelyan of Krisp

Thank you for the detailed review. On transcription, you are generous in pointing out how hard perfect accuracy is, and it is an area we keep working to improve. If you would like, reach out to us at support@krisp.ai and we can check whether there is a plan that fits you better.

"Effective Noise Cancellation with Room for Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about Krisp?

I like Krisp because it's affordable and really effective, especially for noise cancellation. Krisp blocks background noises like my daughters crying, so you can't hear them in the recording, which is great. They keep improving too, adding new features like accents, though I haven't tried those yet. I love using Krisp, I've been using it for more than two years now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Krisp?

I would love to increase the number of storage without paying more. Right now, I pay $12 per month and it would be better if the standard plan could change from five gigabytes to 10 gigabytes. It's gonna be better if you can use multiple devices all at once by just using one seat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anahit Hovelyan of Krisp

Two years with Krisp is something we don't take for granted, Connielyn. So glad it's helped you keep meetings clean even with the kiddos around. Your feedback on storage and multi-device use is really helpful, and we'll make sure it gets passed along to the team working on plan improvements. On the multi-device question, our team at support@krisp.ai can walk you through how seats work today and check what's possible for your setup.
