Yes, there are random spelling errors and sentence structure problems in the transcription so if you are looking for stenographer-level accuracy, you won't find it. But it absolutely catches every major point, summarizes them well, and does a phenomenal job of catching the action items mentioned in the meeting. I especially love how it allows you to check off those action items, and I love that the application opens automatically whenever you begin a meeting. It's easy to use, it remembers to join the meeting even if you don't remember to start it (an advantage over Zoom), and I find the bullet points exceptionally useful for reviewing a meeting. **What do you dislike about Krisp?** The deliberate falsehood that there is a "free forever" plan... When I signed up, I was put directly on the pro trial. The pro account is amazing, but I despise the fact that I was enticed to join with a free plan that was pulled out from underneath me. support only told me that "free forever" is going away, which feels like an outright lie. This issue is perpetuated by the plethora of support articles that still are active on the company's website listing that the free plan exists and allows "unlimited transcription". The rush to implement inescapable monetization over accuracy and consistency with the published works reeks of desperation and not a focus on the consumer. In addition, the Zapier connection needs some serious work. I tried having meeting notes automatically import to Notion, but there are not options yet for it to pull bullets individually or meeting summaries sectioned by major title and description. If you are looking to import a block of relatively unformatted text somewhere, the Zapier integration works great! If you want to actually use the formatting generated, you're out of luck. **What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?** i don't like taking notes during meetings. ### 14. It would be helpful to know if it is unable to send and is retrying. Meetings automatically transcribed and easy to generate notes and action items. Shareable notes and action items. **What do you dislike about Krisp?** Upgrading is not very friendly. Support not very responsive. I decided to upgrade because they offered a discount for returning users. The displayed amount was $21.60 but when I checked out, my bank alerted me that I was being charged the full amount of $72. When I contacted support, they told me that they cannot apply the discount because $72 was already discounted from $96. It's a bit misleading because the checkout page doesn't really allow you to choose which discount you'd like to apply and you'll just end up being charged the full amount and have to contact support to get a refund (which takes at least 14 banking days before it's reflected on your card). Also, it's been over 3 hours since I sent my first reply to support but no one has gotten back to me yet. **What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Remembering meeting and action items without having to record manually and transcribing using chatGPT. If I can't remember what a client said on a call, I can go back and look it over. If I need a recap of the whole conversation, that feature is available as well. **What do you dislike about Krisp?** Sometimes the transcriptions aren't 100% accurate, they don't always make sense when you're reading back through them and you have to decipher what was actually said. The recap can also come out convoluted and not include the information that I thought was important in the conversation. But thats when it works **What do you dislike about Krisp?** The customer support is extremely poor, with slow response times and lack of resolution for issues. I'm about to uninstall Krisp. I run weekly webinars and host a lot of customer meetings. I also have 3 kids. The background noise is always a concern of mine. I was hoping this would help. **What do you dislike about Krisp?** When I've gone back and checked recordings, the audio is terrible! It changes mid sentance. It has weird highs and lows in the audio. I think it has to do with the time limit with Krisp. **What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?** I hoped it would solve the issue of background noise. Candidly, I was hoping I could run a load of laundry + work, with Krisp to reduce the background noise. But our new feature, Background Voice Cancellation, removes others voice and leaves only your voice. This may be ideal choice for you if you 3 kids start talking while you are in online meeting.
